I would not recommend this company no one. It's the worst carrier ever. The lowest service quality. They don't have any respect for customers. If you need help from them, don't count on it, you will not get it, never. Unfortunately i sent 3 parcels with this carrier and i truly regret that. I lost all my things in moving home to another country. I'm trying to find 2 of them which have been sent over a month ago and you know what, people from DPD told me that they don't know where they are and they can't help me. They're juggle with my items without asking me for a peermisson. Once they are on hold, then is going back to place where i asked them not to send it. DPD just don't care, they don't listen, they don't have professional people who can settle things down. For them it's always to late and no chance to help. Let me tell you something. I was working with customers online, live, on chats in many industries but i had never treat people like that. I could write more but there's no words for that. I could say ironically "good luck" but i will say "hope you will get what you deserve".

This company is the epitome of unreliability. On the scheduled date of delivery I was following their driver real time online, I was the 32nd stop on his list, and after the 30th I just got a "sorry we missed you" message. Liars. I rescheduled for the following day. After the one hour delivery window passed, their message changed to something like: "your order will be delivered between 06:00 and 22:00". So I stayed home all day waiting for them. I work nights, and normaly sleep during the day, I literally lost sleep over this. But that's how important that order was. Needless to say, they didn't turn up, but now I have a message saying my parcel has arrived at my nearest depot. Unfortunately that wasn't the destination. They are supposed to be a delivery company, that's what they are paid for. Not to be a click and collect warehouse. Has this company ever heard about GPS navigation? It has been in use for a while now. Comes in handy when trying to find adresses. I don't know what will happen now. I'm guessing they will be "very sorry" about what happened. Bottom line: if you have a choice, don't ever use dpd. I thought yodel was worse, but I'm not sure now.

Driver, Petar, told me that I would have to pay for the delivery. This was not true as delivery had been paid for by Sky. Watch out when using these cowboys.

No collection, re-booking was not re-booked, refund became a charge for the full amount. Eventually I was refunded. Ironically a pdp person turned up to collect it the day after the case was closed! Never again!!!

I was sent an email stating on the day of collection I would be sent an hour slot so as not to tie me up all day, fantastic, except no email arrived about any slot and when I decided to pop home from work there was a card saying the company had been and I had missed them. Farcical if you can't get the basics right, will be closing my Amazon account as they deal with some right jokers like DPD and returning items alternatively is a nightmare as Amazon staff give wrong advice and are clueless more often than not.

Third expected delivery from DPD is late and won't be delivered until Monday even though it was promised next day delivery on Friday. Absolute disgrace of a company and will do anything to avoid this service in the future. Staff are also not helpful on call services.

Drain on society. Failed to deliver to agreed depot, and instead came to my flat where the delivery has disappeared. Apparently I have signed for it even though I was out all day. Package vanished. Disgraceful. Then tried to fob us of by saying the van driver "Jason" GPS was in my area and they have my signature. The signature has clearly be forged.

Collection points are unreasonable about IDs accepted. Only passport or driving licenses accepted, nothing else. I had 4 difference pieces of ID, plus the QT code, and it was deemed not enough. DPD customer services told me to find an alternative form of delivery, which I did. From now on I will prefer to do without the items if the delivery is to be done by DPD.

I haven't stepped out of the house all day. No parcel yet an email of missed delivery with a card and picture of house. Buzzer/ doorbell working fully, I even increased the ring volume this morning. I didn't even shower in case I missed delivery while in shower. My 3 year old Daughter unwell and at home with me today, I sat at home with her all day, missed out on booking GP to see my little girl because I was waiting for parcel. I refused to believe previous reviews I've read on internet about delivery attempts that leave a note and don't knock or try doorbell. Having waited in all day, I feel really sad I have wasted a whole day doing nothing- waiting and waiting and waiting and little girls temperature keeps going up and up and up.

I ordered a package with a delivery guaranteed by Mothers Day. They blamed the terrorist event in London for the fact they could not deliver it 5 days later near Croydon. They then sent me an email saying it would be delivered today but I could get it delivered to a safe place. I filled out their form. 5 hours later I get a text to say they could not deliver it because I was not in!?!? Useless. I will find out which courier any shops I buy from will be using. If it is DPD I will not buy from them.

Ordered 2 items from Amazon at the same time on the same day. Neither arrived when they should have. One item was 15 mins away according to the tracking website. Now, one item is due 5 days later and another is due sometime by the end of the month! How inefficient can you get?

Ordered items from Amazon and selected next day delivery... Received a text giving the slotted hour for delivery but then received another text within that hour to say they had attempted delivery but no one was home which is an absolute lie, I was here the whole time and DPD have been nowhere near my property! A card has been left apparently but I'm guessing the driver has just shoved it through the door of the first house he could be bothered to find. Tried to call DPD immediately to notify them of their incompetence but it appears they only provide an automated service. Have just called Amazon to tell them I no longer want the items as they were not delivered today as requested. Looking back at previous reviews this happens quite a lot so perhaps it's time for Amazon to start using a more reputable company.

Do these people EVER check their delivery instructions?! I'm a night worker who can't always answer for a delivery because I'll be sleeping which is why I provide delivery instructions, but there doesn't seem to be any point because the driver always leaves with the parcel, leaving me with 2 options: 1 - have it re-dilivered for a day that I'm going to be sleeping again because I worked the night before or 2: - pick it up somewhere I won't be able to pick it up from because I'll be sleeping because worked the night before, WHAT IS THE POINT OF HAVING THE OPTION TO PROVIDE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS IF THE DRIVERS DON'T CHECK THEM?!

Got an e mail from information@dpd-service-notifications .com and tghought it looked like a scam mail. Contacted DPD Peterborough depot and was told it was 100% genuine and i should open the attached label to get consign number. Opened it and ransomware infected my PC.

DPD are, in my experience , the WORST courier company EVER. They lie repeatedly about calling to deliver and leaving cards when they ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BOTHER at all. No cards left, of course because they were not there! Worse still they post a photo of a house as if that was your house - I didn't recognise this house and am pretty sure it is not even in this village. Why lie about it? Why not just say that they couldn't be bothered to come - I would have more respect for that level of honesty. When he arrived today he denied it was him who posted the photo and that it was a different driver yesterday. Another bloody lie, they just pour out. I shop with Amazon a lot so the next time IO see that DPD is the carrier I will cancel forthwith

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY if company can be described. I am kept hobstage at home to receive an item I PAID FOR. The call centre does not comunicate with the drivers, that in turn decide during the day of the delivery if it is the case or not to deliver your item. The app to track the item YOU PAID FOR is just rubbish. They keep you in stand by till late in the evening 10pm and after they will never pop up......simply rubbish!!!
