DX has lost 2 valuable parcels from an electrical company i purchased several goods from. And would you believe it the electrical company sent a replacement and guess what that too has gone missing. A very. DISHONEST company who looses parcels and makes excuses. DEFINITELY NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

One star is too much! I was due a delivery of doors from bnq I was given 3 different days even more different time slots. I was Swapping shifts at work to be in, Needles to say none showed up, no phone calls, no emails absolutely nothing. Resulting in my joiner being cancelled. Customer service is an absolute joke, after half an hr que they promised me it would be that day before 1pm I asked to speak to manager and was told she was too busy to talk. She would ring back. Just like the other reviews said.. no manager rings you back. They lied again. Ended up cancelling doors with bnq for refund. Sadly we won’t ever order off bnq again due to them using DX. Neither will we recommend them. By far the worst delivery service out there and if we know someone uses them we just simply won’t purchase from them. Still no explanation why we was messed around so Much and no apology, absolutely nothing. Still waiting on that “busy” manager call back too.

Bad service made worse by abysmal customer care. This company is sadly declining in terms of reliability, customer service, trust and professionalism. I am still waiting for DX to deliver a parcel that was promised 3 days ago. Each day I receive an SMS giving the name of the person who is going to deliver, but no useful estimate of when (it's usually "between 8:36 and 19:20" or some such large timescale). The parcel is then NOT delivered and there is no notification as to when it will be delivered, until the next message arrives and another broken promise. The only way to contact them is via twitter as the phone number is an automated robot that having asked for your tracking number only wants to re-arrange delivery. Twitter does get a response, but all they do is the same as the automated voice-of-apathy and say "we will make sure its on a van for delviery tomorrow". Watch out for this phrase - it's misleading. The fact your parcel is "on a van" does not mean that it will be delivered. My parcel has been on 3 vans in my area, and it's still not been delivered. So far I have lost 3 days work because of their inability to deliver the service they have been paid for. To add insult to injury, I have just been offered the chance to go and collect my parcel from their warehouse myself - effectively they are being paid and not doing their job. By inviting me to spend MORE money to compensate them for their incompetence is offensive, unprofessional and frankly insulting. I have given 2 stars purely in recognition that there are UK-wide issues with drivers. Otherwise, the total lack of assistance, approachability, professionalism and basic ability to "do what they promise" would have reduced this 1. A very poor experience overall. They do not care about customers.

Unfortunately Furniture Online use this company for their deliveries. If I had know this in advance, I would never of ordered from them. These poor reviews are accurate. I received an email from DX stating the date that the goods would be delivered. I took a day off work as they could not give an AM or PM time slot and their tracking info is total rubbish. I drove 18 miles to the delivery address and got there at 08:00. At 11:51 I received an email from Furniture Online to say that DX would not be delivering on that day. I have since cancelled the order and am awaiting a full refund.

The driver didn't bother to see if I was in, before he left a message saying he was unable to gain access. I was in, it was obvious I was in. He just didn't turn up.

I ordered some ladders and was told delivery would be 3to5days. I had some appointments so phoned the place up where I bought the ladders from. They said they would phone DX up and ask delivery for a he following Tuesday/Wednesday Ladders where delivered on the first Friday they left a card for me to phone and reschedule the delivery. I asked for the Tuesday lady said ok Guess what had an email Monday morning to say delivery out today. Had to cancel my appointment as didn’t want them being returned again. I had a time slot of 10 hours 08.00to 18.00 I would not use the his delivery service if I had a choice

Supposed to be a three day service paid for, 11 days later no parcel. On line chat is extremely helpful in NOT giving you any information like when it will be delivered, which depot it is at and have they actually got the parcel. I even offered to pay to get Royal Mail to collect off them (problem solver), but NO, can’t do that! Don’t bother wasting your time with these, no accountability and worst of all no delivery, from what is supposed to be a delivery company.

They promised delivery three times, three different excuses for not delivering. Their customer service is useless and their tracking is just a waste of time. They are without doubt, the worst delivery service it has ever been my misfortune to deal with. I ended up cancelling my order with another company because of their incompetence. Don't have anything to do with them.

My parcel was delivered while I was away. I asked if the courier could gain access via one of my neighbors so he could entering the building and leaving the parcel behind my door. Instead he left the parcel in front of the building door. The parcel got wet. My neighbors couldn't read the label and after a week the binned the parcel. Very disappointed. The parcel shouldn't have been left outside the building.

The world would be a better place without this company. Please avoid if you’re a business as will only upset your customers. Terrible customer service. Unorganised chaos as a business. I have attached my delivery schedule for this week. 2 days (tuesday and thursday) I’ve been told it will be delivered in a 2 hour time slot. Both days I sat and wasted my time for it never to come and after 6pm you can’t get in touch with them. My delivery was due 4.25-6.25. I even emailed them to say I won’t be holding my breath for it to be delivered..and they reassured me it would be delivered. As to no ones surprise it was not delivered. I ordered from amazon which are usually amazing but sadly the business decided to use DX. I have contacted amazon for a refund and told DX to shove their delivery. You can track your driver but the tracking then disappears and then it says ‘we will attempt delivery today’ Just wouldn’t waste your time on them ever delivering your parcel. Avoid at all costs.

Please avoid this company as it was a plague ridden covid-19 infected malicious mutant sent from the future to ruin your day. They were 'unable to deliver' several times to a building with a smart post box (delivery can be made by anyone with hands 27/7), a concierge (for those lacking hands) or via intercom (by calling my flat obviously). Somehow none of these options were available to the delivery driver who was clearly faking attempts to match his daily quota. Don't bother using them and cancel any order you've made with them.

Just to be sure I'm leaving this in the right place I'm referring to DX group PLC. The firm that delivers (well is paid to deliver). Can't get anyone on the phone have changed the delivery date twice now to the same inconvenient date a week later but with such a poor service its the best I can set up and twice now they are just trying to deliver anyway. The HSamuals didn't say who they were using for deliveries but know it was these cowboys would certainly put me off using any supplier. Be interesting to see it ever gets to me as its a present for next week.

Said they had delivered to my address when they hadn't. No photo evidence of delivery. Contacted them and got email back saying they have delivered and if I'm not happy contact the seller of the item. Poor service and customer service.

I have dropped my day 2 PCR test, as per instructions at DX depot in my hometown. They have arrived at their destination ( testing centre) 5 days later .

received a text on 1 September informing me the delivery would be 2 September between 9.55 and 11.55. I received another message on the so called day of delivery that the item would now be delivered between 10.50 and 12.50. I tracked the delivery as it did not arrive at the allocated time and the van was approximately 30 miles away from me. I tracked every 10 to 15 minutes throughout the afternoon and it slowly got nearer and was about 5 miles away from me at approximately 16.30. At 16.57 I received a message saying a delivery attempt had failed, which was a lie as they came nowhere near my house. When I later tracked my delivery the case was closed as” No access “. This was again another lie. It was so difficult to contact DX2. The offices were closed and despite pressing the request for a callback, it was not received. After another few hours and numerous phone calls the next day, I eventually was able to speak to an advisor, who confirmed I was indeed right and by checking the details from the cab the delivery drivers did not come anywhere near my house. He also said the item may never have been on the van. He said he would speak to the depot and get back to me after half an hour. This did not happen and again I was left in despair at the lack of customer service news, the delivery will now arrive on Tuesday. Delivered today within allocated time slot. Driver parked in the middle of the road holding up traffic, despite parking places available. Second person eating sandwiches in passenger seat. Asked for delivery to be taken through open side gate and was told “ I don’t know if I can carry it” despite it being a DX2man and they must have loaded on the van in the first place. Did carry it around and was very light. No logo on van, which is no surprise as they would not want to advertise such disgusting lack of service. Bought item from Homebase and will never buy from them again as another lack of customer service and Call centre in India with abrupt and disgusting lack of customer service. Still awaiting call back from manager 4 days later. Item is damaged and will have no choice but to put up with it as no way to turn for a decent response.

Given a three hour window,that passed and the tracking facility disappeared back to …we will “attempt “ today. Not expecting it to arrive , have had the misfortune to have a delivery by them before ,equally bad. Why do company's use them?

Appalling - delivery of garden bench twice promised and both times told us delivery had not been possible as we were out although we were in all the time and looking out for it. Would love to know where on earth it is. Have contacted the company.
