"Waited in all morning. Got notification my driver would be with me. The next thing I know, I get a photo of him holding up a delivery card 15 metres from the entrance to my property. If someone buzzes my flat, it comes directly through to my mobile. I called DPD and they were absolutely useless. I am absolutely furious."

To send a monitor, which was boxed in manufacturers original shipping box and packaging and marked 'Fragile.' \r\nMonitor was smashed in transit.\r\nWorse than that, trying to claim for the damage, which I paid extra on the postage cost for.\r\nOne finds out that DPD is actually DPD Online, which means there is no contact for email or telephone. Trying to find where to report and claim on their website is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. All my search engine searches sent me to either a Polish or Czech or Croatian website. I finally spoke to a local depot who gave me web address with a bunch of subdirectories that are not listed anywhere (and I searched their website site map). They are certainly not making this easy. \r\nI then filled in an online form and added some photos and then nothing. No reference number. No confirmation email. And I've heard nothing since.\r\nThe next day I wasted some more hours trying to get help through their 'Chat' support. This was 2-hours plus of infuriating AI having no comprehension of anything. I pesisted as I cannot afford not to be paid for this broken monitor, and finally I was told I was now dealing with someone called 'Vaishnavi.' This person asked for my parcel number, name, and email address, which I supplied... and then nothing... I was cut off. \r\nThis company is absolutely abominable to the point criminality. How can they be so contemptuous towards customers and behave as though they have nothing to answer for. Beyond upsetting and shocking. Please never use them!"

"Worst delivery driver. Driver had a breach my privacy all in the name of taking picture for delivery. This has never happened to be before and I had my child in my arms. I have had deliveries before and I have done research on this and it is not supposed to be. Dpd, this is a gross breach on my privacy and privacy of my child."

"I am so frustrated right now. I received an SMS that my parcel from SHEIN is out for delivery and I clicked on the link to update the address and requested that they call me. I did not receive any call but rather an SMS that my parcel has been delivered to NARE. Who is Nare? they delivered my parcel to someone i dont know without my consent and i have sent queries , no response , just getting ticket numbers. The parcel was delivered on the 30th of June and today is 2 July, who knows what that person is doing with the parcel. This is my first terrible experience with courier. This might be the last time I order on Shein and its because of DPD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"\"Fragile Handle With Care (Electric Guitar)\" written on the label and in the delivery info. I told the collection driver the same. \r\n\r\nThe box looks like it's been crushed. I really hope that the guitar hasn't been damaged and that DPD haven't cost me my refund."
