I have been using Door dash for awhile now. Lately they have been letting the merchant and their drivers get away with things. Not delivering part of the order, delivery of different things in place of what you ordered. The last thing was ordered a couple of pizzas and a 2 liter of soda. Receipt shows it was paid for. Driver delivers the pizza but no drink. Then wants to argue about it. Worst part is I only speak English and he only speak Spanish. I showed him the receipt for the drink and he said no. Only 2 taps the 2 pizzas.

The driver phone number 561-8234446 left the food outside it was dirty raining. wet he never answer.

For any dashers seeing this. The concept behind ordering food is a) customer orders b) driver picks it up and deliver to the customer. Door dash requires additional fees, essentially extorting the customer. If you want warm food, pay to have it delivered directly to you. That's fine but it should be known I am a dash pass member. If I have to pay extra it's coming out of your tip. Often I will tip very low and not pay the extortion. If the driver delivers my food in a timely manner I give additional tip after delivery. Don't think for a second it's the customer being cheap. Your employer is robbing you.

The worst customer service and no care for incompetent drivers ignoring gps and missing directions 3 times (actually Going through the 95 tunnel twice for no reason) with photo proof on my end causing cold food. They said it didn’t fall under any qualifications for any type of partial refund or future discount and apologize for the ‘inconvenience’. They clearly do not care about their customers.

Ordered something at Weiss supermarket and never got notifications about the order being delivered 2 hours later than what I was told. Then said that my order was canceled because there was no product in stock. That's bull, if it wasn't at the store it would say, out of stock. So with all my troubles all I got was a $5 credit. Wow, won't be using door dash again

worst delivery service, customer support stinks, pre-order @ 3:30pm for 5:20pm - 5:40pm delivery, delivery showed @ 6:40pm. offered $10 after being lied to, refused escalation & disconnected twice after being placed on hold for 10min each time. took 4 calls to close account. this was 1st and last time using this rubbish

I am a silver. I have called about not receiving orders to deliver. I have trouble shooted and complained about not receiving orders in hot spots. I had schedules set up early during the week and this is unprofessional . Support has no solution at all

I have a 2 year old son and had an emergency that I needed to use you guys to get milk for him to drink. I’ve never used yall before and thought a hour tops order wouldn’t be hard and it ended up being over 2 hrs. You guys credited me $5 that I accepted only because of the next driver being close by and wanting to help them out financially. At that point I had enough milk to get thru the night which I’m writing this now at 10:45 but I didn’t want to cancel while this person had accepted this order and was close to pulling up. Lester was the first driver and I had even communicated with and he told me he had to get another brand of milk I ordered. 15 minutes go by and I responded back to him I have a 2 year old son that needed to go to bed and how much longer would he be. No response and order was canceled. I paid $16 for a gallon of milk! Got credited $5 that I probably won’t ever use because of this issue. I’m sure it won’t bother yall since yall have millions of people who use this service but this business dealing and driver was trash!

Taco bell foor is all been touch my coffee lid chewed on ,my cassadia is mostly missing all but 2 peices ,and my bag was untaped and open.and wont give me a refund thats a big lawsuit for fda to join in on .

Driver was given code to access building. He instead left food outside. Food was taken before I could get it. On line chat support was not working. I called and got a live person who said they would issue a refund in 3-5 days. Terrible all the way around.

I ordered DoorDash tonight and my driver stole my food. I had it specified as a “hand delivery” only, so the driver was supposed to hand it to me in person. She claimed it was “delivered” but could not state where it was delivered, what the house looked like, the surrounding houses, etc. She stated that “she left it outside”, and that she didn’t attempt to knock or call. When I contacted her to ask for information on where the order was, her first response was “I didn’t steal it” and then provided no details on where it was delivered besides outside the house somewhere. This is ridiculous and needs to be stopped. She is “banned” from delivering to my home again, but she should be fired as an employee for theft.

you cannot rely on door dash . do not order from anywhere that door dash delivers. very, very good chance you wont get it.

I wish I could give zero stars. Twice in one week, they delivered my order to the wrong house and made it sound like I was the one who messed up the delivery address. Then they suggested that I should “babysit” the dasher and guide them to my house when they’re nearby? Seriously? It wasn’t even my choice to use DoorDash — Macy’s did, and I had no control over that!

What the hell is going on - pay for food tip etc and I get cold food with half ass job put into the food the driver makes multiple stops before dropping - so I pay for over priced food I tip and if I want warm food I have to pay extra to have it delivered directly wtf! Just so I can rcv my food warm at the least - and I have pay monthly for door dash pass! Insane - I’m don’t with door dash

I never received food. On map Driver was literally at my office driveway. Then drove by and took somewhere else. Doordash refused to refund my money / no explanation given and i never got my order. Driver would not respond to my texts when i saw she missed driveway. I am furious

I had 2 drivers before they picked food up. Food was cold. Trying to get anyone on door dash app is impossible. This is not good customer service at all. How do they stay in business!
