Sent me a tracking email and text message with an hour slot. Watched the guy pull up on my drive, have a look aroun in the back of his van. Then I got to watch him drive away. The reason for not knocking on my door “couldn’t find your address” After that you get the pleasure of waiting on the line for 10 minutes to find out that he couldn’t find my parcel. So he just drove off. But don’t worry, they will deliver it the next day. Unfortunately, that’s a lie by customer service. Because they have lost it. Don’t worry though. Because the manager will find it and deliver it tomorrow. She is unsure why they didn’t do that the day before and unsure why he said it would be delivered today. They are unsure about a lot of things

Ordered 2 mobile phones from sky, 1 turned up with the packaging damaged. The other failed delivery 3 times, lots of calls later to be told that they had lost it in the depot and could not find after completing a parcel search 3 days prior!! I have had to then go back to sky and explain, unfortunately they no longer have these in stock so won't be able to deliver before xmas. What I find strange is the fact that the driver (not driving a branded van or uniform) new that the other parcel could not be found in the depot!

The package wasn't delivered twice even after calling customer service the first time and asking to ensure that they should ensure delivery the second time. no special arrangements were made to ensure that it was taken care of A previous package was also returned to the shipper, because DPD claimed the local shop had rejected it I have completely lost trust in this company

I ordered a central heating component and the supplier use DPD as a courier this was a next day delivery. It is now a week of failed deliveries and this is to one of their pick up stores. I have spoken to the call centre and they couldn’t care less and won’t do anything to resolve the problem. They told the supplier that they would rather get the new orders out on time and then get around to the failed one when they can. All this in what has been the coldest week of the year so far. In future I will be asking who their courier is before placing orders (if it is DPD I will be going else where).

Worst delievery company ever!!! No notification of what was going on with my parcel. Parcel was expected on 30th November then the 1st December then the 2nd now the 4th!!! Customer service are basically like robots with no help at all!!! Terrible service

Appalling service - parcel arrived late so ended backnat depot - took 1.5 hours to contact them - then it was 'sorry parcel locked in container till monday' just shockingly awful service

I received a delivery window of 16 hours!!!! Between 6 and 22:00 on Friday December 1st. And guess what? my parcel wasn't delivered! After checking constantly to see if there is any update, eventually at 22:15 I saw an update saying my delivery date has been changed as requested (whose request?!) to Monday December 4th. Honestly, what's going on with this delivery service!

Text message to say my delivery would be Wednesday, but only one of two packages arrived. You just try and contact their custormer service. Would never use this company they are not reliable.

Really terrible service- somehow they ve managed to win the John Lewis gig! Shoddy service, Cancelled my specified time delivery and promised to deliver the next. Rolled up the next day, lunchtime and pressed the wrong door entry. Claimed to leave a card, no card found. Had the cheek to take a picture of the block sign, but didn’t deliver. Customer service non existent, even calls from John Lewis ignored ! Disappointing to say the least ..

Unprofessional to say the lease my parcel was delivered to iram depot weds and now there saying they will deliver Monday I’ve had this every day delayed parcel:( my daughter birthday present is now 4 days late

If I thought you might respond to my review I could waste even more time telling you what a failing service you provide. Aaron was supposed to deliver my parcel on Wednesday and then again on Friday. On both occasions I was at home. Aaron did not come to my door and therefore no 'sorry we missed you' card was ever put through my letterbox, although this is the email I received, whilst still inside the property waiting. Absolutely total rubbish of a Dynamic Parcel Delivery service.....

Pathetic! Really bad company! My friend was waiting by the window 15 minutes earlier than window time. The driver put a card through to say no one was in when he was waiting by the window all along. The driver had quickly gone. I phoned DPD and they said nothing they can do. I said I'll collect from depot as we needed the credit card machine urgently with it being a business. They said I can't even collect myself. How bad!!

First they lost a bicycle and said we just have to go back to the supplier to order again. They sent and e mail yesterday saying they were to deliver another parcel today and would send an e mail this morning with the 1 hour delivery slot. They did not. Tracking the parcel on their site I see they have had it in Dartford for 2 days and not say it will be delivered tomorrow IF CONDITIONS DO NOT CHANGE! Checking their website for delivery disruption they say everything is normal in our postcode. This must mean that they are generally totally useless. Could they please just close down and leave deliveries to companies who know what they are doing. Alternatively I will specify that all future purchases be delivered by another company than DPD

My parcel has been "delivered to the Olbury depot" five times in the last seven days. Then sent to another place to be delivered back again. Just deliver it to me please. The phone help is nonexistent (no one answers for 20 minutes and the E Mail I sent with their tracking number was sent back for lack of information. Don't pretend to be a courier if you don't ever deliver anything.

Received an email last night, following a purchase online with next day delivery, advising that my parcel was on the way and asking what would happen if I wouldn't be in to receive it. I used their option to leave it in a "safe place" and advised them to leave my parcel at the Reception (open 24/7) of my building. Today, I have just received an email advising they "missed me" and will come back on Monday. I tried to call their Customer Service straight away but they don't even pick up the phone... I'm gonna have to go pick up my parcel from their depot, which is a 30 mins drive from where I live. Outrageous Customer Service!

Completely incompetent got 3 times revised delivery dates and spend hours on the Telefon line with no result. Never experienced anything like it. Completely run by incompetence.

DPD UK. Do not touch this lot if you actually want a parcel delivered. Eight different deliveries over 2 years and none arrived. Eight out of eight ! Completely useless, incompetent and could not care less. Drivers are liars and lazy. That is my first hand experience. They do everything possible to prevent people contacting them and they tell lie after lie to dig themselves out of any responsibility. Unhelpful, rude and incompetent. Could not care less attitude. Social media is littered with people's terrible experiences and they all tell the same story about this dreadful delivery company. Just Google DPD reviews and read the horror stories. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Use anyone else but not these people. Before ordering from Amazon, Argos or whoever ask who they use to deliver and if the name DPD comes up then shop somewhere else because it is likely you will never receive the parcel.
