Would like to leave no stars but not possible. Waited in for delivery. Was sent a text saying couldn't be delivered. Check tracking and see a card was left. I live in a block of flats so driver would have had to access building to get to my front door to put card through letterbox!! Like to know where card was left. Email customer services and just met with excuses.

What cowards not to allow Facebook reviews! My father missed visiting my late mother’s grave on her birthday to stay in for a cake delivery that never came. They had emailed to say it would come that day. When we asked why it never arrived the courier said ‘it wasn’t at the depot yet’ and they had no idea when it might arrive. We have no cake for his 80th birthday despite ordering it a month in advance and calling the week before to reconfirm. There is no way of contacting them and no sign of the cake. ‘Baked and not delivered’ would be a better slogan. If they had simply told us they had no intention of delivering and had lost it at least we would have had more time to organise a replacement. £75 wasted. If arrives after the party, what’s the point? Avoid and grab something from M&S instead. A devastating disappointment with a total lack of communication making it so much worse.

Bought an item from Etsy and it was out for delivery yesterday but I wasn't at home. When I returned they'd left a card through the door with a tracking number printed on, but no other information. I then saw an email saying they'd delivered at 14.05. Not to me they didn't, nor any of my neighbours. Tried live chat function 'no advisers available', phone number is automated redelivery only and then hangs up. Absolutely awful.

My documents seem to be stuck in Northampton expected delivery has come and gone no updates Live chat no agents do not answer the phone or reply to emails very poor customers services and delivery standards

Disgrace of a company, no one answers emails or answers phones, tracking is a waste of time, my parcel sat in their depot for 4 days, then got delivery slot and stayed in all day, followed tracking for driver, when he was a mile from my house the tracking stopped, driver couldn't be bothered delivering, he practically drove past my door on his way to edinburgh depot (55 miles) parcel logged back into depot hour and half later. Why oh why do businesses use s**t companys like DX??

For 3 consecutive days I have had a text message giving me a delivery time for my parcel and for the same 3 days no delivery, waited in for delivery each time what an incompetent company can’t see why they are used!

My order has been delivered 5 times for no good reason, each time they just say its been missed. I've complained to the customer services each time but all they do is read apologise and tell me they will speak to the depot and it is guaranteed to come the following day only for it not to be delivered and no one to even bother to contact to let us know. I have never had such shoddy service in my life it is laughable. I have even got to the point where I have offered to go and pick it up myself but they would rather keep cancelling my delivery and messing me around than let me collect the item I have paid for

Do not use this service it sucks...... My order number is 491378225. I ordered a watch from Earnest n Jones for my husbands birthday and it was send via DX to be delivered next day... I have been waiting for my order since Friday. Each day I keep getting new delivery notification windows and I already missed 3 days of work since I had to stay at home to receive this package.. I do understand that there can be delays but this is really frustrating when you keep getting different eta every day, I cancelled all my plans since I didn't want to mis the delivery. But it hasn't showed up as of yet.. I can not get through to the customer service or live chat.. such a terrible service.

The worst courier company that I know of. I was given the day and a 10 hour delivery slot! That is too much, meaning that you have to stay indoor all day. Also unable to book my delivery easily

Incorrect information on tracking. Claimed courier had tried to deliver and had left calling card. 1 day staying in wasted. Tracking said delivery would be the following day and was confirmed by automated phone service. Day 2 wasted because no delivery. Tracking gave a 3rd date. Didn't want to waste another day but nit able to speak to anyone on the phone and chat line busy! Phoned company my order came from and they discovered it wouldn't come til the next day. Another day wasted. Emailed DX customer service and had prompt reply. Hopefully my order will arrive as promised and my awaited plant won't be dead. A hopeless company.

Only gave 1 star because a couldn't give 0.. This company is a disgrace! 3 days running I have had 2 hour time slots with nothing being delivered, I had to take a half day from work yesterday to wait in for this delivery for nothing, with no communication from them. This parcel is over £5000 in goods that my customers have saved all year for. Will not be dealing with this company ever again and if Park are using them next year, I will not be placing an order!

Your company by far is one of the worst couriers there is !!! A £700 parcel that should if been next day delivery is now well over a week over , it should off been delivered today and typical it wasn't even attempted, you can not even get hold off my own couriers ' what a JOKE ' to find where my parcel is . Your customer service is absolutely SHOCKING !!!.. for anyone that is even thinking ordering anything that will be delivered by this company DONT , I can not stress this enough , you will be wasting your time and money ... they even had the cheek to ask me to collect from there depot myself . You as a company and the people you employ in your customer service department and the MANAGER I spoke to today are SHAMEFULL. you shouldn't be aloud to OPERATE as a company , I will go as far as I have to make sure I spread the word far and wide of how ABSOLUTELY USELESS you are . STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Don't deserve 1 star, I ordered a dining set in August, and I am still waiting for the table 🙃!!!!!!. Never known a company like this, it's appalling, making me feel ill waiting 😢😞😫

Awful company. Only gave a star because I can't give none. Delivery didn't turn up when told, didn't turn up on second date no explanation. Tried to contact them but couldn't get through to anyone in person on their own text service or by email. Ended up rebooking it myself still don't trust them to deliver it. Worst ever ,in future I will refuse to deal with any company that uses these as couriers. Absolute disgrace. Worst ever, which is saying something in the courier service.

I brought a much needed item from a recommend shop on EBay it was sent with next day delivery. Waited in nothing came, tracking info said by next day so waited in all day again, still nothing. After emailing DX was told it had been delivered! No1 came and no delivery was attempted, have now been told I have to contact the seller. I cannot afford another part and am not earning money without this part. Really don’t know what I am going to do, hoping the seller can sort something. Do not rely on this company for nothing. They are liars and won’t take responsibility or try to help you just pass the blame onto others. My item is big and heavy have no idea where it is. All they are saying is it’s been delivered so frustrated 😡

Had a 2 hour time slot for parcel to be delivered,could track it till half an hour after the 2 hour slot was finished then it disappeared. Was in waiting for parcel all day and at 16.49 got an email saying they had tried to deliver but no one was home and a calling card was left.No delivery man came to my door and no calling card left.Phoned DX to complain,girl said she would put me through to another number but gave me that number too and said if I got cut off to phone them back.Of course I got cut off. Phoned back and was a recording and was told I could leave number for a call back.No call back.No communication. Very bad service.People can’t keep taking time off work to be in for parcels that the delivery driver can’t be bothered delivering so lie that they have been.

Today is the second day we have waited with baited breath for our delivery being sent via DX delivery. We watch excitedly as we see him nearing our town, then he goes away slightly and then returns to our town, even to the next road that runs parallel to ours before disappearing off the face of the map! DX, do your drivers wear glass slippers and their vehicles turn into pumpkins at 18:00hrs? No explanation, no phone call to say sorry we cant get to you today, NOTHING! No one to speak to on the phone or online. DX say they are contracted to our seller so therefore the seller will be getting a phone call tomorrow and I am sure that enough complaints will see the vendors going to another courier company, so think on DX, you are only as good as your last review, and looking on Trustpilot there are many 1 star reviews already. Tomorrow we will look at the online map, and if he gets somewhere near to us I am going out in my car and will meet him to get my parcel so it saves him working after dark and to save DX a bit of overtime pay. Disgraceful customer services, how about you call us instead of leaving the onus on us to send you emails, at least have someone capable of answering a phone call.

Waste of space company how homebase can use them is beyond me. Should have received my order 17th September., 1 month on after being fobbed of with covid, driver shortages blah blah blah, non of which is my problem. the original and replacement have not been delivered today as advised, another replacement is being sent. I have no faith in ever getting my item. W*nk

very poor service, receive an text saying delivery that day, check the tracking, only one of three items have been checked on to the lorry. No delivery that day. Receive a text 2 days later that it will arrive that day and again they dont show. The live chat customer service is nearly always unavailable and takes about 30 minutes to get through on the phone. Still waiting for my delivery, 4 days after expected arrival.
