These people are crooks - they seem totally unaccountable and disinterested in providing an honest and efficient service. Their customer services are inefficient, confrontational and rude. Their 45 minute wait to listen to pathetic pre records about 'unusually busy etc etc and how customers must not be rude is just insulting. They dliver late..if at all.. keep you inaccurately informed about delivery slots and can waste days of your time. Businesses - using DPD can potentially lose you many customers who will not use you if you give them the liability of having to try and sort out DPDs unreliable 'service' lies and losses ... DPD are your worst nightmare - it is hard to think how they could get any worse....Obviously there are many people employed with them at the lower end but who is managing them and seemingly endorsing such inefficiency and in the case of customer services rudeness. I am sure you have plenty of empty sacks to put them in !!! Lets hear from you - if any of you are the slightest interested in your customers and clients,

They just don't do their work. If you can choose who delivers your parcel choose any other company. DPD is litteraly the worst.

This company is a complete and utter shambles. I ordered my phone from EE on 8th September and booked a deliver my slot for 10th September between 10-11... even paid £7 for delivery. Nothing came on 10th... so I didn’t complain I booked another delivery for 11th and nothing came so I called them and they said that my local DPD depo is closed so they’ll call in the morning. I went on the live chat this morning to ask for an update and was told that my parcel is missing! They haven’t updated the tracking since 8th September... they didn’t contact me to even let me know the parcel was missing! If I didn’t call or go on the live chat to query it... my tracking would still say that my delivery is due on 10th. There service is very poor and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. You would think that your items will be safe with these delivery people but they’re not!

are shocking! Failed to deliver after waiting in all day for them! Awful customer service and refused to hand over the parcel! The system is rubbish you have my phone on hold that I needed for Monday and failed to deliver refused to let someone collect it for me and got spoken to poorly and when asked to speak to someone else got told no and got hung up on

Sack Sinead Croke for the utter hypocrisy of the pre-recorded message. This is a total insult to their customers andespescially considering the 30 plus minutes to get through. It is not suprising that customers are frustrated, as everything along the line seems geared at ensuring this. Dreadful customer service !! This is like the final twitch of a dying company - DPD are truly abysmal !!

HOORAY !!!!!! My parcel just turned up - 5 WEEKS LATE AND DAMAGED !!!! 'Well at least you have it now' was the only reaction from them !! - Truely awful and ignorant company who totally seem to disregard its customers. This is a very competitive service and there are many very good companies offering much greater reliability and respect. DPD do not deserve to be in business. They do not listen to or truthfully try to resolve complaints. Only on effective solution is to warn suppliers that you will not buy from them if they use DPD. Personally I now use DHL and so far they have been 100% reliable

Your parcel never arrives but is signed for??? DPD carryout a 3week investigation and refuse to compensate me! Please Don't USE DPD if you value your hard earned & purchases made

....re last comment I would add that many have said that they would have given no stars at all if they had been allowed (1 star being lowest allowed on these review sites ) so put that on your pre-recorded messages DPD !!

Last six months - average one star rating on Trust Pilot, Reviews and Review Centre. 1000's customers/clients with very similar experiences and complaints...and one clear message - to not use DPD at all costs !!! - says it all.

Pre recorded message is a pathetic indication that you will be wasting your time talking to them after you rediculously long wait. What sort of company has to play a rediculous message like this. Shows what losers they are and displays no proffesionalism or confidence...absolutely desperate and pathetic !!

Agree with last comment. All that's missing is that they should warn the 'Customer'/'Client' that they are about to receive abuse, ignorance,disinterest andno help from their staff as a reward for having any trust in this pitiful company. It is no wonder that people get angry and frustrated by their approach. Who ever condones and trains this behaviour shows the awareness of a moron.

Pre-recorded message states : they are unusually busy and warns 'customers' about abusive behaviour , which is the warning that this company are used to abuse - and I can understand why - they then play some horrendously aggressive music just to warn everyone they'll take no nonsense from a mere client. My story: paid for next day delivery with a time slot of two hours - great! After the allotted time passed, I checked the hold up, I was rewarded with notification that I had received the package. Well, obviously, I hadn't! But someone signed my name ... DPD inform me that the parcel has been delivered. Well maybe, but not by me or anyone at this address.

Waited in all day yesterday for a scheduled delivery for a wedding gift...never came and then told it was still in depot and 'these things happen' after waiting 30 mins to get through. Terrible and awful and dismissive customer phone service that offered no help whatsoever. I have reported this to the company that used them as it seems reading reviews that this is the only effective way to complain and make DPD accountable.I will Never use them.

I manage a Customer Care department for a large company and our attention was drawn to DPD and how they handle their complaints. We now use them as a case study on how not to behave....we could not find worse.

Worst experience ever. My parcel was meant to go to a drop off point 6 days ago. Get a message delivery delayed every day, I call up to ask what the problem is and they just spin you a load of lies. I was told to call back at 8 in the morning to make sure the manager sent it out on delivery, the lines are not even open at 8 am!!. I reluctantly asked to go pick it up on the Friday and said they would call me back when they located it.. (It's in the depot... what do you mean??) Nobody did call back. This is Oldbury depot in the Midlands.. Absolutely awful.

I used to use DPD but gave up as they were so unreliable and as customers couldn't get through to them they were giving me a bad time and my company was suffering. I now use DHL and am very pleased so far with their service and value. They seem much more reliable and professional

This company seems to be self destructing rapidly - No accountability. No interest in resolving their broken systems. As for their Customer Services they might as well keep you waiting for 45 mins then answer and tell you to 'F.Off You Moron'. Even that would be an improvement on their present attitude !! I could go through todays farce but it would just increase my stress... BE WARNED AND DO NOT USE DPD - THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AND DON"T DESERVE YOUR TIME OR MONEY - COMPANIES>>DO NOT EMPLOYTHEM IF YOU VALUE YOUR REPUTATION _THEY DO NOT DESERVE TO BE IN BUSINESS.
