My order dated 27th November never arrived. Was told by sender that DPD had lost it as DPD had problems with deliveries due to Black Friday. This is a delivery company who should be able to cope with all types of demands but obviously cannot. Very poor customer service.

I have waited in for three different time slots for the same parcel. I went on to track after the allotted time slot passed, it was marked with "parcel refused" on all three occasions. I've contacted DPD several times and I still have no parcel. The driver has either been given the wrong address, couldn't be bothered to attempt delivery or there is some kind of scan going on. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not satisfied with customer services either. They should be following up on my complaints.

Note left outside on step. Doorbell not rung. Then I have to chase them to rearrange deliveries. YOU try phoning them. Utterly hopeless. All that is bad about parcel companies.

Always problems with DPD in the UK and abroad. Got we sorry we missed you card trough the letter box. No reference number on it to track my parcel card number does not work. So if you order multiple parcels one of the senders is using DPD then good luck. I could write a book about previous DPD experiences

According to DPD their driver could not find my address on two separate occasions and returned the parcel to warehouse where it lay for another 24 hours. Only after contacting them, as they seemed incapable of contacting me, they asked for more details on how to find my house. Now I live nowhere special and every sat nav I've used can get me home. Obviously DPD's can't. I then had the pleasure of their customer service staff put the phone down on me when I said 'can I ask a couple of questions. My email received a response describing it as a misunderstanding rather than containing an apology.

I have been waiting for my delivery since 27th November Finallly spoke to someone on the phone after trying for days,for them to tell me, they have been unable to deliver it because they are too busy, so they are going to deliver it back to sender !!!! How does that work ? I am FUMIN Disgrace

I gave one star because I had to, in order to write the rewiew. In reality they deserve minus! This company is a disgrace and I agree with every single bed rewiew I read here. Two times in a raw they delivered my parcel to someone else without a note for me. I could see in their website that my oarcel was delivered but I had no clue where it was.The first time it stated that it was delivered to me, but obviously that was a lie. Even the signature was not mine. Luckily the person who had it cane a couple of days later and gave it to me.The second time I called the customer service and found out the name and the address of the person who had received my parcel and went in person to collect it.I live in Germany and the customer service here was more helpful than what the other rewiewers describe. So maybe this one star goes to them.

Utterly appalling service in every conceivable way. Please do not use this horrendous company. Failed to provide a delivery time that was convent for anyone who works. Failed to provide advance notice of delivery time. Failed to provide a helpline that offered anything other than prerecorded messages. Failed to provide a website with any useful options. failed to respond to enquiries within the time limit specified by their own website. Failed to provide a collection point that was accessible at any time outside of normal working hours.

Failed to collect package 3 days running. Terrible service. No guarantee. It all depends on if the driver in your area can do all his daily collections in the allowed time slot and if not you have to re-book and the same can happen again.

AVOID!! This is the best advice you will read on-line today. Words cannot express the ineptitude of this company. If you ever get through to the customer service no (If you can ever find it that is) they will be nice, promise to rectify and then do completely the opposite. They clearly spend time on their website but nothing on understanding how to run a distribution business. I have instructed my businesses to do the same. Trust me...... Look elsewhere....there is not enough space to relate the appalling experience I have had and if I could do negative stars I would...Enough said with 4 missed visits and umpteen promises. PATHETIC COMPANY ..... Pathetic management it would seem for them to accept the level of negative comments on here. I would personally be ashamed

It is a terrible delivery service. They are not able to ring the bell to deliver the parcel although I'm at home waiting it, so they return it. It happened with me 3 times. Never never use it, especially when it is urgent!

Parcel supposed to be delivered to my house. No card to say a delivery had been attempted, had to knock on neighbouring doors to finally find out who had the parcel, which had been delivered a couple of days beforehand. Really poor service and unfortunately I had no choice with the supplier of the product I bought using them.

DPD worst delivery company I've ever experienced. Freezer ordered via Tesco. Delivery day advised, daughter took day off work. Freezer didn't arrive. No communication. DPD wouldn't accede to Tesco's requests to subsequently deliver at convenient time. At one point they told Tesco they'd lost the freezer. Given that they made a big mistake in the first instance DPD have made no apology and have been entirely inflexible. If I was the depot manager I'd be so embarrassed that I would have put it in my car and delivered myself. Astonishing lack of customer service. Almost two weeks later we've had to cancel order and get refund.

awful! they sent automated messages saying my parcel was on its way and it wasn't. When I asked why I was informed took no responsibility for their automated messages!

This is the worst service I ever. I heard from two other pple who are not related to me complaining. I think you can do better than this. Disappointed

Worst service I’ve ever had. Delivery driver Mark incompetent can’t even ring a bell. Rude customer service and I ended up going to the depot (10 miles away) in order to get my package. Never use this company they are a disgrace

Complete Disaster. Failed deliveries every single day wasting my time and effort. Today the email notification said the parcel has been delivered and signed for which is a complete lie and after an our of waiting on the customer care line I was told that the parcel is back at the depot! This is bordering on scamming paying customers. Still haven't received the parcel! Never ever ever use them again!!!!!

Can't deliver the full order. I've had two orders from come via DPD and both time there has been something missing from my order. This time I received someone else order with my label place over the correct address where it should have gone. Web site says that I've have received my order which I definitely have not! Currently waiting on the phone to speak with an adviser and I've been waiting for over half a hour. If they could do their job probably then they would most likely not have people on hold for so long.

Had to use them a lot (not through choice) always a day late I always have to use them because a company uses them to send me stuff. 8/9 times it’s not delivered the day it’s supposed to. I’ve had to collect it myself from the depot numerous times, but now they just say that’s not possible and have a horrible attitude I.e turned up 5 minutes before closing time (the wrong time is also on the website but luckily I knew it was an hour earlier is shut) for my fiancé to be told ‘we’re closed’. When I phoned and said they hadn’t closed for an other 5 minutes she said- no joke- ‘well that’s been an other 2 minutes so we are basically closed now. Byeee!’. I’ve even tried paying the £10 for early delivery and they cocked that up too. Now they yet again tell me that it’s not arrived at the depot and they can’t tell me why. They can only tell me I’ll get it tomorrow afternoon if I’m lucky. I can’t change it to collect myself (as I’ve done before). Today the woman I spoke to was better but still didn’t give me a choice and said I’ll get it tomorrow rather than investigating where my £90 parcel is and why it’s still on the road. Their attitude stinks at cambuslang and it’s always the same young women. At least when they’ve cocked yo before they apologise but this girl just give you one word answers with a fed up voice as if you’re stupid.

It's a disaster of a service, needs a complete reorganisation, Christmas staff and should treat paying customers like paying customers. Fortunately there is more than one postal service
