Sadly this company gets to decide by photos if you receive a refund or not based upon their own standards. I know when food is overcooked and that I received what was leftover from Ruby Tuesdays. My food was less than lukewarm, dried out and lacked items described on menu. $7.45 out of a $60 order was their resolve. Dumpster diving would have been better. I gave one star because there isn’t an option for zero.

My food never got delivered to my house the dasher John never took a picture then I wasn't offered a refund never ordering from door dash again y'all really suck with customer service

Door dash hire better people , I just ordered food from McDonald's a bacon double meal and ten piece meal and the person forgot to get my drinks as well as cold fries when I specifically said hot fries in my message and got the wrong burger

What's wrong with you people ordering through Doordash? Are you that lazy, that you can't drive to the restaurant and at least get hot food? You do realize, Doordarsh rips off not only you, but the restaurant and the delivery person. Why would you want to tip a driver for cold food and food that's now more expensive due to surcharges. Wake up people, it' a giant RIPOFF!!!

I am working, ordered a swiss burger with fries and side salad. I received someones salty nightmare order instead...though I provided receipt I was told "per our policy, I am sorry we can provide a refund so you can re-order" This is basically theft....

I ordered breakfast today from metro diner and when it got to my home the food was correct and hot but I for a broke fingernail from one of the restaurant employees in the bottom of my bag. It instantly ruined my appetite so I went on the app to ask for a refund. Even tho I provided proof they refused me a refund.

They are rude, unprofessional and totally unhelpful. My order delivery takes one hour and forty minutes for nothing, when I called them to cancel it and refund, they said the system doesn’t let us to do that. Then what is the point of customer service!!! Then I asked to talk to his manager after put me on hold for long time said he will call you that’s totally BS and nobody called me.

Ordered $35. Driver delivered completely to the wrong address. I called customer service. They issued me a $28 credit. THE MATH AIN’T MATHING! I asked for them to make it make sense. I was told, “Our system will only allow a maximum of $28.” This was my first time using DoorDash because they offered more options. Well, back to Uber Eats I go!!! I’ll take great service with a decent amount of options over horrible service (near fraud) with a larger variety of options any day!!!

Scrappy drivers think they are entitled to big tips off the bat. They wait 20+ mins before picking up the food at this point its trash. Terrible service

I never have a good experience. I just ordered a sub, and the driver claimed to deliver it when they were never in route to me. They took a picture of it at the store and tried to use it to show they "delivered it to me". Doordash needs to create a consequence and ban drivers from ever being dashers when they scam and eat customers' food. I don't know how they continue to get away with it as this has happened to me SEVERAL times.

I really do hate DoorDash, I'm always missing something from my order and never get compensated for it. And I do tip really well. Door dash customer service is pretty much rude and can't help on the phone either and won't compensate you. Waste of time and money.

Every time my order is messed up, I call and a friendly worker will kindly offer a refund or a credit onto my account. This makes it very pleasant to deal with. I commend the workers who answer the phones for customers.

For one, as much as we pay for all the fees and everything that they add to our order, then the DoorDash stop along the way for somebody else’s order and then by the time you get yours, it’s cold and not worth eating so after this order, I’m done with DoorDash. I will never order through them again. Happy trails DoorDash.

I'm a dasher. DoorDash overly charges people to order items so then the customers hardly tip the drivers. But we're not just drivers. We go pick up the customers items, sometimes waiting 15 minutes or more for their orders, using our gas, our wear and tear in our vehicles, our time and effort and hardly ever get tips. Plus the dasher app messes up about 90% of the time. I wouldn't be dashing if I didn't need the money. The DoorDash owners could be a lot more generous with paying the drivers. And customers could be generous as well with leaving money tips.
