You never answer the phone, you never answer your live chat or inquiries made through your messaging service your tracking system doesn't work and you don't let anyone know when the parcel is going to be delivered. Apart from that great service you should be proud 👏

DO NOT USE DX. I have been waiting for my Ironmongerydirect item since Friday. I called at 5pm today to be told that DX had delivered my item already which it hadn't. I was then sent a photo of a neighbour's house outside with no parcel in sight and a fake signed delivery note. Nobody had attempted to come to the door to delivery. I now have had to pay out of pocket to reorder the goods again as Ironmongery direct have to launch an investigation. What an absolute joke.

I missed the above delivery on a midweek day because I work 9-5 like most people. I rearranged the delivery for a Friday as I was working from home that day due to work circumstances. The item never turned up and I receieved no tracking updates whatsoever, even after the day was up. I tried to rearrange delivery for a saturday because I'm entirely unable to take delivery of anything during the week. It gave me no option, so I sent a complain to customer services asking why the delivery never occurred on the Friday. Customer services replied and said the item had never been loaded onto the vehicle for delivery, and without even asking, rescheduled delivery for tuesday. I took the tuesday off last minute and stayed at home for delivery. Again, I received absolutely no tracking updates whatsoever. By 5PM I wrote to the Live Agent Chat on your website and asked where my item was. They LIED and said it was taking longer than usual and that it would be with me soon. It never turned up. I rescheduled the delivery for a Friday because I had no other choice and never intended to be available. I wrote a 1 Star review on Trustpilot and again complained to customer services. They ignored the entire issue and simply said that they could see I rescheduled it for Friday, which was an utterly useless resposne to the issues. Friday rolls around, I'm out at work, and by some miracle they actually loaded the item onto the vehicle and tried to deliver it, obviously failing because I work during the week. I contacted the Live Chat and asked them what the hell I was supposed to do. I asked if the driver would return, I asked if I could collect and I asked if I could intercept the driver, and all three were refused. By some bizarre turn the advisor said the item could be arranged for a saturday delivey (why now?) so I said that would be ideal and agreed. It is now Saturday, no tracking updates and no mention that it is out for delivery. I contact Live Chat and ask if they've forgotten to load the item onto a vehicle and lo and behold, the agent says that yes, the item is not in fact out for delivery and I don't know why. I asked them how they were going to resolve this issue and they simply said they could only rearrange delivery.

Where’s my parcel???? Pay the extra still not here the rude customer service desk pretending the line was breaking up every time I spoke to her, and instantly became a expert on ring doorbells when I informed her the driver didn’t even open the gate, but you know degreee in technology, hence why she answers phones….

Does DX really stand for Delivered Exactly?! In fact, not delivered at all, throughout the 8am - 6pm (10hour) delivery window. No update or explanation. What a total waste of a day.

Only putting 1 star as zero or minus not an option. Bought a lawn mower from Screwfix and meant to be delivered on Wednesday. On Thursday I get a message saying delivery on Thursday 1330 to 1530, then a message to say could not find address/unable to deliver. Utter nonsense. I’ve taken 2 days off work waiting for delivery to get grass cut during good weather. Shocking service. I won’t buy from Screwfix again.

Very useless and unreliable. Advised to wait at home for 2hrs to pick delivery but did not turn up through the day. No communication, not reachable, line on automated message to give another unreliable advice. DO NOT USE

Said they tried to deliver but I made sure I watched for them so I could be sure I received my package… they did not appear !! No card nothing…we all know what the real reason is and would prefer the truth to this fabrication time after time!!! Disgraceful

If I could you would get zero stars. This is day 3 of not turning up and to top it off they said tried to deliver but couldn't get access. A complete lie and left a card at the house ,total fabrication, telling the truth ,would go a long way, to lie your way through your job is ludicrous, shocking delivery company, we would NEVER order if DX were the carrier in future.

I would give 0 stars if I could! They were meant to collect a parcel from my house to return to B&Q. I asked them to collect on Monday, I got a text at 6.48am saying they were unable to collect. I then got a text at 7am saying they will collect between 7-9am. No one came to the house or knocked on the door. Our ring door bell showed a delivery van drive passed but didn’t stop or ring. I informed the seller and asked them to make sure they knocked on our door or ring the door bell - the seller said they can’t guarantee they do this?!!? What?! Well how am I meant to know they have arrived to collect? Next collection day the exact same thing happens. I get a text at 6.50am saying they were unable to collect. I then get a text straight afterwards saying they will try to deliver between 7-9am. No one comes all day, checked the camera on our door and no delivery van even drives by our house, let alone tried to collect the parcel from our house. I tried to ring DX Express - after being on hold I got hung up on automatically. It said try the online chat, so I did but it said no one was online to chat. ?! I emailed the seller who sent me “photographic evidence” that the driver tried to collect. The photo was off multiple houses down my street with mine right at the back of the photo in the distance, they didn’t even take a photo of my house, just the whole street?! There is no video evidence on my front door camera that they even went up to the house!! Ridiculous service - well no service at all!

We were given a delivery time between 7am & 9pm, someone stayed in all day, we tracked the delivery from 8.30 pm to find that the van and our parcel was safely parked up outside your depot 15 minutes from our house, so no delivery was attempted, basically a big fat lie that our parcel would be delivered to us today. Poor service, even worse customer service as we have heard nothing from you. You make Yodel look good!

Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. VFS sent my passport via them on the 2nd of August (today is 18th of August). Tracking number did not work, but then DX claimed that they attempted to deliver the document on the 3rd and then 14th of August. The tracking number still did not work, and nobody even tried to reach me. Because the tracking number did not work, I was thinking that VFS did not dispatched my passport. For that reason< I was bombarding VFS with emails, but they only asked me to deal with DX. It was not a easy task to reach them. Finally, after a long struggle, I was able to reach DX – only by Facebook chat, by the way, because the number they mention on their website, as well as the live chat did not work. They promised me to reschedule the delivery to Monday, but after such a huge delay I am not expecting to receive anything. Hopefully, I am wrong. To summarize – even if they manage to deliver the parcel on time, the delay is at least 19 days. It is also sad that VFS use such a poor company to send important documents to their clients.

Waiting two days for delivery. Each time they say cannot deliver because we are unavailable. We work from home in an office at the end of the driveway. The driver has not even turned up twice (basically he has lied). His employers cannot get hold of him and then they turn of the web chat so they don't have to deal with you. This is quite possibly the worst delivery service I have encountered. Avoid at all costs.

Driver popped his head over the gate and asked if this is the right address, replied "Hi, yes it is", then he left and didn't deliver anything. Online chat is unavailable so called, was told driver didn't answer his phone and they'd call me back as soon as he did, that was several hours ago and have heard and received nothing, took my only remaining day of leave from work. Was hoping to be pleasantly surprised and proved wrong having braced myself for disappointment having read the abysmal reviews on reviews on here.
