If anybody orders through DoorDash don’t do it because they will double charge your bank account and they are always get lost and your food gets cold so i would not go through DoorDash at all

Been a long time user of DoorDash, but no longer. Ordered my daughter’s dinner as part of a DoubleDash order. Received one place, but not my daughters. DoorDash has always been good about making it right, so I wasn’t concerned. I submitted a request online but it was denied. I’m assuming it’s because there was a picture of the delivery, even though it was only half of the order. I submitted for a review but was told it would take up to 24 hours for it. I just wanted my daughter’s dinner! I called customer service and was told there was nothing they could do because I had already requested a review. I then asked to have my DashPash membership cancelled. I forgot I had signed up for a year membership so I called back to have the remainder of the membership refunded because I have zero desire to ever use DoorDash again. I was then told that a refund was not an option, so not only am I out the cost of my daughters dinner, I had to go and buy her a new, I also have 6 months of a membership that is going to be wasted.

⭐☆☆☆☆ DoorDash is a complete joke when it comes to customer service. Every time they mess up an order (and it happens way too often), they act like they’re doing you a favor by handing out a partial credit instead of fixing the issue. This last order, I didn’t get my chips and salsa at all, and there was no way to even report that the churro came with no chocolate sauce. So I got charged full price for food I never received or couldn’t enjoy properly — and DoorDash’s “solution” was to give me a fraction of the cost back. Their app is designed to make it easy to spend money, but impossible to actually get help when they screw up. After this latest mess, I deleted my account for good. Too many other delivery services out there to keep putting up with this kind of shady, half-assed “support.”

I will NEVER use Door Dash again. Unbelievably overpriced. Late deliveries, no refund options, uber eats is a way better options. Also if i could get a customer rep that spoke English would be a bonus

Placed order and received a due time; however, that time kept changing. I ended up canceling order and deleted app. Do not us doordash unless you are in a big city.

The last person that delivered my food purposely spilled my mocha frappucino leaving a big mess for my PT's mom and I to clean up on the carpet. This was a driver named Diamond in the Riverview, Florida area. Very unprofessional. Also, the Managers lack good customer service themselves.

People were complaining about not getting their food when I dropped it off so my account was suspended. But ever since I started working for Grubhub and Uber eats I’ve had no complaints so if DoorDash wants to give free food then that’s their business. Uber and Grubhub pays more anyway!!

The only experience I’ve ever had with DoorDash not providing me with a good service, is when I have an issue with an order and they still will not help me either refund the money so I can get the order corrected or correct the order. Every time I talk to a support staff member I get told I’m sorry, but our other team has denied it so we can’t do anything further according to policy. There is a reason why you guys have a team of people that go through Orders and review what the issue was and fixes it. Tell me why your support team not only denied me the first time but after I gave them the additional facts they still denied me. I was missing half my order and the other half was wrong how the heck is that right? I am a very unhappy customer and I usually do not leave reviews because they are not worth my time. But in this case I’m gonna make an exception if anybody else has a similar issue like this just delete the DoorDash app screw them.

Doordash continues to charge my family members card that used it one time. I've canceled over and over, yet they continue to charge that card for monthly service. Now they've charged $49.90 for Chong Qing. None of us have any idea who that is and doordash takes zero responsibility. Doordash is a scam. They refuse to cancel service every single month. I go thru this every month. Now we're being charged from Chong Qing THRU DOORDASH. Do yourself a favor and never ever sign up with them

Stupid drivers take your order then accept 4 other people’s deliveries. Needless to say my wraps are always cold and soggy and my fries are always dog sht. If you complain they don’t give a fk

First time ordering and it was a total disaster. Even after speaking to the driver, who said he was right here, I never got my order. Their customer service is the absolute worst with a seeming inability to either issue a credit or a refund. First and last time. Door Dash sucks

This company has lost there mind, I can’t say what I wanna say, They messed up my food I order. We through the food away. This back and forward between DoorDash and spring creek bbq. Neither one wants to take the freaking blame! Best believe God don’t sleep at all!

doordash has the worst customer service I've ever encountered and that's saying a lot in a world that has Comcast. Call them you end up outsourced overseas with unqualified so called customer service people. here at home they hire incompetent people as well

I contacted DoorDash minutes after receiving my order with a missing item. I was told (and screenshotted the conversation) that I would be getting a refund within 7 days. I patiently waited but no refund came. I contacted DoorDash again only to be told that I had to report my missing items sooner after delivery and that now it was against their policy to refund. So they say they will send you a refund but sure do not, and even with proof of conversations etc, they just say nope not in our policy. Never will I use DoorDash again.

As a driver is getting RIDICULOUS!! Doordash keeps stealing our pay, ESPECIALLY on double dashes!! Literally pays you $1 but if you decline the double dash your points go down. As a platinum driver $1 for 2 deliveries and f-ing pathetic. I HIGHLY recommend you use Uber Eats or GrubHub!!!!

The cancel subscription in the app doesn’t work. All the other options work except that one. I had to dispute a previous order just to get put through to AI support and have it canceled. Wouldn’t be surprised if they tried to charge me for it. Scummy

I’m a Dasher and increased my deliveries to become a top dasher. Being accurate and making my customers happy with their order is my top priority. Becoming a top dasher is supposed to give you dasher perks in getting first pick dashes and higher dashes. With the new app changes I can’t even get to Dash because it always says to many dashers are in the area. And the scheduling in the new app never lets you set the time you need to dash and never has open spots. I need a company that really does give incentives to work hard to keep customers coming back. The new app changes definitely are not a improvement.
