Ordered some posters online for our office - needed urgent so paid extra for express 24 delivery. It is now Tuesday, last scan of parcel was Saturday at the depot, DPD do not know where parcel is. Depot is Holytown DPD, cannot even contact depot, willing to collect items from depot but cannot speak to them/not allowed to. Cannot blame weather as other courier (Amazon, RoyalMail, DHL) were able to collect and deliver packages. Very bad service, all can do is apologise. Please all the businesses out there, do not use DPD to send your products to customers. Bad courier will not be good for your business.

Late again. My parcel today was once again not delivered by dpd stating severe weather was the latest excuse. There has been snow, however today the postman and Amazon made it to the house without any issues. If the driver had in fact attempted a delivery as the message from dpd stated he would have realised the road was clear. A complete shambles as per usual.

Guys,avoid this company if you order something expensive and payed for next day delivery,if not,you will be disappointed as me. Ordered present on Wednesday and payed quick delivery,it says it will come in 1-2. Fine,still suits me,because i needed only today(Saturday). Email sent it will be delivered atound 12am,fine,left notes it could be left either my flat door either any neighbours (i got around 60+ of them). After that receive an email,driver missed me. I got many friendly neighbours around me,and no one open the door? When i came back home,i found another delivery,from another company and they left it near by door,how they get in but DPD driver isn't? Worst company for real. It happens already 5-6 times same situation,but before it wasn't so important for me and i can wait another day or two. But exactly today i missing one celebration because DPD drivers dont even know how to read instructions if nobody at home. Disgusting. What the reason to have this option on website if no one care about it? And now,because they probably not working on weekends i got email it will be delivered on Monday,it to late for me,i should have it Saturday. But nobody cares. 10 minutes after delivery missed have chat with DPD customer service. They call me and said they cant get to driver,he dont pick the phone and they will call me within an hour and try to redeliver yesterday. Guess what? No one of course called me. Tried to contact again customer service about 5pm, that'll working day finished,only on Monday they can reply, disappointed guys, avoid this company if you need something been delivered on time, choose better delivery company who knows how to read instructions for drivers. If i will have choose between delivery companies,never going to take them,even if they will be free for delivery and another company ask for small fee for delivery,i will take second one. Thanks

Very bad experience as a recipient of a parcel or should I say not in this case an item I had ordered on Amazon sent via DPD which was sent to a shop that I do not go to have to go out of my way to get the parcel rang DPD to find out why to be told first the snow caused it ??? Wtf ? Then to be told the vendor gave the info to do so htf? I have been in constant contact with the vendor and they can only put the address on the order so wtf have DPD redirected my parcel without my authorization totally unnecessary just to p1ßs people off

Parcel company is appalling even evri delivered better than these and there run by the complete inept This is a joke now 3 times they have nocked and ran away before opening the door taking pictures from the end of drive have it on CCTV changed it to a pick up point so they can deliver with no problems now it's been 2 days that will not deliver rang them before and told it would be tomorrow now it's monday messaged seller for a fecund and will log review any were I can joke of a company

Didn't even try to deliver to the correct address. Photograph that was included in the email telling me they'd missed me is blurry and unrecognisable as anything, let alone a picture of my address. There is an automated parcel locker at this address, and a reception desk always manned during working hours -- there is no way that they were unable to deliver if they were at the right address. Spoke to someone from customer service and they admitted the driver had tried to deliver to the wrong address, despite checking the address that they had for me and it being the correct one. Will have to wait for three days now for the parcel. Have asked for it to be sent to a pickup point rather than risking an incompetent driver not reading an address properly again. Useless.

Repeatedly sends parcels to the wrong adress, address parcels are sent to are empty houses and the drivers don’t have the brains to realise they’re at the wrong place, impossible to contact

I took a day off work to receive a delivery. I received notification that the driver was minutes away. I waited, then looking out if my bedroom window, the DPD driver got out of his van, took a photo of my door, then got back in the van to drive off, without knocking on the door & delivering the parcel. I then within seconds received a notification to say the driver had tried to deliver my parcel but I wasn’t in!! It would therefore be delivered the next day! Another day off work!!! A scam to get another delivery fee. I run out and stopped the driver but he argued that he didn’t have a parcel for my address, he was abusive and drove off. I contacted Customers services who apologised and confirmed/said/promised the driver would definitely return with the delivery at 6:30pm that evening but he didn’t appear. The whole company is a scam, as this is the 3rd time this has happened! Do not use this service, as they are not trained to respect customers or their valuable time.

On 2021 a delivery driver faked a delivery which was proven by the photographs and admitted by DPD. DPD have for 2 years refused to refund me or help me in anyway. I have been insulted, had the phone put down on me and now have had over a year of emails ignored, including a Resolver case. The item was £65, and DPD admitted it was never delivered but have refused to refund or assist me since. They claim I have to go through DPD local for a refund but they will only assist the sender and as the DPD driver falsified delivery the company I purchased from wont contact DPD as it shows delivered, despite DPD admitting it wasn't. But still DPD refuse to refund or help. This is the worst service across so many levels that I have ever experienced. The staff are rude and incompetent.

Stay away from this company. Why are companies using such a shoddy delivery company to deliver items. They are a disgrace. Used the app to let DPD know yesterday ( Thursday ) to deliver my parcel today ( Friday ) as I was would be out with work on Thursday. Received a text and email saying my parcel will now be delivered today ( Friday ) Got to 4pm today- Friday - so I called their customer service. They said the driver tried to deliver the package Thursday and that the item was ‘refused’ so will now be sent back to the sender. I was told a customer service manager would investigate and call me back in an hour. 2 hours later no one had called so I called back. What? I wasn’t at home Thursday hence I asked for the Friday delivery that their app confirmed. As the driver marked the item ‘refused’ it is automatically sent back to the sender. Ridiculous. Now I have the hassle of contacting them to explain what has happened to a £150 order I have made from them - wait for it to be returned to them to get them to get it delivered again - hopefully not using DPD. This is an absolute disgrace. Their systems even said the driver left a note at my property - no note was left. And no pic of them trying to make the delivery. Really rubbish company. I will be updating the sender to let them know that DPD - through association - is tarnishing their brand and image and to not use DPD again. Their Shoreditch delivery depot employ drivers who really don’t care about their deliveries ( this is not the first time I have had issues with DPD - the last time I had a pair of Converse trainers delivered they left the package outside on street level saying it had been delivered lol ) - when are companies going to wake up - DO NOT USE DPD!

3 separate deliveries on 3 seperate days not even attempted. Waited in for orders in one case left work early for my window. To receive a message saying "sorry we missed you" yet I was waiting by the door. Even checked my CCTV and no delivery was even attempted. Which has cost me to pay more to book a slot. Just to get my items delivered. I suspect this is a tactics to get more money from customers.not only this when trying to contact dpd the website sends you in circles and it's impossible to contact an actual human being. I would only recommend dpd as a last resort.

Paid for next day delivery and never arrived. The following day Driver delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Left my parcel worth £££s on some random doorstep.. fast forward a few hrs after several calls, been hung up on several times. Apparently the driver knew where he left it and would return at end of shift with it. Driver did return and asked me has the parcel been delivered?? This has happened far to many times to be a coincidence, 3rd item to leave the depot and completely vanish in the last few months. I genuinely believe the driver to be a thief and will be contacting the police to discuss my concerns as it just continuesto be brushed off by dpd helpline. Yacine in Aberdeen is the driver. Be wary. As usual they will now open an investigation which takes upto 28 days leaving me without my items and out of pocket.

The delivery man rang the doorbell then immediately banged, banged and banged excessively hard on my glass front door and literally dropped my fragile parcel against my door - I head the parcel bang against the front door. When I opened the door I said to the delivery man there’s no need to bang the glass and drop the parcel against the door. The driver was extremely rude and said he had never had anyone complain to him in 200 deliveries and he wouldn’t come here again. I am astounded how the driver showed NO RESPECT to my property and my fragile expensive parcel and have the cheek to be so nasty to me

Liar driver. Did not come to my house. He took the photo of the wrong house and said I was not there. Then when I call his team. He promised to come at 3h later. Then he didn't show up. I called again to be promised to be 1-2h later. Then 2h later, I called again to be promised to be 1h later. Maybe. He should be fired. The delivery is 15503673864345

I don’t like dpd delivery service…. 2 times I was at home ,and 2 times I got the message that I miss my delivery. After first time I ask lady from customer service to leave my parcel in safe place and I got the email with confirmation my upadate but still I don’t think that any driver was there.I hoppe to don’t use dpd service any more …becouse I have very similar problem just month ago and I never receive my box 😞

Got given a 1420 to 1520 pm delivery slot, at 0947 they sent a message to say the slot was now 1006 to 1106 and at 1023 another messagwe to say they'd missed me and wouldn't be back thet day but would deliver the next day - no time given. Got no apparent way of making an official complaint. Got onto the company I bought my goods from and they made the usual noises but as useless.

The worst experience i ever had… this… The worst experience i ever had… this company is a nightmare. They have very very unprofessional drivers , they can’t even find the easiest addresses . Their driver 3 times went to the wrong address and every time I contacted customer service warned them that he is trying the wrong address which fortunately no one was there to open the door please let him know that he is going somewhere else , they just confirmed driver admitted he made a mistake will redeliver it and the last try was the lucky guy in wrong address who got my parcel and proudly i saw the photo as a proof that a man was getting my goods instead of me (Ms). Contacted them again, sent them their proof and photo of my flat. they had different words during 3 days, one time they said it is in their depot will be redelivered, another time been told it has been sent back to sender… and finally after 3 days they just told me the parcel is missed and needs to be I investigated from sender part which sender also a link of retuning back the parcel, the fake link because there parcel was missed: delivered to wrong address and I i Knew it at the fist time because of the photo of the man who got it … my flat is in a big building on a famous roundabout which even a stranger can easily find it and there is no other building around of it, so you can see how unprofessional they are picking their driver and how unreliable they are. If you have a choice never ever go with DPD …

Lastly i should say this is not the only experience i had with them, even at my work place we had many problems with them, one time the driver easily left the supplier parcel there which was a confidential and expensive one. The same driver again came and we tried to convince him that this is an exchange you have to return the parcel to them but because of lack of knowledge experience and behavior he refused to take it back.and the supplier again had to arrange the collection and we both raised a complaint which never considered…

My parcel is being held in a deposit for 1 week now, from the DPD couriers, and nobody has contacted me to advise me what's going on! I've paid for their pathetic services on Parcel2Go, and now they've lost/stolen my parcel. They don't even bother to reply to any of my emails!!! I've sent them 3 emails in a row and nobody bothers to reply back!!! They don't have any phone number because they receive so many complaints they won't be able to handle them properly! it's absolutely disgusting!!!!!

The worst delivery company ever!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!! Your drivers have stolen my parcel!!! You've failed to deliver my parcel, and you've stolen it instead!!! ????Where is it???? Nobody contacts me to inform me about any update since the 4th of February??? I've paid for your pathetic services! Absolutely disgusting!
