I have recieved 3 different text messages promising 3 different days to deliver.No deliveries have arrived.I feel this company has let me down,which is a shame because amazon is usually very good .mrs round (old age pensioner)

You only thought Evri/MyHermes were bad, this bunch of clownshoes should not be in business. This was supposed to be on a 24 hour service last Tuesday. You ring them, it'll ring endlessly, you want to use live chat? Good luck with that, there's never an agent available.

Absolutely useless. Claims delivery was attemtped but I have cameras and no such atempt was made. I took the day off to receive this important parcel. The automated phone number tells you to speak to live chat, live chat just blanks you and says no one is avialble. What a joke. Avoid at all costs.

A delivery was scheduled 15 May…on the morning (after taking a day off work) I received a text to say delivery unable to be fulfilled. A week later after promised call backs I still haven’t received my delivery?!!! Absolutely useless company

Do not try calling the 0844 number in the UK it charged me £27 for 34 minutes it's a disgrace

Same story as most of you, ordered a basic pine interior door thought ide get it delivered as i have to move house within 2 weeks so would save me time, 1st time the 3 days nothing then sat in Liverpool and scannes twice there to then be resheduled, rang b and q they sorry refunded the delivery cost and sent another its been about a week now, waiting for BandQ manager to ring past few days, and dx just dont answer theyve only answerd once and it was vicky pollard put us straight on hold and left us there till it cut off at 5pm, live chat is bs noone ever opens it up to respond, apparently happened for years so how and why are they being allowed to do this to everyone

No communication whatsoever, do not answer the phone, do not answer emails, do not answer ‘live chat’. The worst delivery company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

Hilariously bad. Didn’t even attempt delivery for two days when the item was on the van and then just continually rebooked the delivery until the company I’d bought the item from intervened. They actually had to send another, local courier to the DX depot, collect my item and deliver it to me on the same day. The company I dealt with were excellent and are now reconsidering their choice of courier. One star is one star too many.

Absolutely disgusting company. Said they have tried to deliver to my address twice but they obviously don't know my property has full cctv. I have them driving straight past my house with no attempt to stop. One week later I still have not got my item. Not once have they tried. No card. No knock. No attempt. They are a disgrace and disingenuous company. Avoid like the plague in my opinion.

An absolute shower of *swear words*. So far I have wasted 4 days waiting in for an item (taking time off work) only to find that both times- yes B&Q had to send items twice because DX damaged them- only for them to not arrive. Also no contact from DX saying the items will not be delivered due to damage so I've stayed in for no reason. They are supposed to call you to let you know. Also what kind of delivery slot is 7am to 6pm? Meant I could not physically leave the house for those 4 wasted days. If you're a major company looking for a reliable courier DX ain't them I'm afraid!

Appalling service. Never use them! Waited in all day for a delivery to be picked up, eventually tracking updated to say more info required and to ring them. Automated response referred me to live chat which was out of action. Can't even rearrange delivery as form says 'error'. Absolute waste of time and money

My parcel went into another city we find that after 20days of worrying. A terrible experience. Even though I received message that parcel will be delivered next day and has been rebooked and rebooked over and over again.

I am still waiting for my order. They claim that they came on Tuesday 18 Apr 2023 at 9.10am and didn't find me and left a calling card. All of this is not true. First of all, I am supposed to receive the order on Thursday 20 Apr according to my original order. So how come they change my slot without taking my approval?! Secondly, I was in the house On 18 Apr and no one came to my house. Thirdly there is no calling card in my letter box as claimed. Fourthly I receive deliveries almost every 2 days from other couriers and I never had any problems except with this one DX. Fifthly, DX contact phone number is a waste of time as it doesn't rebook another slot for delivery and I believe it is a hoax number. Sixthly, they don't have live chat as they claim. Keep away.

Awful. Parts of the order missing, some delivery staff utterly gormless, claim they can’t find the address on a main street. Won’t leave the parcel in a specified safe space, which mens you are constantly waiting around for them. Going to inform the company who i buy off that I won’t use them again if they insist in using DX

The worst company ever!!!! No communication!! You are not able to speak to a human!! Parcel marked with out for delivery but never arrived!!! Wrong delivery slot time declaration!!! Was declared 7.07-9.07 not telling if am or pm. I took all day off and at the end I have to sleep at the floor.. Worst delivery supplier ever. 45years experience my a.... Duno how you can still be in the business. Even your customer service is worst because ther no customer service at all.

I'm surprised there isn't an option of zero stars because that's required for DX Express. I received notification of a delivery by Next via DX Express, however the driver didn't turn up to my property and we received was a failed delivery notification. I know the driver didn't turn up because we can hear a fairy fart outside the house and the dog gets involved whenever a van pulls up anywhere on the street. Awful service on the chat roulette and I wouldn't advise using the phone lines because I received no response. My advice is check with the company you're purchasing from and if they use DX Express try somewhere else.. I will avoid them in future.
