The price difference between the restaurant and DoorDash was so much more than usual, an average of over $4 per meal. When I inquired it was obvious their chat folks (not even going to call them service reps as there was no service) only wanted to tell me prices were clear and transparent. Um not this time they were not. As soon as I pushed back they ended the chat. It is obvious all of there answers are pre-done and they cannot deviate from their script. Nope, just copy and paste. Not real service at all waste of my time to even contact them. I am used to paying more than the restaurant and due this we rarely use this service but today we did an it cost me about $22 more than if I had made the 10 minute trip myself. I am fine with service fees but the additional cost on the food was ridiculous. They asked me to send them screenshots of the menu from the restaurant so she could calculate it out and respectfully declined and said I was not going to do their research for them.

The store messed my food up, added items I am allergy to and told me they could not help me. The shrimps and salmon was missing.

I placed an order last night. There was no place for an address. Apple always adds my address. They refused to talk to me. The driver was notified in minutes but didn’t go back. So $60 no groceries from Aldi’s and no compensation or apology. I will never use them again and the one who gifted it won’t use you either.

It’s a great company but what I can say is y’all need to stop making drivers do 3 orders just for one trip or at a time it’s make the wait way to long. And the food be cold.

I was just charged $41.06 for A SINGLE bottle of margarita mix. I was told they didn't have the rest of the order. And now 5 DAYS later, I get a receipt showing I was charged for the whole order. I called Doordash to try and resolve it, and they said since it has been so long, they cannot do anything. This is theft! I did not my order and I now still have to pay $41.06 for a $5.69 bottle of margarita mix I didn't even want. This is horrible!!!

Tried to get a refund on a missing burger, the system decided not to accept it and then get stuck and go back to the previous page. Now after trying 22 times I finally got it to go through to be told I'm screwed because it has been longer than 24 hours. What a fricken joke. Only the second time in 3 years I have been very irritated and been stolen from.

When I ordered my food this evening from Bento, it came in a target bag when delivered and when I called in for a safety concern, DoorDash did absolutely nothing and they have the worst customer service ever

I just deleted my account and dashpass. I got played the other night. I ordered almost $80 worth of food for me and my grandbabies and the driver delivered our food to someone else. I saw the picture the driver took of our food sitting in front of someone else's door. I texted and tried to call him. He did not answer. That was dirty. Although Door dash refunded my money, it's the principal. Their business is gonna eventually flop if they have to keep paying out what thieves keep stealing from customers.

They never read the delivery instructions. Family member is disabled and they never leave his items near his door and someone has to go to the house and help him get his products !!! Most recently 30 minutes ago. They leave items on the porch of the person who is not them and in the sun. They don’t read instructions!!!

Dr or dash is trash! I will never use their services again. I got my almost $50 order today and was missing my lamb chops and my other items were played in. I must’ve used the wrong info for the refund request initially but I called and explained the situation and was still denied a refund. I had been using them for years but they let anyone be a driver and now it’s literally unsafe to get anything from here.

DoorDash is trash! I placed an order and never received the order. When I contacted them for a refund they said to wait three to five BD. To date, I have not received my refund. This has happened twice. I will not be doing business with them again. TRASH!!!

I have been a Dash pass member for some time my issue is this they don’t make there drivers except any accountability and the sure as hell don’t make the the restaurants they have contracts with do better ! I feel the order that is picked up the dasher should have to have the restaurant employee go over it to maker sure the ticket and items are correct ! As much as people pay for this survive that is the least they can do … you can’t make restaurants and fast food places do better until they have to be accountable for their actions . Door dash should not continue to have contracts with food establishments that refuse to do better just my opinion … I believe I’m finally going to let my pass go and quit paying for bad service and cold food

They didn’t address that someone spit in my food as well as under cooked food. I have health problems and it got me more sick than I was originally.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Serious health concern and unacceptable support even as a member I am a DashPass member and expected a higher level of service. I ordered a vegetarian meal but was given beef instead. I ate it before realizing and experienced stomach pain vomiting and physical discomfort. This was not just a wrong item it directly affected my health. Despite being a paying member my complaint was denied and not taken seriously. I clearly explained the issue and the harm it caused but no real action was taken. This has caused me physical mental and financial stress and has completely shaken my trust in DoorDash. As a member I expected safety accountability and proper customer support but I received none. I cannot recommend this service after such an experience.

I used this service for the first time and I am so disappointed. The restaurant that I ordered from wasn't able to provide all of my orders, which I am fine with, and supposedly, I will be refunded for the amount of the food that I didn't receive. The problem is, instead of a refund, I got charged again for the same order minus the food I didn't receive. I reported the error to a customer service representative and after being transferred to different persons I was told to wait 3 business days to get the refund. I will think twice before using this service.

I placed an order in which all items were not delivered. After checking with the establishment they confirmed that the Dasher failed to pick up the entire order. I was given the option of a refund which I would have preferred to have my missing items redelivered. After speaking to a Customer Service Agent the Agent purposely didn't not hang up so I could take the survey to rate Doordash. This is an attempt to cover up a mistake made on the part of Dasher, wether or not the Dasher was at fault or not. The Dasher got a generous tip for a service that was not provided and an attempt to cover it up. This is not the end of this matter. I should be completely refunded and will recommend to my fellow users not to use your service.
