Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. VFS sent my passport via them on the 2nd of August (today is 18th of August). Tracking number did not work, but then DX claimed that they attempted to deliver the document on the 3rd and then 14th of August. The tracking number still did not work, and nobody even tried to reach me. Because the tracking number did not work, I was thinking that VFS did not dispatched my passport. For that reason< I was bombarding VFS with emails, but they only asked me to deal with DX. It was not a easy task to reach them. Finally, after a long struggle, I was able to reach DX – only by Facebook chat, by the way, because the number they mention on their website, as well as the live chat did not work. They promised me to reschedule the delivery to Monday, but after such a huge delay I am not expecting to receive anything. Hopefully, I am wrong. To summarize – even if they manage to deliver the parcel on time, the delay is at least 19 days. It is also sad that VFS use such a poor company to send important documents to their clients.

Waiting two days for delivery. Each time they say cannot deliver because we are unavailable. We work from home in an office at the end of the driveway. The driver has not even turned up twice (basically he has lied). His employers cannot get hold of him and then they turn of the web chat so they don't have to deal with you. This is quite possibly the worst delivery service I have encountered. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible company, no customer service, just don’t bother to show up leaving you waiting in for days!! Do not use!!!!

Driver popped his head over the gate and asked if this is the right address, replied "Hi, yes it is", then he left and didn't deliver anything. Online chat is unavailable so called, was told driver didn't answer his phone and they'd call me back as soon as he did, that was several hours ago and have heard and received nothing, took my only remaining day of leave from work. Was hoping to be pleasantly surprised and proved wrong having braced myself for disappointment having read the abysmal reviews on reviews on here.

No option for live tracking, useless customer service who don't answer phones and takes ages to come on chat. Total disappointment

Unprofessional driver, completely rude on two occasions. The company need to work on how they handle the complaints received - I sent an email to complain about the drivers attitude. The driver came back to my residence, refused to hand over my parcel until he spoke to the person that sent the complaint email. Verbally abusive, worst attitude ever.

I have to spend more than half an hour calling several custom service numbers in order to speak to a human. And I was told that the driver doesn’t have the responsibility to call the phone number on the delivery package. So, if your intercom is nonstandard etc., you are assumed to be not at home. Don’t know if other delivery companies do it but this is very wired to me

I waited in for three days expecting each day for parcel to be delivered but wasted my time each day as they didn’t turn up at all had to eventually cancel the delivery feel sorry for the supplier as now we are expecting a refund ,very poor communication from dx

This company are totally incompetent. Goods have arrive damaged (that were marked fragile)/ delivered to the wrong address or simply don’t arrive at all.

Wasted a day's annual leave from work waiting for a delivery that never came. Scheduled for 14:25-16:25 today (a Friday) but didn't turn up - I'm away all next week so won't be able to reschedule. The company is impossible to contact, automated phone service and a live chat that is 'available', only to then tell you that nobody is actually available to handle your query. I'll be advising the company I ordered through to break off their relationship with these charlatans. The vast majority of reviews of their 'service' speak for themselves.

Items not been delivered beyond delivery date according to the DX tracking and only a partial delivery of one item from a physically aggressive and intimidating delivery driver

DX freight is the most abysmal freight company I have ever had the misfortune to have dealings with. My Item was scheduled for delivery on 14 July, DX tried to deliver on 12, obviously I was not expecting this and therefore I was not at home. Delivery rescheduled for 14, I waited in all day, DX did not turn up, rescheduled for 15 again waited in all day and again no show from DX. Rescheduled again for 18 and once again waited in all day and once again no show from DX. On each occasion I had to ring DX - no contact from them! Finally was informed that my item had been returned to supplier as it was damaged! Unbelievable inefficiency and a company to be avoided at all cost

Ment to be delivered to me yesterday but wasn’t ! And then they Booked a re delivery for today and all it’s saying is scanned and not Evan put out for delivery! Complete joke this company needs shutting down ! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Last week's delivery took 5 days, this week's has started the same as today it has not turned up. No apologies, no explanation, they never deliver weekends. Terrible Service

I used to be a Team Leader at South London depot for 9 years. Higher management were rubbish. My manager was lazy and used to turn up few hours late every night and hide away leaving me to run shift or always going sick. Staff seemed to do as they please and would not listen to me and if I took complaint higher nothing was ever done. Even when I left job the management couldn't be bothered to give me a nice send off after 9 years and hardly going sick and never late. The day I handed my notice in my manager was running around the warehouse asking every Tom, Dick and Harry if they wanted my job as he knew that once I had gone he would have to deal with everything. Awful company.

I have had text messages sent to me, saying my delivery is out for delivery. Im disabled, & have cancelled a few appointments & plans. I still havn,t recieved my items.

Delivery time was supposed to be 0700-0900. Nothing came. Called customer service twice and I was on hold for 20 minutes each time. Now with all this bad reviews I am getting very anxious. Would give 0 stars if there was one.
