Totally useless, they have the technology on the website set to impress but it is completely useless and the staff are not interested, why do suppliers continue to use companies like this?

Tracking info for my parcel was deliberately incorrect. I was in all day (didn't leave the house), and received ONE of the TWO parcels I was expecting from DPD (from the same company, ordered the same day, and sent via yourselves at the same time.) 1 parcel arrived, the other was “delayed” until 7 and then it’s status was changed to “no-one to take delivery of the parcel, calling card left”. Again- I WAS IN THE HOUSE ALL DAY!!! No-one attempted delivery in the evening, no card was left. So why lie??? Considering one parcel had already been delivered, ‘Daryn’ didn’t leave a calling card at a different address, did he?? I’ve couriered myself, and this is just a courier’s attempt at avoiding responsibility. It’s bullsh*t. If there’s a problem delivering (Like someone forgot a parcel at the depot), just say you’ll deliver the next day! Don’t lie to your customers – it’s really annoying and it looks REALLY bad!

As long as they deliver it nearer to you than when they set off job done !! DPD just need to fill and empty their vans...where they empty them doesn't seem to matter ! AVOID DPD

DPD must be trying to donate what is left of their business in the UK to the companies who deliver so much more reliably and who respect their customers and strive to satisfy them. DPD just have flashy vehicles and slogans and very little else. They are consistently inefficient, dishonest and do not seem the slightest bit interested in following up complaints (I assume they have so many looking at these reviews!). Their customer services department is a waste of time and very badly run judging from their disinterest and rudeness. I wish I had read these reviews first before trusting DPD with many deliveries that they seem to have messed up on so many occasions now. I have now changed delivery company and am much more confident now that DPD are no longer hindering my companies reputation through failed, 'lost' damaged and often late deliveries. DPD aer a shambles - I would suggest you avoid them and go with one of the better and more reliable companies who show respect to their customers.

'BOYCOTT DPD AND MAKE UK DELIVERIES GREAT AGAIN' DPD are just unable to deliver a reliable delivery service and they couldn't care less or so it would appear when you try to contact them. Sack all managers and start again !! especially their Customer 'Experiences' dept that are absolutely the worst ever....from the pathetic outgoing message that tells customers how to behave to their response to complaints and issues which is just insulting, disinterested, dishonest and rude. TERRIBLE AND DO NOT DESERVE YOUR TRUST !

Delivery messed up 3 times! Friday - I watch the driver pull up, decide he cant be bothered and then drive off. I complain and get told it'll be guaranteed delivery for Saturday. Saturday - Receive a message stating that due to an issue in my area I wont get my delivery. I call again and discover the issue was my parcel was left at the depot! I'm guaranteed delivery for Sunday. Sunday - No delivery. I call again, delivery upgraded, label printed etc but it just hasn't left the depot. No answer from depot, so now I have no option but wait to see if they'll attempt delivery Monday. I complained to the 'make it right' department on Saturday who claim they'll respond within 2 hours. They have not responded at all. FYI, the number to talk to a human being is 0121 275 0501

Awful service. Lack of ownership and commitment to giving you a definitive answer.

DPD Are totally useless. They are spiralling out of existence with an awful hit and mis, couldn't care less attitude and have proved to be very unreliable and dishonest in my experience of using them for 12 months as I have started up my business. I have complained on many occasions but have received nothing but apathy, rudeness and lies. I am now taking my business elsewhere and putting it in the hands of a company who can deliver and who respect their customers. DPD customer service department is the worst that I have ever come across - they just don't want to know and rudely make this very clear - even when talking to supervisors. I strongly suggest that you do not trust DPD with your custom.

Disgraceful Customer Services - If these calls are really monitored then the boss of this department should be sacked. Are they really trained to be so thick, rude and unhelpful ?? They are disinterested in resolving but quick to blame customer. Their supervisors (if you can reach one) are worse and seem intent on disrespecting their customers with very legitimate complaints. They are extremely confrontational and abusive. As for DPDs unreliable service this is just appalling and repeatedly unreliable. Their excuses are dishonest and very few seem to care enough to try to resolve the frequent issues that their useless broken systems create - Avoid at all costs !

Useless. Drivers aren't interested in delivering your parcel. Couldn't care less. Worse than parcel force and that's saying a 9 something

I initially recieved an email at work telling me the item had been delivered to me and signed for by me! When I eventually managed to speak to someone they contacted the driver who said it was a mistake and the item had been left in the specified safe place, however when I got home from work it turned out he did not leave the parcel in the specified safe place but at the front of the house in full view of every passer by. Furthermore the tall thin fragile item was left standing upright where a light gust of wind could easily have blown it over and damaged it.

I Had an extremely unpleasant situation. I a product and was told by the retailer I could select to pick the parcel from a shop using DPD services, which worked at first. DPd gave me the option to select a shop, but attempted to deliver to my house instead, of course no one was there that was the reason I asked to deliver it to the shop... On the same day I called dpd I spoke to someone very rude who ended up terminating my call - never experienced this before in my life... A rude customer service, poor management over calls, moody man, who don’t want to work and treat people like he is doing us a favor and he hates his job. I was not only upset about the deliver but now also with dpd because of the call... had to call twice, when I was told that they could not override the system and the option to deliver to the shops - pick up option was blocked from their system but it allowed me to book it in the first place. Conclusion, I was ended up without my parcel... and angry and extremely disappointed with the poor service from DPD, would not use it ever again... Will put a complain here and I will write a review online about this experience.

Poor service and poor customer service. Avoid using this company, use a company that cares about their customers and also take pride in their service.

Appalling service. Tracked driver , he went past my house. I have cctv , no card left driver says premises closed ?? Wtf , this is a house not an office? Chat is a joke , getting through on phone is a joke. When you ring the messages begs you to not be angry with , I have never ever heard that before , they must getting shouted at daily and deservedly so. ÂŁ6.95 down the drain. Day wasted at home. Do they realise how much they cost people? They need investigation on prime time TV show like watchdog or Panorama

Up to now I've always been happy knowing that DPD would be delivering an order. NOT NOW. I ordered from Andertons and, for very special reasons, paid for a Sunday delivery. It never arrived. Whenever I checked the DPD website it simply said the package had arrived at their Liverpool hub. I tried the chat line - WHAT A FARCE! Never mind AI meaning 'Artificial Intelligence' the DPD system must mean 'Always Imbecilic'. The only response it kept giving me was - guess what - my package was at their Liverpool hub. Only at 7.47pm did I get an email from them stating "Oh no, you're parcel has been delayed due to an unexpected issue". No explanation. No apology. Nothing. I assume some lowly minion forgot to load it onto the van and nobody noticed. TRULY APPALLING SERVICE and has destroyed my faith and trust in DPD. Not that they'll care in the slightest.

PHW delivery due Wednesday, did not arrive, checked their web site to see it had been delivered by my facility (private house) was closed! Next day they tried to delivery and said they left a card. On checking they photographed the delivery point but it was not our house. Advised them and they said sorry GPS issue will delivery correctly on Monday! Monday they tried to delivery and said they left a card. On checking they photographed the delivery point but it was not our house. No goods no card, assume their drivers can't read street signs. Useless
