This is the third time I tried to deal with DoorDash. I ordered my food. They deliver to the wrong location and then when I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t give me back 100% of my refund. Ask to talk to the manager They told me OK we’re gonna hang up in the managers gonna call you right back. Never received a call. I’m never gonna use DoorDash again. The customer service is horrible and then why do drivers get paid if they’re not delivering the food, right?

Seeing my people DoorDash for customers to make an honest living and the customers not tip fairly is horrible i think DoorDash should only assign drivers with orders that are worth the mileage they are putting on their vehicles even as someone who orders i also Provide a great tip !

The orders will get delivered all spilled. When you ask for a refund, they will give a partial refund even if you're reordering what their driver spilled. Then they will charge you again with all these fees even with the dashpass, so you will end up paying more. You already waited for your delivery for so long and still end up paying twice for their mistake.

Avoid using DoorDash with Burger King — just save yourself the trouble. I placed an order that was never delivered to me. We live in a multi-family property, and despite providing clear directions with the unit number and specific delivery notes, the driver left it at a different unit. Yes, same street address—but a completely separate residence. Neither Burger King nor DoorDash offered any real help. Their systems don’t seem to handle multi-unit addresses properly, and both refused to take responsibility. So, I was out $27.30 with no resolution because they saw that the driver was near the address. Bottom line: drivers either don’t read or don’t receive the delivery instructions, and if something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Proceed with caution and order elsewhere.

My Dasher is normally late. And one time, the driver changed 3 times and then went silent with no dasher assigned. Never order on peak times. Unfortunately, despite their competition (Uber) is more reliable, since I signed on DoorPass…I am stuck.

Placed an order that got canceled because they didn't have the items and I only get the cost of food refunded not the delivery fee and tip??? Absolutely unacceptable! You did not provide any service, this is theft!

Doordash changed the address is put in to the default address and then would not give me a refund for their mistake. Joke of a company.

It seems as if their drivers rush to get a bunch of orders from the restaurants so people waiting for their orders are not getting their food even close to warm…Seems why the delivery time is a constant increase from beginning. Taco bell offered free delivery but we’re thinking DoorDash isn’t worth it.

Didn’t get my whole order was missing half of my order, called customer service they told me it would take up to 7 days to get my money back. I won’t order from them again.

Avoid this company at all costs. I ordered 3 coffee canister and my order was $60. They sent wrong size, wrong blend and charged me at the higher rate and sent a smaller container. When I called for a refund and to ask them to pick up the WRONG order, they gave me a $16 doordash credit. I had to call my bank to do a chargeback, take pictures, compose a blurb of what happened and submit evidence for the chargeback. I then submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau for their unethical, criminal conduct. This company should be banned from doing business.

Was charged for an item that wasn’t delivered. Dash did give me a credit - reordered item, Dasher called to say store was out. When I tried to cancel, DD said I would still have to pay for it. Third time this has happened. Will not use them again

I don't know if it's a training issue, or maybe they don't pay enough to get decent drivers. When I order from Uber Eats, drivers almost always follow delivery instructions. Most Door Dash drivers seem to be unaware that there is any delivery information other than the address. I've had them show me their phones and the information is there, just below the address. It's clear that most of them don't even look. Trying to leave feedback is a whole other issue. I tried to type in a good review about my meal, but it's impossible to see what I'm typing as I type it. Editing typos is very difficult. Tried Googling how to leave feedback for the company themselves. A few different pages came up from Door Dash. Some had an unusable layout. Others just took me in circles right back to the home ordering page. The only thing on the app that works without issues is the ordering process. I'm done with Door Dash. Not worth the annoyance when other companies can do the same job without all the issues.

It appears that everyone has a bad time with this company, I placed an order and then nothing happened, when I phone doordash I was told to phone the store, which did not have a phone number, doordash then said we do not care, one day in the future we might give you some of your money back. GIVE this place a BIG miss, I WILL NEVER ORDER THROUGH THEM AGAIN, just the most shity service I have ever seen.
