Only give a 10 hour delivery slot unless you pay extra! We have a safe place for delivery but driver took the parcel away again for re-delivery but no card left despite the e-mail from DX saying it would happen! Re-booked delivery but conflicting information on their confirmation regarding proof of identity required

We used this company via Parcel2Go. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THEM 1 PARCEL.. DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. Then arrived at correct address broken. 2. The other one is still missing 2 weeks later. No refund in my bank account yet. DO NOT USE THEM...

Avoid. 5 days after scheduled delivery we are still waiting for our goods. Ordered dog medication for our elderly labrador, obviously time sensitive but we've never had an issue with other couriers so didn't expect a delay. Paid for one day delivery. Scheduled day was a day later, fine under the current circumstances. Tracking shows our parcel has been loaded on the vehicle 5 days straight and still not delivered. Initially the excuse from the driver was incomplete address information, called the office and was told the address was fine. Made a guarantee that delivery would be made today. Driver now claims he attempted delivery and we were available. Despite us being sat by the window adjacent to the front door. No card in sight and there certainly was no one at our property. Called again to be told we can't collect it ourselves from the depot and they can't get an answer on the telephone from the driver to establish what he's playing at. Whoever was manning the phones couldn't put us through to customer services for some unknown reason, despite him telling us that they were the only ones who could help us resolve this. So who knows when or if we will get our goods. I certainly won't bank on it.

Avoid. They were the chosen courier from a supplier I had ordered from. I received an email to track my order, with no tracking number. Managed to retrieve the tracking number from the supplier as dx were unable to help. Got a notification to say the package had been successfully delivered and signed for. I was out of the area. Not home. I happened to be on visiting family at the time and wouldn't be back for several more days. Spoke to customer service at dx to find out where it had been delivered to who said they cannot contact their drivers. Absolutely abismal. Transpired they had left it outside in the rain. The package contained school uniform that could well have been ruined.

I was expecting a delivery from DX on 21st August, waited in all day ,all day Saturday, followed my order on their tracking device ,says parcel delivery vehicle at 22/08/20 @02:12am,at this time of writing this no one has been in touch to say when I will receive my goods .! Not a very reliable company, will definitely not recommend this company to anyone else Also very hard to phone said company to find anything out!!Rant over ,zero stars from me

I had the misfortune to have a supplier use this courier. It took 3 days for them to deliver a blind following a call to the supplier and DX DELIVERY and numerous emails. On the 1st day that delivery was due I received an email advising delivrry could not be made because the drivet could not find my address?? As the email instructed redelivery was arranged for the following day. Still no delivery. On the 3rd day following numerous correspondence to DX complaint about their service and email advising delivery would happen ,"around 2pm", delivery was received around 5pm. I companies want to keep their reputation I would suggest they do not use DX DELIVERY. I found the only way to get past their automated call system and to actually speak to s human was to give a wrong post code. As thus foes not match their records I was passed to their call centre.

My experience is eerily similar to so many listed below. I genuinely don’t understand how they function such is the disorganisation. If any company reads this please know that if you use DX, customers will not order from you again. The service is so, so bad.

Dx do you not see or care about these awful reviews? DX emails I received this week.Monday out for delivery today. It didn't arrive.Tuesday out for delivery today. It didn't arrive.Wednesday out for delivery today. It didn't arrive So three wasted afternoons. No notifications the driver was out of time. Zero customer care or service. Utterly shambolic. Zero star review.

Live plants due on Monday no sign redeliver Tues no sign redeliver Wednesday no sign . Week in a box expecting twigs use these deliverers at your peril

Absolutely shambolic company. Didn't turn up with my passport when they should have, tracking numbers never work, staff very unhelpful and you'll get more sense out of a goldfish than the staff operating the live chat on the DX website. Avoid if you can, unfortunately I couldn't as they have the Embassy contract which beggars belief.

Just received a 'we could not find your address' email from them when our house sign is clearly displayed on our front fence. An unsigned white van slowed down slightly and then drove off without stopping. We tried calling customer services (where it says 'talk to one of our team') but just an annoying automated line. No delivery, no joy. Wouldn't recommend.

3 out of 3 deliveries. Delivery 1 Condition of products was not up to expected standard. All items bashed about due to lack of strapping down on lorry, one item having to be returned due to extensive damage despite good packaging. Delivery 2. Following above redelivery was scheduled for 20/06/20, no correspondence received and delivery didn't arrive. On raising query with my supplier I was told it was out for delivery that day (22/6/20). Not a good experience! Delivery 3. Another delivery due today but despite 2 emails and 2 text stating delivery would be today (17/8/20) we are now told they haven't got parcel. I have contacted supplier who tell me DX picked up parcel on 14/8. Do not use company is incompetent.

Stayed in all day waiting for DX to collect a bike. Next day had phone call from them assuring me collection would be following day. No one turned up. No phone call to explain. E mailed company asking what went wrong, no reply. Bike collected following week by parcel post

Wickes used DX to deliver a kitchen to me next day. More like next week! Their tracking system (which is useless) says that they will deliver... yesterday! How rubbish is that! Given that their only task is to deliver something when its supposed to be delivered this is a real fail. Hopefully Wickes will start using a more reliable delivery company.

Useless delivery company! They were supposed to deliver a package to my work address today (3 days late) and have just emailed me to say they are unable to do so, no reason given, just they will not be delivering and telling me I need to call their customer service. Called customer service, to here a recorded message that quickly quotes an email address for you to send your query to and promptly hangs up on you. Being an office building, there has been someone here since 7:30am today, so they can't claim no-one here to receive the delivery. They also collect a lorry load of pallets from our building every day, as for some strange reason we use them for all our deliveries, so its not like they don't know where we are located. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Two weeks after DX initially tried to deliver my parcel they are still making excuses and have failed to deliver on 5 separate occasions with absolutely no explanation. 2 complaints and 5 phone calls and now they are refusing to communicate at all. Absolute joke. Avoid like the plague.

Had a delivery slot 10am-6pm only told this on day of delivery had to go out so emailed and asked for package to be left in safe place at property to which they replied no our policy is for parcels to be signed for and handed over by driver. Ok so since when during a pandemic do we sign. He then said ask the driver about this ok but just told you we are not in. To top it all off my husband arrived home to find our £90 parcel on the door step this v Company is a joke AVOID.

I hate to leave bad reviews because it can affect people’s jobs but quite obviously there appears to be one simple thing that DX can’t do that other delivery companies appear to be doing all day everyday and that is collect or deliver as promised. I was told by a very friendly lad that they would collect between 9 and 12. They didn’t turn up to collect so I spoke to two girls who just spoke over me at such an incredible speed it was funny. They just told me that although they’d said they would be with me between 8 and 12 they can’t guarantee it. Is it just me or does that sound like a rudderless ship?
