Worst experience ever! I paid for a $200 auto part which was not insured and sent via USPS. Package was tracked to my doorstep, but I never received it! Seller told me to file a claim with Ebay, which was denied within minutes! I feel like I have just flushed $200 down the toilet! I will never use Ebay again.

Don't explain fees charged me $750 to have a reserve price with no clear explanation. Called Customer service what a joke they told me to pay or cancel my account. They suck!! Don''t trust them they will screw you.

Had a bad experience months later i have found my account to have been debited 45 pound taken out . This companie scams your money and tells you thats it no customer service no help Discusting and greedy plenty of other bad reviews ebay use to be great but not so much now

I purchased products several years ago and never received them. For example one Christmas I ordered projector from China which I never received. The item was $29.00 I never received the projector, when I called ebay they said that they had several complaints against that vendor however would not refund the money or give me a credit because 30 days had expired. Only God know products coming from China takes weeks and weeks. I was trying to be patient. Nonetheless Ebay communicated they had several complaints but was not will to provide me with a credit even though I paid in advance. Don't give them your money unless your willing to take a chance. They may decide not to give it back to you.

How many times in the last years, all of my items has been missing a lot. This time I claim my missing item and they didn't even refund my money for Case #5196855582. They come back to me so fast within hours and leave a message regarding what happen. But, they don't seem to bother and follow whatever notification that is listed on their website. Do not even bother to order from them, I was their customer since 2013. Once, it is out of their hand and given to the mail carrier. Your item listed as it was delivered, and you didn't get your item. Close your account right away and dont even bother. They are just giving the sellers our money without your item being send to you. You might be lucky sometimes when you get them. I'm their customer for too long and how many items end up missing. I buy the item again and was received the same result. Their full of BS. I rather spend more on Amazon because your value as customer and they make sure you got your item. How many times they replaced my item? They even send them to me using their own delivery service. I been loyal for too long. I am closing my account because they don't even try to contact you or ask more questions out of you. Even you already leave messages or notes from the box they provide it to you when you claim the item wasn't never received. Don't trust their Ebay money back guaranteed at least your "qualified" like how they think you would then you get your money back. But, I wouldn't waste my time if I was you.

I have used Ebay for many years as a buyer. My experience overall has been excellent. Almost all of my transactions with sellers have been amazing. What I really appreciate is that Ebay has safeguards in place to protect buyers when things go wrong. Over the many years I have been buying products on Ebay, I've only had three real issues. The first two were clearly seller scams, but Ebay made it RIGHT immediately and I received my money back both times. The third issue was a product that I received that wasn't working for me. I requested a refund and Ebay sent me all the information to return the item to the seller. It was an easy process and the seller (atog2000) agreed to give my money back. The whole process only took a week and my money was refunded. Customer service is everything and I have to give the seller props, they made it right and I will certainly buy from this seller in the future. In my opinion, the customer service of Ebay is second to none! I love that many sellers understand the power of "Fast and Free Shipping." I only buy from those sellers. My packages arrive so fast that sometimes I am blown away by how fast I received an item. I love Ebay and will continue to buy products from the many sellers on the Ebay site. Keep up the excellent work Ebay!

Order no 163022555499 was never received, neither was my money refunded. What happened? It was supposed to arrive on feb 25/2019. It’s now 5th April. There’s no information about it and eBay seems to have blocked my account as I have no access.

I Have bought a key fob (remote) for my car on ebay, which is exactly the same in part number & shape, I have paid $160 to dealer for programming, however, item was faulty and didn't work properly. after two months argue, as I asked for new correct item or full refund & $160 to compensate my loss, seller only paid original price $46.5 and didn't replied any more. ebay closed the case as well, however, I called to follow up and was told case closed. Personally I am not recommending ebay any more as it's not as it used to be. and now all is about stupidity instead of answer ability.

Sellers receive no support when we say No l As is that's what that means. All a buyer has to say is that it came damaged. How simple is that on getting your money back. Make a claim thru the post office. Horrible experience for a seller I would never refer your company to anyone. Thanks for my new seller experience.

We are a new seller and to be totally honest we wish we had never bothered with ebay. we have now sold over £1000 worth of items and passed the 25 transaction promise to become a trusted seller yet all of our funds are still being delayed 21 days or held including the postage so we have to keep fronting this ourselves, its been two months now and for a struggling small company this seems like a total waste of time. On top of this we have discovered that all of our listings have a day to two day delay when becoming visible to the public so we losing valuable advertising time and getting less bids. Ebay were unwilling to help it seems the whole system is designed very badly and not in favour of new sellers at all. Advise anyone to second think using this as a business platform.

horrible experience, product nopt received, i can not file with paypal they removed the transaction, i left bad feeback and ebay removed it too. lol all was removed, its a 100% fraud, i am on ebay since 2000 with 100% good feedback do not buy from this seller Ilgiardinodimaya they will defraud you and you will be trapped!

eBay provides no protection against scamming buyers, only a reporting tool which does not result in any action taken against the scammer. Buyers are free to claim returns under the money back program, even when they break products or have signs of heavy abuse, and there is no recourse for a seller to recover any of the lost funds as eBay forces full returns. Their updated seller protection in Spring 2019 only protects sellers with less than 100 transactions, so anybody who has been on eBay for more than 2-3 is left out in the cold. Disgusting company policies.

Ebay is a waste of my time and money. I purchase a Yeti cooler off of ebay and the Seller sent the cooler through UPS to a different address than I provided. I had all the proof of this for the case that I file against the Seller, and ebay refuse to refund the money back . On the seller feedback it shows that he have done this to four different people already and ebay still refuse to fix the problem. So at the end I had to paid for a 179.00 cooler that was never received because the Seller sent it to the wrong person. Great Job !!! Ebay I give you a zero for customer service. And before this I was a valuable customer, I will NEVER buy anything from ebay again. Here I come Amazon. A refund was never given.

not trustful company. I have been charged extra couple of times. When i contacted customer service they didnt want to refund it me. I needed to explain step by step for them to understand that I should not pay it. They paying not fair game. Hopping that customers not going to notice it. I am selling one item a month and its easy for me to notice it. I believe shop owners on ebay cheated by ebay. Also my account was hacked. i contacted customer service immediately, instead of reacting and helping with this case they were asking me to contact different dep and then another dep (however Customer service both time transfer my phone call....) Instead of protecting my data and solving my issue (i think hacked account is very important) they were treating me like ping pong ball. I cant trust my persona data to Ebay! Also they promised to be back to me within 72 hours ... I heard back from them after 7 days only after i chased them....
