My item was delivered after it had been run over!! You can see the tyre marks! The delivery driver scurried off muttering in his Eastern European voice when I challenged him on the state of the box which contained almost £500 worth of products. I’ve reported to the well known up market retailer so hopefully they will deal with it. Absolutely disgusting!

Yep terrible courier. Hang around all day for the delivery tracking then with 2 mins left they tell you to call 0333 as they need more information only to waste more time sitting in a hrs queue on live chat for them to say they don't know what's gone on and they will have to rebook the delivery. In future I'll insist any seller I deal with doesn't use DX delivery and hopefully they will fold

Appalling. How this company is still operating is beyond me. I have had two experiences with them. Both miserable. First parcel they damaged. They didn't bother telling me that of course so I sat in waiting like a mug. Fortunately the poor seller refunded me and I hope they won't be using DX again. My heart sank when I saw that another order was due to be delivered by these incompetent clowns. Sure enough, it didn't arrive in the two hour window. Didn't arrive on the stated day. No idea where it is or when/if it will ever turn up. Nobody gets back to you when you try to contact them. Nobody answers the phone and the tracker is useless. If DPD, DHL and Evri can usually manage to get a parcel to the right address at the right time what is DX's problem? In future I will check which courier is used before ordering. If it is this joke of a company I will give it a miss.

DX Delivery / Express were supposed to deliver my parcel on Thursday. They didn't turn up, yet say they posted a calling card; not true, and make out that we weren't in. [We're a large company with a reception staff full time!]. Rebooked for the following day (05/04/24), again provided with a two hour delivery slot, but no show on the delivery driver. No explanation, again 'calling card left' (not true). You can't call them, you are permanently on hold and their 'live chat' currently has a three hour wait. Without doubt the worst courier company I've dealt with.

Absolute joke of a company, I have never had a delivery on the day they stated, I don't understand why big company's like wickes use them.... They must be cheap!!. Problem is you pay peanuts you get monkeys.

Really disappointed with the service. It says in the link: "delivered. Signed paperwork". Nobody even came with the delivery. How can it say in the link that items were delivered and even signed for. The place of delivery is also stated in a totally different town. It is really disappointing and I hope it will be put right.

Over 2 weeks the parcel was out for delivery on 8 days has never arrived. "next day delivery" kept saying card left they never came anywhere near the house. The parcel has now been given to another company. I would give them a -star

Hopeless and totally useless company…avoid at all costs!! DX notified me by email and txt msg that my order would be delivered today 28/3/24. Unlike most courier companies they do not offer a delivery window but instead advise that delivery will take place on that date between 9-5 I presume. I had to take time off work to be in to take receipt of my parcel. It never arrived and DX simply updated delivery to anytime on Saturday coming which is a further two days away. I tried contacting DX for a proper explanation as to why delivery did not take place today as promised but it’s impossible to speak with a human just machines so I’m no further forward. There are FAR SUPERIOR courier firms out there…avoid DX like the plague!

Due to delivery yesterday said they tried but no one in. Lies. .. my wife was in all day. Same thing today, more lies. Even gave you my phone number. Useless.

Courier lied as promised come back next day as couldn't wait 2min. Never came back and no refund too. Very poor service now. Was good before so very sad to see. Thanks Kindest Regards Saima/Sageer

Failed to delivery passport twice!! Driver wouldn’t go up to my road as it’s one way? Lots of space to park this day, ups, Amazon and Royal Mail all delivered parcels to my neighbours today without any issues, what an embarrassment and waste of my 2 days. Sort out your Exeter drivers as this is a managerial problem

I had delivery from ebay booked with DX Delivery they suppose to deliver on Thursday , I'm a house bound person so no body came to deliver and I was tracking them all day and around 4 30 they messaged me that they attempted but nobody was there and they left a card which was absolutely lying so I booked it for next day along it to deliver to my neighbours still they did exactly the same nobody turned up but a message agin they couldn't deliver as nobody was at home ,then I got really annoyed so I rebooted it for Monday...on Monday morning I contacted them via webcam service and provided my contact number and directions and ask them to call me if they find it difficult they said they will pass all the details to driver I was tracking them all day every half am hour and at point they were only 5- 7 mins away from me and they changed the direction so anyway same thing happened I last tracked them around 4 30 they were about 20 mins away and shortly afterwards I received the same message they couldn't deliver, what an awful company and service someone surely not doing their job as they suppose to do ....I had to 2 time change handy persons appointment and at the end I just cancelled it ....really bad I wouldn't recommend to use this company at all ....

I had my parcels delivered to the wrong address but DX insisted they had been signed for (they were left in someone elses garden 5 streets away) i had to take to social media and post the picture of they had taken of the persons door. Luckily they saw the post and contacted me so i could pick the items up. I have tried to contact DX with 'chat' and there is never an actual person available. I suffer from stress and anxiety so do not want to speak to a person directly. The email doesnt work either and apparently they do not have a complaints department. I have had no attempt to contact myself by them with an apology and will never use there service again.

I had a message that I will get my parcel delivered today so I was waiting for the parcel whole day in my home but finally I got the message that they unable to delivered, and want me to rebook. It is an emergency travel document from indian government, but they running this business like a joke and playing in someone's life.

Dumped package at roadside for signed for, unprofessional, non-communicative, didn't turn up, lost 1 of 2 packages. Literally just threw package out of van by the look of it- and it was a signed for delivery that missed the allotted day from their own email to be homechocka, no update and then package discovered by chance looking outside. Rain would have destroyed packaging even more than damage by courier. Phone numbers to track keep you on hold forever. The WORST courier ever but used by supplier.

DX is refusing to deliver my parcel. Three times they said it was no possible tp deliver when we are a very long fronted shop on Pimlico Road with opening hours from 9AM to 6PM and 12 people in the shop at all times. I no longer want the product as I purchased it from another source return it to the vendor

Driver knocked and put card through before driving off waited in all morning and did not have time to get to door and I have no mobility issues would not use again
