I wish I could give 0 stars. I also had a lazy driver take a picture of a random building on the street and say he attempted delivery while me and my partner waited inside all day and then dropped it off to a pick-up store with many others probably. When I called customer service I also apparently got put on hold while she called the depot, on a SUNDAY, got confirmed I was getting messed with by another normal advisor who apologised for the mess, and another started yelling over the phone that she would get fired if she actually put me through to a supervisor or manager. As someone who works in customer service i'm not even sure what kind of weird sweatshop they're running but had my morning ruined by getting yelled at and spoken rudely to by 2 advisors Anna and Asa? Clearly they'll do anything to get you off the phone as I doubt they have any consequences as I couldn't even file a complaint apparently without downloading the app rating them one star and waiting for a call. No one has the time so hopefully those ladies enjoy their dead end jobs.

Delivered my parcel to the wrong address,and sent me a picture of the parcel in a BLUE bin.Then admitted they had lost the parcel.Two weeks later,they suggested one of my close neighbours may have it.Turns up in one of my neighbours GREEN bins,after l decided to investigate myself,as DPD were as helpful as a chocolate teapot.Something distinctly dodgy going on,unless parcels have somehow managed to transport themselves from bin to bin by themselves.At least l won't make the mistake of using these clowns again.

Tried to deliver parcel 6th Dec,we weren't in ,got email to say it would arrive on 7th stayed in all day no parcel, sent email to ask parcel to be redelivered on the 9th was confirmed it would be delivered on that date waited in no parcel,Following day Hubby saw Dpd driver and he was the driver who brought are parcel on Monday he said to us that are parcel and someone else's had disappeared and the company were looking into, so we rang the company and they confirmed it, Very angry that they didn't have the decently to e-mail and tell us what had happened, they told us they are investigating , So have to wait to see what happens, we might get an e- mail ,and hope they give us are money back for the item that has disappeared,

Ruined our wedding day... I was home all day waiting for my husband's suit for our wedding during lockdown and I received a message saying that DPD tried to reach but no one was home. Had to wear an old suit... so annoyed, I even cried.

I have had a replacement parcel to be delivered and swap to be picked up since 3 December. I left a message with the driver as the system allows to call my number to enter the building. I have been home EVERY TIME for 3 times, on 3rd, 4th December and today 10th December, only to receive the message 'sorry we missed you'. The photograph on the second time wasn't of my building, it was a a new school on a different street, the photo today is zoomed in on an entry phone and could be any building. DPD are failing at doing what they are there to do. On top of all of this what is most frustrating is that you can't reach anybody at DPD to sort it out!

Ordered item on 7th. Out for delivery 9th. I Work 12 hour shifts at hospital. Only got a text same day so could not be there. No card left and online it said item was refused!! Pretty amazing when no one there. I got in touch with company I bought product from today 10th as DPD website is useless and they said it was on the way back to them. Awful service. I don’t think there was any attempt I deliver this item. Liars!

We are a company and they delivered 1500 pieces of material to a pick up shop 🤦 You also can't communicate with them because they don't speak German (working in Austria). I'm surprised that this kind of service can survive in the eu.

If i could give less than 1 star I would. My parcel go redelivered somewhere. Ive been calling since saturday and its not Wednesday. No support what so ever.

I waited in all day long. I went on their site to track the parcel at 10pm as it was already well late. I clicked to 'track' and it worked and the site said it was running late and would be around another 30 mins. I refreshed (not clicked) that page 5 mins later and it came up with an outrageous statement along the lines of 'following your reschedule request we've rescheduled it for tomorrow' There was no 'reschedule request' and they know that full well. It's pathetic!!! There are no contact options on their website either! You can't even complain Now they expect me to wait in all day again tomorrow!

Terrible. Twice in one week I have had the delivery driver pull up and take a photo of my front door and then drive off without even getting out of the van. I've then had a text saying "sorry we missed you" drivers are lazy and inconsiderate.

Five hours after time slot and no apology when delivered ,just said had a busy day ,haven't we all and could of done more if hadn't had to wait around for five hours

Totally useless- second delivery this week where the Driver is too lazy to get out of the van to use the illuminated intercom or the 5ft wide open pedestrian gate! Never have an issue with Amazon, Hermes, yodel or the Royal Mail, DPD ARE A JOKE

My package left Huddersfield on 3rd December 21 then went to Liecester on the 4th Dec and the note on the Web site said there way a problem in your area ? I live in Liverpool so not sure why it went the wrong way but got an update from the email to say it had arrived in Liverpool on the 6th December. DPD carbon footprint can't be good 🤔

Totally rubbish depot Southall . Depot manger and shift manager r all greedy they took the money under the table and then they give a route. No have manner how to speak the driver.
