Twice, I have waited in all day for my delivery and twice they have been unable to deliver. Given up and cancelled order. We do not have these problems with parcelforce. They are complete liners.

I have had my first experience with DX as couriers and my one wish is that its my last I have reviewed the comments below and can say my experience mirrors those below no communication from them prior to delivery which was indicated as a Friday by Currys when I ordered DX brought it Thursday if I had known I would have taken Thursday off work anyway redirected to Friday waited until 4.30pm and decided to check online on Live Chat that it was coming on Friday I got through to Charlotte who put my mind at rest and said it would be with me by 6 pm you guessed it didn't arrive no communication from DX in any form to inform me why I have had to redirect to Tuesday so the SAga continues I don't know if anyone has checked Trustpilot but there are 5 star reviews there which took me by surprise going on my experience anyway if no parcel Tuesday I am going for a refund and also attempt to warn despatcher of parcel that business will be lost using DX

Shocking. Awful. Dismal. I drove last Thursday especially from London to Cornwall for a parcel that I specifically chose to have delivered for Friday 18th Sept. By this miserable excuse for a company. Their 'tracking' website would have been great in 2010. But now just shows that it is on a courier truck. You have to wait in from 8am til 6pm. No 2 hours slots for this awful lot. So I sat in all day long. At 6.09pm I got a quarter of a ring on the phone. They hung up. I called them back. 10 times - all to voicemail where I asked them to call back. I texted the same. At 6.12pm they closed the job saying 'no access'. The only thing I had driven the 287 mile each way round trip for was for this bike so to be told I wasn't in just took the mick. I tried calling the HQ to get the van to deliver. Their website has phone numbers but no closing time. I got through to some Midlands misery guts who just told me the call centre closed at 5pm. I called on the Saturday. But on a Saturday it is a different unadvertised number. Silly me. I got through and said I needed to be back in work in London on Monday. The only way I could get the parcel was to pick it up myself. From Truro. 40 miles from Penzance. I drove to the depot where someone told me it wasn't there. But in Redruth. 25 miles back down the road. I got there. They couldn't track the parcel or find it. This was a £4000 bike they had lost and why I wanted it delivered to my house rather than where I was working. Eventually they found it and dumped it outside their HQ. Ever tried fitting a bike in a box in a VW Polo? Good luck. No help. No sorry. And still waiting to a reply 9 days later from the email I sent them. Abysmal. Avoid. Tracking number L7003220. If you can call it that.

Waited all day for two items, said they were out for delivery...checked later in the day to see that apparently the driver couldn’t find my address....a normal residential street..in east London...a normal house in a normal road...full postal address supplied....what sort of plebs are this company using....They want me to rearrange delivery....bollox, not my problem...messaged the seller...either items are delivered in next two days or full refund requested..I’ll just to the shops

My parcel is now 2 days late,I tracked it on the website and they say I've re arranged delivery for today,which is an outright lie,I presume they do this when they can't deliver so they can still charge the sender full price,I've informed the sender they've done this,I suggest other people check the tracking to see if the company have altered the delivery date dishonestly,and if they have,inform the sender.

Appalling!!! I waiting in for my wedding ring. The driver can’t have knocked as we have a dog that barks at any passer by!! But I now have to wait another week !! They wouldn’t even call the driver to ask him to turn back !!

Left no notification to say they had tried , then not delivering again for 2 days I paid extra for delivery and we are a business open all day

This service is diabolical. They give you a delivery time of all day 8am-6pm. I stated that I needed my item delivering before 5pm because my factory would be closed. Of course, DX apparently turn up after 5pm and cannot deliver. I then re-book the delivery and state before 3:30pm in the special instruction box. Again, this is totally ignored and I do not receive my parcel. I paid £5 for postage and have been waiting for my items for over a week now. The customer service line is terrible too, they contacted the driver for the order and couldn't even give an estimation on time that they may have been arriving. Totally unacceptable, shocking delivery service, and make Hermes look like Special Delivery Royal Mail.

Unfortunately, similar to everyone else on here leaving one star reviews, I've had the same experience. Driver claiming not to be able to access the property- no other delivery company we've used has had this problem. Items out for delivery not arriving or else returned to sender. I'm afraid this is a total cowboy outfit. Don't know why companies would chose to use DX for couriers and delivery.

DX say a package of mine was delivered when in actual fact it was returned to sender. Why would their tracking say it's been delivered when it has not?? DX have told me to contact the sender but because of their inaccurate tracking information this means that it will take even longer for my package to be redelivered (or refunded)! Customer service is non-existant and they couldn't care less. Be warned!

5 times using this courier and everytime the driver says he cannot find my property and I have to re arrange every time: the past two times I have told them to return to seller as i wouldn’t give them the business at all now I hope they go bankrupt! I seen I was due another delivery today from them so i called yesterday and left as clear as possible instructions for the driver to find my address which is one mile outside village, first entrance on left. Yet the retard still said he couldn’t find my property. Avoid avoid avoid! Do not use dx delivery. All future orders by myself I’ll be requesting not to use this company! Ffs even Hermes find my address and that is saying something giving some o the jakeys they use to deliver

DX are utterly awful. This is the second review that I've done as the on-going saga with their deliveries from Wicks. They were supposed to collect unused packages from Wicks a week ago. The driver finally came yesterday... a week late! Didn't follow my instructions so didn't find my house, despite calling me. Came again today and started shouting at me. Again didn't follow my instructions. In the end I gave up. Part of the problem was that he could barely speak English... bit of a problem if you have to follow simple instructions! Hopefully they will send someone new who can actually read and speak English and is able to follow simple directions. DX are the worse courier company that I have ever experienced.

They didn't even let me choose my redelivery date, then told me to ring them up to find out the delivery time, drained me of all my credit and wernt even able to give me a time of arrival, and there's no van tracking online

Why pay for next day delivery if it never happens? Bunch of imbeciles. Use royal mail, even they are better than DX, and that's saying something

Tracking appeared as item to be delivered 9th Sep, that it wasn't then updated couple days later to say item out for delivery (confused yet?), no call to my phone or card left when tracking shown as no access? Phoned the company and after having to wait for over 40 minutes, a member of staff answered to tell us the delivery driver could not fit the 7.5T truck down our road??? As explained we have seen much bigger trucks having no issues, was told the item would be delivered again on the next day via a van so would fit down the road. We tried to get the item delivered later on as the driver was still around our area, however was told he refused to do so. The item was delivered as said the next day, but guess not in a van as said but in another 7.5T truck!!! Liars and time wasters!

First time using these today, took day off work waited alday only to check the tracking 'Address not found' even though they had my phone number and could of called to ask, every other courier finds me but these, i tried get a refund to book another courier but unfortunately it will only let book the same again for 4 days time which means another day off work waiting for the same area dx courier to not find me again, complete wankers have cost me wages plus if my customer gets sick of waiting i may lose a £300 sale.

I use several suppliers who unfortunately use DX as their couriers all of whom pay for a 24 hour service. This week alone I have had X3 deliveries not fulfilled, one delayed by 24 hours apparently this went to the wrong hub AGAIN a common excuse used. The other had the consignment split miraculously and the other wasn't scanned in.. DX is costing me money because of their appalling service I'm seriously looking at other suppliers who don't use DX. If you supply don't use DX the service is substandard and does not comply with what your paying for. I would give 0 stars however, it wont let me go that low & this is probably a complete waste of time as I suspect DX won't use feedback to improve their service.
