I think this is the worst company on the face of the earth. I discovered they were charging me 10 bucks per month just to be on their site. Never disclosed that fact. Cancelled it as sson as I discovered it. Not only that , I am so disgusted by their stupid commercials on TV, that I almost have to change the channel . i am amazed this company is still in business. Is the public stupid or what ??? Who the hell would ever use service?????

Horrendous! Their driver STOLE a $100 order from Shoppers Drugmart and DD will not give me my money back!!! I have security camera footage in the lobby of our building…no driver no one ever came to our lobby or our door at the 5:05 pm delivery time they claim. It was unfortunately Advil, Tylenol, Eye drops - all expensive items that he can take to the east end and get $50 for it!!! I’m so disgusted. The driver called me on his cell and tricked me into giving him the PIN code even though he wasn’t even in the building. I said ok I’ll buzz you in…he said no I’m in already (liar) and what is the PIN code. And DD says oh once the order is pin verified you are out of luck - no refunds!!! I’m so mad. And now I’m hearing that their drivers also do this: they take a picture of it at your door and then steal the package and run out of the bldg with it. Shame on you DD for supporting thieves masquerading as DD drivers!!! This is how you treat your best customers??? Disgusting.

Drivers do not follow instructions, or they verbally assault you. When you try to get “help” due to an issue the help support basically says screw you and does nothing! If I could give 0 stars I would.

As a doordash experiencer I have been noticing a decline on customer satisfaction and a decrease on customer loyalty,,, very disappointing and we have seen this happening with other companies on there down fall…

DoorDash refused to give me a credit for a missing item. I believe though am not certain it was because I have requested too many credits, but they were all legitimate. I would have taken a dollar. It was the principle of the matter. I can't help the frequency of restaurant errors. It is what it is, but to cheat me with some ridiculous policy is a bridge too far. No one was helpful or even tried to do anything to ameliorate my concerns. The customer service has always been difficult, but this was the last straw for me, and they lost a customer who has been using it daily for years.

You Doordash need to come off the Prices for taxes and fees .Doordash pass DO NOT HELP (If you watch out for Doordash Pass it ONLY works during times or peaks of the day WATCH this is why they to adapt you to Doordash Pass suppossedly to work but it DON'T) just come off the taxes and fees soon Doordash will be left alone to this Highway robbery of taxes and fees. STOP IT PLEASE! I'm a customer but no longer uf these taxes and fees are alleviated or at least some Do Something about this besides "Doordash Pass" that don't only little bit instead of it works when the time day it works "Foowie" Please America is drowning in prices going up already Help!

I ordered Door Dash to deliver a sandwich from Subway for my son (a teacher) for supper prior to Parents Night as a surprise. I gave the school a heads up to expect it around 4:00 PM. I gave specific instructions to the Dasher plus a $10.00 tip. He sent a photo of a school door. I live in another city and have not been to the school. The Principal waited for the delivery. I thought my son received it, found out today he did not. I called Door Dash and was told sorry for the inconvenience but there are no refunds. I waited too long, company policy. This is unacceptable. This was a rip off pure and simple. I suggest you avoid this company at all costs. I would give negative stars if I could. I am out the total price now of the food and the tip, plus the embarrassment of making the Principal wait. It’s disgusting really.

I order something from door dasher and my order was picked up by someone and then it switched to another dasher then my order was given to someone else I won’t be using door dasher ever again

There’s employees who steal but don’t leave out the pathetic people ordering food and saying they didn’t get it when they did! I did it part time and stopped because 3/4’s of the people are thief’s who don’t care about falsely accusing someone of what they didn’t do! Support sucks also because they don’t review anything and just listen to the customer that’s lying!

2 hrs. late for pizza delivery. Had to beg for refund. Would not agree to refund. Had to call Chase to fix. Customer Service terrible - argumentative, rude, and not empathetic nor helpful. Promised $10 credit but would not issue till I placed another order.

Dasher said that there was no address on the order! Called Customer service and was told a request for a refund would be reviewed. Hung phone up and immediately received an email saying the order had been reviewed and rejected.

Just had a driver come to my house with a delivery I need a change of $10 he said I don't have any change I just filled up with gas I basically got help hostage unbelievable. What a garbage service. Please call me 954 551 4620 if you care

The driver left my groceries at the wrong address and even took a picture showing that it was delivered to the wrong house!!! Door dash refused to do anything about it and I lost 60 dollars worth of groceries!!! Not to mention that the driver also got a tip!!! I am NEVER using Door dash again!!!

Where do I start. I have worked for DoorDash and I have received from DoorDash. Both are very negative experiences. The people they hire are insane, but they will disclose someone with one thing on their driving record? I would like this to improve. I’m not satisfied with it at all.
