oday is 9/30/25 at around 10am to 11:30 am a door dash guy came to pick up an order at burger king in Kahului. And literally blocked the driveway instead off parking in the stalls I asked to move his car he said he was busy picking up and order. I went to see what he was doing, and he was laughing with the staff and only picked up a cup of coffee. I took picture of him and the car. And he said go call the cops. He doesn't give a damm.I am a door dasher also I would not have parked there. He should not be working for door dash he gives door dash a bad name.

Lizzie picked up my order quickly from Frenchy's. She must have eaten it just as fast because she didn't deliver it, and had the gall to turn off her phone. These kind of raggedy ass people deter customers from ordering delivery. Sorry, sorry, sorry isn't good enough Door Dash, run me my coins. It was ridiculously priced anyway.

I am a customer for almost two years and this year a had three deliveries incomplete and I called and I explained that and they won’t give a refund because they said I am not eligible for a refund, So I didn’t receive my food and refund. That’s why I canceled my membership with them because they are not professional and they never resolved their issues…. They always said sorry but we can’t help you with that!!!!! 😤😤😤😤

The female Dasher called and told me to make another order because first one didn't go through. I made another order, but it turned out to be a duplicate order. The dasher didn't cancel the first order, I had to call into doordash to cancel and get a refund. A unknown man, not the female dasher on the account showed up at my door. No background check, doordash doesn't know who this man is, but they chose to leave this account open so he can make other deliveries. Still waiting for my refund.

This is my first time using Door Dash and my LAST!!! The driver drove off with some of my items!!! I called Door Dash to complain and get a refund. I got someone in Phillipines who I could not understand. Nonetheless, I STILL haven't heard a word. I should have read the reviews first.

I will never do business with them again. I sent a $150 gift card and the person I sent it too couldn't open it. The company said she needed a "pin" after four calls to Door Dash.. I provided her with what I thought might be the pin and they agreed . It was the order number. I had to cancel and dispute the charge with my bank . as she couldn't access it. I tried four times. Terrible. You also get someone in Phillipines and none of them know what they are doing.

Door Dash is awful, unethical and dishonest. They sign you up for a Door Dash Pass for $9.99 a month, without you ever requesting it. When you call to cancel, they apologize, then bill you again the next month. Beware!

Door Dash is the worst delivery service I have ever used. The first time thay came 2 hours late. The second Time the driver squashed all my sushi rolls . I complained to the company who did not give me a refund. They were not even listening . Really poor customer servive.

Today was the last time I order from Door Dash. The door dash cart was the problem. It added something I didn't order, and left off something I did order. I noticed and tried to correct it. Couldn't. Then, I submitted a "help" form. The answer was absolutely worth nothing. "Unfortunately, we are unable to help. . ." I was hungry so I didn't cancel the order. I paid for the extra food. When the order came, the extra food wasn't even in the bag. Can I make this public?

We ordered from a fast food restaurant through their app and their 3rd company was DoorDash. We received a text message that it was picked up by a courier and to wait for 10 minutes, and after a few minutes, it says it was cancelled. So we called the restaurant, reviewed what we ordered, and said someone had already picked it up. We called DoorDash. They confirmed that we ordered from that restaurant, and they said the merchant cancelled our order, so they refunded it within 5-7 business days to my account. I told them we'll talk to the merchant and let them know what they said. This is our first time experiencing this with DoorDash. I hope they can solve this kind of issue.

Door dash needs to vet their drivers WAY more. I use dash pass frequently and 8/10 there is SOMETHING missing from the order. Even if it is the restaurant/store(s) fault, they need to be checking the receipts before leaving the establishment that everything is there. Otherwise I’m going to keep requesting a refund or get off door dash completely.

I placed an order for a few items from Target through DoorDash. 9 items to be exact. Tony, my dasher, messaged about being out of the cucumbers that I ordered so I should have been receiving 8 items. When I received the notification that my items had been dropped off, I went outside to grab the bags only to find NOTHING! No bags at either of my doors. I went back in the app to view the delivered photo & sure enough, photographic proof that nothing was left for me from Target! I made a claim in the app notifying DoorDash that no items were received and sent photo proof, they denied my claim. I called customer service, they reiterated that my claim was denied so I asked for another review and to speak with someone else. They had the supervisor call me who said they would reopen the claim so I can resubmit, which I did and they denied my submission again. I am furious that, even with the proof they will not give me my money back. Poor customer service, and poor way to run a business. Will not recommend and will not order again. Tony & DoorDash you stole from me!

I went online to order. I went to checkout, realized I forgot something and clicked back to the menu. I then decided to drive to Popeyes instead and I closed the app. I've done tis multiple times with no issue. Next thing I know, I have Doordash at my door. I never completed checkout. I never got to the payment screen, and I definitely never clicked on yes, process my order. DoorDash is doing some shady sh&t these days.

More that 1/2 the time they don’t deliver all of the items ordered. Their delivery drivers don’t check orders to be sure the whole order is picked up. Resolution of order problems is a BS AI clusterfuck. Use DoorDash at your own risk. Definitely tip after delivery not when placing the order as prompted. If all works well tip well. Good luck!
