Bainbridge, GA store never answer the phone and my daughter was told to pick her car up Wednesday she works over a hour and 15 minutes away so she called several times and so did I and "NO" answer. So she drove to enterprise to pick up her car to be told it would be the next day. So she was told over the phone by one person that car would be ready for her on Wednesday between 9am and 5pm.

Had a reservation and confirmation number for a car rental and when my wife got there they said they had no vehicles. She Tried a different Enterprise in the next town the following day they were supposed to be open at 9:00 a.m. and went there at 11:00 and they weren't even there. Have called their corporate number and have just been given the runaround. If you need to get somewhere and have plans don't ever rent from Enterprise you're not guaranteed to have a car.

They simple dont care. I was given a car with a leak in the rear tire. Before you get the car, they ask you 1000 questions to cover their ass. 4 contacts. Referrals. Domestic bills!!! I saw a poor women on Xmas Eve being refused because she only has a débit card. Illegal! Discriminatory In my case when I retourned the car they were paid by USAA to drop me at the repair Shop. The driver dropped me I. The middle of nowhere and I had to call a Uber by a freezing Day.

Been waiting for over an hour at BWI airport Enterprise for a car. This is unacceptable. DO BETTER ENTERPRISE !!!

The staff was friendly and professional in Lumberton it was the same as last.good customer service fast and to the point the young guys there was great.i recommend them.Ricy Williams.

I did not receive my money back yhat was taken from my account without authorisation by me. I received a call from Kalib and brennan but nothing to do with my return date. I have been asking for my money back and I have not received my $372 as of yet. Iam tired of calling and leaving messages with this group on seigen lane BR, La. It's time to send my money back or i will put this all over FB and beyond.

The worst service I have every had from a rental car service. It makes you not want to rent a car. This is about the 5th time I have had trouble with enterprise. I was going on a birthday trip for my girlfriend and the Bastrop la enterprise messed that up. I made a reservation on a insurance claim to get a discount. So the day of they called and said they had no rentals. So I waited till later and they had a rental but wouldn't give me the discount. So I missed the whole trip cause they wanted to charge me full price which was to much. I am done with them . They are not reliable at all.

Please don’t go to enterprise in Middletown Ohio that deposit you pay you will not get back in full.

I had to travel last month because my mom was dying. The two people at each end that I dealt with at Enterprise were so wonderful and kept me calm. I appreciate everything that Elijah S at Detroit Metro and Rylee Martin in Clinton Township did for me.

About a month ago, my daughter rented a car hers was in an accident. They charged her account put a hold on her card. I said that the money was coming back. The money never came back then they took money out of my account for her car unauthorized. There are nothing but a money racket scheme trying to get money from people people in offices do not know their ass from a hole in the ground. I wouldn’t recommend them to anybody call to do is rip you off they’re not even worth the one star I had to press the right this review.

I have been a valued customer of enterprise for 5 + yrs today will be the last time I rent from them. They change their minds like I change my kids diapers!! They only offer rides when it’s condiment to them or for them. They reserved vehicles then when u get to location to pick it up it’s not there or they send you to another location. Then they won’t give you the ride to get there!! This company has went to pure ahit hiring all these young know it all kids that can’t even count money. Enterprise has ran a monopoly and took over Fayetteville NC market and shitting on every client!!!

While on a business trip in Huntsville, Alabama my rental car broke down on Monday November 16th in a mall parking lot. Enterprise roadside assistance could have dealt with the situation better. They called a tow truck. The tow truck driver called and said he was on his way. After almost 2.5 hours I called the tow truck driver and asked where he was. He said he was called to another tow and someone else would come and would find out where he was and call me back. He never called. I called roadside assistance back and the girl did not even care that I had been waiting this long and said she could call another tow truck and her computer was showing it would be another hour. I told her that was unacceptable and I needed to get to Huntsville Airport to get another vehicle. She then said I send an uber and send a tow truck to get the vehicle. Upon the uber bringing me back to the airport, the manager Terynce was upset that I experienced all this. Terynce and Bethany could not have been more kind and helpful to me. They made sure I was put into another vehicle. Terynce even provided his cell if I ran into anymore problems while in Huntsville. I so appreciate the wonderful customer service from the Huntsville airport team. I do think that the roadside assistance girls that are part of that area of enterprise need to be spoken to and need to more attentive to customers that are stranded for 2.5 hrs is unacceptable and there should be more effort to stay on a tow coming for the customer.

I have hired many vehicles from different car rental companies and I have never been ripped off by anyone of them except Enterprise. Blaming me for a nick in a tyre on a Fiat 500 and charging me nearly £170 when I picked up the car the woman that came out side with said there is nothing wrong with the xar when I started to look over it. Because she didn't want to stand there with me because it was pouring down with rain as said again to me that she could ashore me there was nothing wrong with the car. The nick in the tyre could of been missed in the dry let alone the pouring rain. I will never use Enterprise again. And will post on social networks to all the people I know of what your company is like.

i went on their website to make a same day reservation. The website allowed me to make the reservation. When I called to get picked up from repair shop, I was told they had no cars. I thought that was the whole point in making a reservation. I asked for another locations number. I called and they said sure we have a car for you sitting right here, but we can't pick you up for 2 hours. I told them make the reservation and I would try and get a ride to them. I did and when i got there I was told they would have a car in 30 minutes or so. I finally got one and the final people I dealt with were helpful, but the whole make a reservation online is a joke.

I went online and rented a car from the Beaumont location. The car was supposed to be delivered to me but I found out 2 hours before the trip that they do not deliver cars, so I had to get a ride up there. Once I got there the guy told me the only car left was Electric I told him I didn't know anything about the electric cars and he said it was fine. He said every Walmart has a charging station and it wouldn't be a problem. I told him I'm going 16 hours overnight and I'm 64 years old and I can't take any chances he promised me it was not a problem to keep getting charged. I get about an hour down the road into Louisiana when I finally realize where the battery line is that tells me how much is on the charge. It said 56% so I started looking for a Walmart found one and they had no charging stations. I went to a hotel nearby Walmart that had charging stations but come to find out it was only for Tesla's and I had a Nissan. I looked a few places and could not find a charging station so I finally thought about it and realized I can call Enterprise and switch the car. Of course by then I'm hysterically crying because I don't know what to do. The guy on the phone told me the only place I could to switch the car would be at the airport I told him I'd be in the car was on 33% charge he said I could make it no big deal. I get 7 miles from the airport and the car dies on me at an intersection of a four-way red light. It's raining and it's storming and the skies are getting dark at 3:00 p.m. so I'm crying people are honking and I don't know what to do. Finally a cop stops that was in his own personal car and said he would help me he directed traffic until he got another police officer on the site with the flashing red and blue lights. In the meantime I had called customer service for Enterprise and the girl I spoke to was not very fluid in English so we had a hard time speaking to each other. When the other cop got there he called Enterprise and was trying to hurry up and get me a car. Finally after about a couple of hours the girl from Enterprise brought me a RAV4 the girl that brought the RAV4 said the car was not fully charged when I left Beaumont because it wouldn't have died on me. The record came and we switched the stuff over in my car and I got on the road. So what was supposed to be a 16 hour drive ended up being a 24-hour Drive. The next day which was actually December 25th I called customer service and told them about my experience crying the whole time because it was horrible and the girl promised me that corporate would call me. Still have not heard from anyone they charged me for the electric car. When I got to North Carolina I turned the car in like I was supposed to they didn't have any record of it. A couple of days later I got a call asking if I wanted to extend my lease because I still have the car. I told them no it was turned in when it was supposed to be on the 26th. This was such a hard experience I don't plan on using Enterprise again but I feel like I should be in reimburse for something.

PRICE GOUGING AT ITS FINEEEEST!!!!! The good ol' US-of-A way! You're disgusting, enterprise! A car, like my personal car, or any other car going through a typical toll....how are you justifying a $24.75 SERVICE CHARGE on an $8. toll????? 3X THE CHARGE ITSELF??? FDOT themselves don't even charge that way! Explain what SERVICE you're charging for? -5 stars!!!!!

I recently made a reservation for a Jeep Wrangler at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car office on Carmenita, but I was notified that the vehicle was not available. I called four other offices in the Whittier/Norwalk area only to discover that they didn’t have any cars available either, and some locations were opening with no cars on the lot. I reached out to customer service twice, and while my issue was escalated to a regional manager, I never received any assistance or communication from them. However, the first customer service representative I spoke with was very helpful and directed me to the Enterprise location in Buena Park. The staff at the Buena Park office were professional, empathetic, and went above and beyond to meet my needs. They were able to provide me with a Dodge Durango, which was a fantastic alternative and exceeded my expectations. While my experience with some locations and the regional management left much to be desired, the outstanding service at the Buena Park office truly saved the day. I highly recommend the Buena Park location for their exceptional customer service.
