Got given a 1420 to 1520 pm delivery slot, at 0947 they sent a message to say the slot was now 1006 to 1106 and at 1023 another messagwe to say they'd missed me and wouldn't be back thet day but would deliver the next day - no time given. Got no apparent way of making an official complaint. Got onto the company I bought my goods from and they made the usual noises but as useless.

The worst experience i ever had… this… The worst experience i ever had… this company is a nightmare. They have very very unprofessional drivers , they can’t even find the easiest addresses . Their driver 3 times went to the wrong address and every time I contacted customer service warned them that he is trying the wrong address which fortunately no one was there to open the door please let him know that he is going somewhere else , they just confirmed driver admitted he made a mistake will redeliver it and the last try was the lucky guy in wrong address who got my parcel and proudly i saw the photo as a proof that a man was getting my goods instead of me (Ms). Contacted them again, sent them their proof and photo of my flat. they had different words during 3 days, one time they said it is in their depot will be redelivered, another time been told it has been sent back to sender… and finally after 3 days they just told me the parcel is missed and needs to be I investigated from sender part which sender also a link of retuning back the parcel, the fake link because there parcel was missed: delivered to wrong address and I i Knew it at the fist time because of the photo of the man who got it … my flat is in a big building on a famous roundabout which even a stranger can easily find it and there is no other building around of it, so you can see how unprofessional they are picking their driver and how unreliable they are. If you have a choice never ever go with DPD …

Lastly i should say this is not the only experience i had with them, even at my work place we had many problems with them, one time the driver easily left the supplier parcel there which was a confidential and expensive one. The same driver again came and we tried to convince him that this is an exchange you have to return the parcel to them but because of lack of knowledge experience and behavior he refused to take it back.and the supplier again had to arrange the collection and we both raised a complaint which never considered…

My parcel is being held in a deposit for 1 week now, from the DPD couriers, and nobody has contacted me to advise me what's going on! I've paid for their pathetic services on Parcel2Go, and now they've lost/stolen my parcel. They don't even bother to reply to any of my emails!!! I've sent them 3 emails in a row and nobody bothers to reply back!!! They don't have any phone number because they receive so many complaints they won't be able to handle them properly! it's absolutely disgusting!!!!!

I ordered a kettle from Hughes Electrical on eBay, and it was supposed to be delivered in a one hour window today. I was in the house all day, as were other tenants. I didn't hear any vehicle come up the drive, nor a knock at the door. The driver (Stanislav) then immediately filed the package to be left at the nearest Pick Up Shop, which is miles away from me, requiring a multiple hour walk or buying a £5 bus ticket for me to get there, and DPD don't do redeliveries despite other couriers doing them. I just want my order delivered to where I live. What is so hard about that for DPD to do? Now I have to go through the whole rigmarole of waiting another week for my Item Not Received case to finalise. Why can't DPD just deliver to my house rather than messing me about like this?

Expected delivery between 1 and 3pm today received email stating we missed delivery at 2.45 everyone was in ,ring doorbell shows no one came to the house all afternoon as it is set on person detection, close up picture of parcel shows nothing of our house so no delivery attempt at all ,will never use again. Cannot contact anyone to complain, driver obviously lying, I hope he will be the delivery driver tomorrow

Didn’t deliver yesterday, saying no one was in. I was. They used a wrong house photo as evidence of their attempt. I contacted them via APP and uploaded photos of my house, safe place etc. Today, exactly the same. Wrong house. Was strange as that house is down the road from me and I was waiting on the road but the driver didn’t pass me! No way to leave negative review on line. Waiting for someone to call me back. Wasted two days away from work. Any compensation?? Dreadful.

If I could give zero stars I would. I posted a second hand wedding dress to Australia it cost me £170 to post an insure. It was switched on route and the customer received a mobile phone from the DPD 'lost property' department NOT the £1700 dress I posted. The customer also paid £400 import fees for this incorrect package. DPD were absolutely no help at all. Eventually the wedding dress turned up back at my home but I paid £90 plus £80 - so £170 in total to post it and insure it. I filed a case with them to try to get my postage costs back. DPD asked for multiple evidences and photos etc all of which were provided. After over a month of waiting they got back to me a refused to refund me. There is no way to dispute this decision. So essentially - I paid them £170 to deliver a dress which they just gave back to me, It never even left the country and my customer is now £400 out of pocket for the import fees she paid. Honestly Im absolutely disgusted at their service but I have no idea how to take this matter further. I will never ever be using DPD again and will worn others away from their terrible service. BE AWARE.

DpD “Deliveries Postponed Daily” I have never actually received a direct delivery from DpD to my address. I have either had to cancel the order due to repeated day on day delay on delivery or I have had to re-direct delivery to a local supplier (the most recent being a piece of Glass for a wood burning stove to the shop that organised delivery from the glass manufacturer). No ability to make human contact with DpD to make enquiries which in turn leaves the same ‘stain’ of poor service left with the supplier for choosing this carrier… Never again.

Today’s experience - 3 people in house, Amazon parcel dumped on doorstep and no doorbell rung - I was just yards away.To email it was accepted definitely not accurate. I believe it was same driver I complained about to DVD regarding last delivery who didn’t approach the house at all but left parcel near an out building because it was raining. Again I was emailed to say I had accepted it. The Evri courier who delivers here regularly has told me they are financially penalised for too many complaints. Perhaps DVD should be doing likewise.DPD should also prioritise a complaints system where it is possible to speak to a human being without being put on hold for an hour? I live in Central Scotland, loathe shopping in person, am an Amazon prime member and have online deliveries most days. I will make my views on DPD known to Amazon next.

I am not sure is it possible to do a worse job on the delivery job. Who hires these people? 2 deliveries which include: 1. Leaving the package outside of the mailbox. Did not even attempt to bring it to the doors. Ofcourse, content of the package was stolen because of DPD delivery not caring at all. Was not reimbursed for the damage and have no right to do so. 2. Lying about delivering amazon package. Half attempt made (delivery person was quick to leave, not enough to open the doors) and booked he made 2 attempts. Therefore I have to pick it up somewhere but I paid for it to be delivered to my doors. Horrible horrible service. If you are reading this please hire someone who cares.

Be aware of what happened to me may happen to someone else. I've been emotionally abused by a dpd driver he's. name in Bassir as the text message says. I was in my kitchen when I hear knocking on the door. A delivery card was on the floor but the driver was still walking back to the van holding the big parcel, so I called him and he came back holding the parcel, saying in a very angry voice that he was knocking for 3 minutes NOW YOU MUST GO TO THE DROPPING POINT TO PIC UK THE PARCEL. BECAUSE HE WASN'T LYING Now for 4 days, I've been receiving text messages. OH SORRY, YOU MISSED THE PARCEL AGAIN. Now I going to think about what company will be delivering.

Been home all afternoon waiting for my delivery slot between 16.28 to 17.28 only to find out that after my slot had expired that they had lied about missing me! So I can now collect my parcel tomorrow from a supermarket! I am disabled! A delivery attempt had not been made! Whenever I order anything again on line, I will make sure it is not this company.

My PS5 was 'delivered' and 'signed' by myself according to the driver at 13:40 which is exactly when I entered my house. But I don't remember that happening? Maybe I was drunk?? Horrible service.

Here's my copy of a complaint I have been attempting to send - but even the form you have to send it on fails!! "Item sent from Repaircare following a telephone call reporting a damaged item which had just been delivered. First I knew of it being delivered was a card through the door from DPD while we were at work 2/3/23, on checking the system, it said they would deliver the next day 3/3/23. Took a day off work, sat there all day and was notified late on that it would now be Monday 6/2/23. Booked ANOTHER day off work, sat in and a parcel was delivered for my son but not the item I have been waiting 4 days for. On checking your system again, it says it has been sent back 'to where I wanted it sending back', the original sender. I DID NOT REQUEST FOR IT TO BE SENT BACK, WHY WOULD I WHEN I HAVE TAKEN 2 DAYS OFF WORK TO WAIT FOR IT? After negotiating your non-existent customer 'help' (either automated systems which cut you off or chat which is absolutely no use either, I have requested a callback from the Depot in Middleton to explain why they have sent my item back and not attempted to deliver it to me. This could take 72 hours apparently. Plus the fact I am a District Nurse, so cannot always answer phone calls if I am in the middle of a visit to patients (which I am all day 8.30 - 5). Then I found your onlineform 'How can we help you?'. I have completed this probably over 100 times now and get the same message every time 'Form failed to send'. It should be titled 'How can we not help you' as you get nowhere with it to the point of wanting to give up. Then you lose all the narrative and have to start again, unless you've cut and pasted it. You describe your company online 'the delivery experts' - that should be banned under the Trade Descriptions Act, your service is an absolute atrocity. Unhelpful website, unhelpful couriers, unhelpful service. I thought Hermes and Royal Mail were bad, but DPD is an absolute disgrace".

I seldom write reviews but it will be disservice to the public not to write this one. I have never encountered a disorganized courier like DPD, they have no regard for peoples time and are not honest. I do not recommend any company to ever use them for courier any more I have decided not to ever order anything from any company that has contracts with DPD. I bought few musical item from PMT and I was told that it will be delivered on Friday, in the meantime I received a notice that my parcel will arrive on Thursday, then I called the music store and they confirmed that they had spoken to DPD that the item will be delivered on Friday To my greatest dismay, I received another notification from DPD that they have attempted to deliver my parcel and since no one was available they had taken it another hub location and I should make arrangements to go and collect it. The guy at the PMT was shocked and surprised because he said that the pdp office confirmed to them that the delivery will be on Friday not Thursday. More frustrating experience on the second shipment which I will on next review. This company should be folded up immediately. Because of their negligence I am canceling my order and returning it back to the seller and will never have any dealing with pmt again until they disassociated themselves using pdp as their courier

My parcel cleared customs & then stopped updating on my tracking app. It just shows as having never left the UK & is marked as needing more instruction. Customer service keeps redirecting me to the sender, when DPD successfully recieved the parcel, they just never delivered it. I'm just beside myself right now, this was a milestone gift I paid the extra fees to recieve on time. I will never patronize another business that uses DPD. According to all these reviews, they're absolute thieves & unmotivated to do anything to accommodate the mounting grievances against them.
