“There is no direct route to take when a seller accuses you of not paying for a item (that was not ordered or sent) all you get is drop down text boxes that do not cover the issues you want to complain about. It's much easer to just to close down the account and buy from somewhere else.”

“Purchased item on eBay. Item different to that described. Ebay closed case before it was resolved. Customer service say they cannot help. Resolution centre cannot be reached by telephone and no email available. Hopeless.”
