“I've had food delivered a few times through Doordash and 80% of these orders I experienced problems. Excessive fees and higher cost for deliver food is common with all delivery services but drivers being extremely late and not delivering your order is more likely with doordash I've experienced drivers bring food to my address take a picture of the delivery and then take the food back with them, partial orders delivered and here lately driver pulled up to my address never got out turned around in my neighbors driveway and kept my food not realizing I captured everything on camera including car and tag#. I know drivers aren't paid a lot so I guest she needed to feed her family Reported a complaint to doordash and requested a refund a d amount they refunded was less than the amount they charged my account I questioned the customer service rep why the difference and I was told the additional fees must be from my bank...BS the bank pay the amount requested from doordash I'm done dealing with delivery services and get my sorry ass up and pick up my own food save myself $20 plus dollars in fees and tips”

“I’ve used DoorDash for years without a single issue, but today’s delivery with a driver named Richere was an absolute disaster. My address, in a standard residential subdivision with large, clear numbers built into my mailbox, is impossible to miss—yet Richere somehow managed it. Within a 5-minute span, she bombarded me with texts: one claiming she arrived, another demanding address confirmation, then stating she couldn’t find my house, and finally threatening to keep my food if I didn’t reply. I called her, confirmed she was in a white car one driveway over—having clearly passed my house—and directed her to the next driveway on her left. Instead of owning her mistake, she launched into excuses, lecturing me about not providing enough details and speaking over me as I explained that no other driver has ever had an issue. When I went to retrieve my food, she continued her baseless excuses and had the audacity to call me rude for pointing out the obvious: my address isn’t the problem; her incompetence in reading clear mailbox numbers is. A simple “I missed it,” “sorry,” or “my bad” could have defused the situation, but her unprofessionalism and refusal to take accountability were infuriating. This driver’s behavior is a stain on DoorDash’s reputation. I now have no interest in using this service again. The company should ensure drivers own their mistakes instead of blaming customers for their failures.”

“Doordash skims tips and doesn't protect drivers, spend the extra time and get a real job don't waste your life doing this. Or any of these services, they have perfected exploiting your time and cars. Don't walk run far away from doing DoorDash. Yeah their ad campaigns as we're all your tips are going.”

“Doordash sent me 2 pictures of my order getting picked up and supposedly ON THE WAY. Food arrives and only 1 bag came and they refused to give me a Refund or Credit or New Food”

“I have ordered from door dash many times in the past 2 months all of my order have been missing items or the items have been wrong. i ordered 3 happy meals for my kids because my husband was a t work an di cant drive so my kids didn't get there happy meals nor there toys because the meals were wrong i didn't even receive the meal for my 3rd child. and i called door dash support i couldn't even get my money back. or reorder the food.”

“Refuse to refund money on an ENTIRE order and a very nice dash tip when over 3/4 of the items were missing. Tried customer service only to be directed to a lady with an attitude and a refusal to refund only that they will remove the dashers tip.... had a dash pass and all. Deleted and unsubscribe to that app. God awful experience more than once”

“Door Dash is the worst. I waited for 1hour for my delivery and instead of getting the food I ordered from Red Lobster I got a cup of soup from another restaurant. The driver didn’t speak English so that didn’t help. I called Door Dash to get my money back and got the run around saying that they couldn’t do it. What a joke!!!!!!”

“I ordered food from Wingstop and then they give me an alert that my order was picked by a delivery driver named WALTER but after a minute It says it was cancelled. I called the store and says they already gave my food to that guy so it means that he stole my food and never get delivered .”

“Lately not aure what changed but getting cold food often . Orders are late because they have several delivers on top of that once you get it , its cold and not worth the money. “We ordered from chilis last night , food was not cooked all the way through . I called door dash in am . And they are not crediting my money back . I would never ever use these people again . Buyers be ware they do not stand behind there customers . Hope it was worth it we are canceling our door dash pass . Uber will be our only source of delivery service from here on out !”

“I’m always missing food, I’ve had experiences where dashers have taken my food ect. DoorDash always denies my claims and I’m out of money that I paid for, for the food that I ordered and NEVER receive. I’ve worked for DoorDash for some extra money and ALWAYS make sure the customer gets what they ordered because I’m also a customer through DoorDash. This company is a joke on both parts not giving satisfactory for their costumers and paying their drivers so little when it cost extra to order through their services. Yesterday will be the last time I order anything through DoorDash. This tired single mom will make the trip herself from now on!”
