my issue is more with door dash all my regular restaurants wen from 0 to $5 for delivery on top of the 15% doordash takes and tip for a driver the order doubles in price Bye Doordash

They steal from you, food was not delivered, even though the dasher sent a picture of the food in the middle of a hotel lounge. PIN was not provided, however it was required, and support simply ignored and said they wouldn't issue a refund. Uninstalled the app. Never again.

Will never use again. Somehow they defaulted me to monthly membership $10/month. Used once to order food and saw a charge on my card the next month. Whether I was tricked into not deleting a default or they just added I’m not sure but I didn’t want and don’t appreciate how they do business

My order was delivered having obviously been turned over in the car. All the gravy was in the bag and the vegetables were on top of the meat. When I reached out to the dasher she said the bag was already like that. Now, who would put a bag leaking gravy on their car? She would not accept responsibility. So, I then,reached out to DoorDash and they sent me some canned message saying there was nothing they "would" do. Im done with DoorDash!

Put simply, doordash driver delivered my order to a house that is several numbers up from my street address, not even on the same side of the road. And what about refund? doesnt even cover the tip to the driver, 10 dollars on a 30 dollar order. Having worked in the service industry im always generous with my tip, all im asking is the order be delivered to my address, fedex, usps, and UPS have no issue with this..Doordash does.

Started charging a variety of prices for bag fees. New fees are added on. Paying 5 different fees is nonsense. Will not be using app anymore.v

The Dashers left my order 3 times in another house and I contacted the restaurant and they told me to speak to door dash and contact door dash and let me know that I was not eligible for reimbursement. And what can one do; he runs out of money and food

This company apparently doesn't vent the people who deliver for them and you do not know if that person who's arriving at your apartment or house at 10:30 at night who has all your information is a person with good or ill intentions. And Fredy, well let's just say I had to make sure I was protecting myself because of his behavior and the worst part of all was going through the entire chain of management trying to escalate my concern to get it into the right ears because of a legitimate safety threat. What was even more sickening was their lack of concern after expressing what I encountered. I recorded via screen recording for 35 minutes every single conversation I had with every single level of management starting "Jinky" A person devoid of empathy or concerns for other people safety, and let's just say they do not give a s**t about your safety. I could care less if the food was wrong, And I do not want a $10 credit or a refund for that matter I wanted my concern to be heard because of my safety and the potential safety of others and that company, DOORDASH, enables sinister behaviors and situations. Do not use DOORDASH,because you do not know who is going to have your information especially after they get off work. Please protect yourselves accordingly. Last night my wife ordered $50 worth of food from Wawa through DoorDash. The Dasher set our order down, took the delivery photo, then picked it back up and STOLE it — I have the video proof from my security camera. We reported it right away and even offered to send the video, but the support team denied our claim without even seeing the evidence because their system doesn’t have a feature where it let us attach videos. Seriously?! As Deaf customers, we couldn’t hear the call — but that doesn’t excuse a driver walking off with our food. The fact that DoorDash ignored proof of theft is unacceptable. We have the video, we just need someone to actually review it and do the right thing. $50 gone because your driver took it. Absolutely ridiculous!!!

At the time of delivery we were told driver had unexpected delivery problem and I would not receive my order. No explanation, no options, total deadend. So much for date night.Do not trust delivery.

I ordered an Asian chicken salad from Ten Sushi which was like $25! What i got was just a plain Caesar salad no chicken! I called Ten Sushi they told me not their problem call doordash. Just so ridiculous!

Took over an hour for my order to get here after driving 2 hours from a football game in hopes to have the food waiting only to get home to see it isnt even what I ordered . We got someone else's order and doordash said they cant help

After waiting an hour for food to be picked up we were told that we canceled order. We called the reaturant and the food was still waiting, they also said door dash cancelled our order. We contacted doordash and they said we would only get delivery fee refund. Then proceeded to tell us the merchant cancelled and there was nothing they could do and they ended chat . No refund, no food, door dash cancelled our order! No one to talk to! Will never use them again!!

I had a food ordered canceled because the driver said wasn't room in there car for a normal food order, when I called the restaurant they said no one has been there at all to get it so was just a lie then door dash just cancels it Food is sitting there cooked and ready to go rather then assign another driver they waste the food waste the restaurants money and time and I get to wait for a refund for an overpriced service. Like why not just put it back in line to be picked up I even gave a very large tip because it was a 15 min drive away first time door dasher last time door dasher never again
