I ordered food for a birthday and the driver dropped it off at wrong location. Sent in pictures of my clearly numbered door for refund as this was a little over $100. DoorDash refused a refund and whole family including children went to bed hungry šŸ˜’ and sadly disappointed as it was too late to get food from another place and I was out so much money, not having much to begin with being a single parent.

Awful, the first order was delayed by 25 mins from pickup to drop off in a town that takes 10 mins to drive thru the whole town. They provided me credits and then the second delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and they declined me receiving any compensation and we were without food. Filing a charge back and a complaint with BBB.

Ordered from McDonald’s was delivered by DoorDash. Driver delivered food to the wrong location not my house. DoorDash refused to refund my money.

DoorDash Customer Service Has Gone Downhill I’ve been a loyal user for years, but the customer service lately has become unacceptable. In the past two weeks alone, I’ve had to wait ridiculous amounts of time to speak with someone—26 hours the first time, and 5 hours the next, only for the agent to abruptly close the chat without resolving anything. I reconnected, and the issue was ā€œescalatedā€ā€¦ but hours later, I’m still waiting. DoorDash blames ā€œtechnical issuesā€ for the delays, but this has been going on for over a month. A quick search online shows that I’m far from the only one experiencing these problems. Clearly, this isn’t a one-off glitch—it’s a broken system. Terrible service, zero accountability. I’ll be canceling my account.

The customer support is absolutely terrible. I reached out to help, due to getting text messages that I ordered subway and that it was delivered. I did not order subway and I wanted to see if it was glitch in the system or if my account was compromised. The first two live agents didn’t even read my requests as they kept answering me like I had an order and wanted to be compensated. I did not want to be compensated. I just wanted to know if my account was compromised. I then had to ask for a supervisor three times before they finally sent me to one. The supervisor calls me to tell me he can’t do anything and let me know if I was compromised or not. Very unhappy with this experience. They need to have people that actually read what their customers requests and not give you the run around.

My order has stolen numerous of times there’s no customer protection at ALL! They need to add pin delivery permanently to protect all orders these and the dashers account need to be banned for stealing !

I ordered food that was supposed to be delivered by door dash and my food was taken by the dasher and they refused to give my money back or try to replace my food.

Delivered to wrong address and was charged for the order. Contacted support they immediately denied my claim. Then asked for proof it was delivered to wrong address. I emailed the proof they asked for and a week later and several emails no reply from them. They basically robbed me. I have made it a point to tell everyone I know about it.

Long time DoorDash customer here. Order $40 worth of lunch it was never delivered. When I contacted them they didn’t answer . When I requested a refund they denied it with no solutions. Don’t use them . They’re supposed to ask for you pin to confirm delivery. Erica never brought me my food and never asked for my pin and I tipped well.

The people who applied to work with DoorDash, should first of all know how to read, be able to read directions and not steal your food. I’ve had several people from DoorDash until Tallahassee deliver the orders to completely different locations despite how clear the instructions are. They should actually test people grammar and be able to read directions first before even allowing them to apply.

Can Door Dash ,please stop sending dashers who can't speak in a language that I understand?I told a dasher to wait for me so I can get my order then the person walk past me and put my groceries in another location and f it wasn't for my relative I would have never found my groceries.I put One Star on the rating because of the lack of communication.A misunderstanding can easily occur if both parties don't understand each other.

Ordered doordash, the driver didn't call to let me know they arrived, even though I put in the message to hand the food to me. They stated the food was delivered when I didn't get it. I contacted doordash and they declined to refund me. I attempted to reach out to the Dasher who never answered my call or text. Will never use doordash again.

If I could do less then 1 star I would. I have been a loyal subscribed customer since 2020. Just cancelled. No customer service. Never got my order and the vague bot chat left me with half the amount I paid in credits. Corporate greed. No thank you

Using DoorDash helps keep me out of resort summer traffic. The Dashers have always bee courteous, on time, and willing to pick up multiple stops. It has paid for itself.

So, last night I placed an order. The driver said he’d been waiting for over 20 minutes and that he called me which was untrue. The concierge called me and when I came out he was gone. It was 7 minutes after his arrival. He left and when I called back he was rude and refused to come back with my order (it was liquor). Then not only was I charged for the delivery fees I was charged for the liquor that was returned. I order at least 3x a week through your platform. No one was willing to either resubmit the order nor give me money back for at least the merchandise I ordered. I’m deleting the app and I’ll NEVER order from you guys again

I have a Dash Pass which is supposed to save money, right? My pizza order earlier this week proves otherwise. Attached are side-by-side receipts from the restaurant and from the Door Dash app. Excluding tip, Door Dash charged $23.41 and the restaurant received only $17.83. So that's $5.58 to Door Dash, NOT the $1.05 service fee shown in the app. Total lack of transparency.

Had a bad experience. Filed a BBB complaint. Doordash offered to make it right if I dropped the complaint. They did not. Don't do business with this company.
