I reserved a pick up truck on 5/28/24 for 6/1-6/3 I reserved a pick up truck because that is what i wanted and needed. I was notified 20 mins before pick up time they didn't have the vehicle and it would be late (never mind appt times) They finally bring me a vehicle 1.5 hours late and its a jeep gladiator ( not what I wanted) this vehicle had no gas, needed air in the tires, smelled of cigars and the back window didn't work. When we returned the vehicle everyone was too busy to ewven acknowledge us, so we left the keys on the counter as an employee directed us we snapped a couple pics and left. the next day after noon they call and leave a voicemail wanting to know when I'm returning the vehicle. Maybe I'm crazy but one would think that monstrosity of a vehicle should have been seen and where did these new keys that weren't here before come from but clearly that's not how enterprise does business. I finally speak to a woman that now wants to know when I'm returning 2 vehicles, I'm put on hold and left for 15 mins then hung up on, I call back to no answer, call again Ben answers tell me immediately to hold, leaves me on hold 10+ mins and I'm hung up on again. At this point i am furious, the trip was horrible and we have to go again and had to bring a second vehicle because I want given what i asked for to begin with. I was rude to the lady on the phone because I felt like no one was listening or helping and I have yet to hear any apology but yet I was banned by the Reginal manager for being upset that they did NOTHING right and the only reason they did anything is because I told them I was going to call and complain every day until this was fixed. they gave me one day rental but no apology. Banned or not id' rather cut my leg off than deal with the very condensing ass that is the management team in Mount Airy NC, and his reginal manger who did NOT tell me his name. At this point not only will I not use your services but the hundreds of people that frequent my local music festival will no longer use your service, maybe you don't give a damn about this customer but I am loud and vocal and will tell anyone that will listen how horrible enterprise is and I will help them pay to go elsewhere!

I reserved a vehicle with enterprise car rental at the Bentonville/Fayetteville, AR Airport through my companies travel agent on the same day I was traveling. I received an email with a confirmation number for the dates I was reserving the vehicle. When I got to the counter, they refused to rent me a vehicle due to their company policy. They do not allow online same day rentals. Needless, to say I was annoyed and frustrated at the lack of customer service and the ridiculous company policy. Of course, he told me to go to Avis or HERTZ. They were booked. Enterprise needs to rethink their company policy. Fortunately, I was able to Lyft from the airport to the hotel. Unfortunately, I will have to Lyft to and from the worksite to the hotel. However, Enterprise inefficient policy clearly lacks care and concern for consumers. Make a note on the companies online booking informing customers they are unable to reserve a vehicle online the same day with Enterprise Car Rental. Apparently, they can’t change their policy or system.

made a reservation and went to pick up the car. was told there were no cars available. didn't bother to inform me of such. they even called me the day before to confirm the reservation and never said a word. This was at the Enterprise in Greenville, Alabama. Worst customer service i ever experienced anywhere, in any business. What a bunch of clowns, and that flournoy character that works in Greenville is the biggest clown of all

I called and reserved a vehicle also received an email confirmation. We were renting a vehicle so that my son could drive us to a family get together, as I have 3 layers of stitches due to an operation. They messed up my whole trip. They DO NOT have a vehicle for me? We received the confirmation but no cancellation. One star was too high, I was forced to put that. Our trip is tomorrow and not one person was willing to fix this.

Always rented from Enterprise in the past, but called today to check prices twice and was responded to like I had insulted the persons on the other end. Enterprise must learn that all people are not cut out to communicate with customers tactfully. My request was simple and they couldn't even direct me to where I might be helped. I decided to drive my own car.

If you leave Enterprise a bad review because of bad customer service at one location. You get Blacked Listed from all locations. Good to know now I'll be renting from everywhere but them idiots.

Good morning. Would I like to inform you that my experience with enterprise this time was not excellent!!!! As a matter of fact, it's horrible!!!! Allow me to share.... I had reservations set for Thursday 6/5/2024 pick up my car. Picking up the was the best customer service ever. On 6/6/24, our vacation started we on the road. Let the passengers' side window down, and it wouldn't go back up. We had to drive 2 hours down the road on the highway, listening to that noise. Horrible!!! It was till about 2 hours later that after trying, we were able to get it. Called customer service and spoke with someone she said I could take the car to any enterprise down in Myrtle Beach, and they will change our car.....that was a lie! I asked her to note my reservation so they know I'm coming. She said she would. REMIND YOU THIS MY FAMILY VACATION!! I go to enterprise. The customer service was horrible. I told her that I would have to ho another enterprise. At this time, I'm furious. I am spending my vacation time changing out cars. I go enterprise at the airport. Tell them what's going.. finally, I'm in a car. You would think that was good! !!NOOOO. THE CAR WAS NASTY, DOORS, SEAT, OUTSIDE OF CAR WASNT WASHED. THE CEILING HAS FOOD, DRINK OR WHATEVER ALL ON THE CEILING. WHAT HAPPEN TO MAKING SURE EVERY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS EXCELLENT? Today, I called the local office talked with a manager Jeff where I originally had my reservation and was basically told he can try, contact another enterprise or take the car to get cleaned!!!! What happen to standard of care( clean cars) I am vacation...that's not something I should've have to do.

Wow what an incompetent company, they will make you a reservation only to have the location tell you when you arrive that a reservation does not guarantee a vehicle. Then they will pass you around and transfer you from department to department and tell you you will be contacted by management, but then you never will be. What a joke I have no idea how this company is staying afloat, and I can guarantee they will be filing for bankruptcy soon.

I rented a car for a week from the Olathe KS enterprise. When I received the car, it was washed and water still beaded on it. Did the walk around, notated previous damage, etc. When I returned it, they notated hail damage. The car was garaged at the time that it hailed in Olathe. I have a sworn statement from my neighbors that the car was garaged at the time of the hail. Because I didn't take our Enterprise's "insurance", they are letting me pay for someone previous issue. They were to contact me by 5/22/24 per a letter they sent me - nothing until 5/31/24 was communicated. The manager, Jacob, called me - he did not return 3 attempts to call on that day and I had to the initiate the discussion on the morning of 6/3/24. The attempts to get this resolved have been terrible with poor service all the way around. As a long time, 10 year+ customer of Enterprise, I am extremely disappointed at the customer service, lack of response by management and the dismal resolution process.

I was crashed into by enterprise rental car that had no insurance!!!! My insurance doesn’t cover uninsured motorists. I am now stuck paying a car note for a car I can’t drive. (As my car was totaled). Enterprise only pays $5000. My loan is $25,000. So now I’m stuck paying a car note!!!! Good thing I didn’t die! That $5000 doesn’t cover a funeral!!! I will be certain to tell everyone that I know about the laws you’re breaking for allowing uninsured motorists to drive your vehicles!!! This isn’t over!!!

The Mansfield truck division is terrible, poor customer relations not very sympathetic to customers plights. Called due to who the insurance company deals with. Truck broke down at a rural Ohio campground and needed something to tow my camper home. Called the truck division of this Enterprise and being Memorial Day weekend they weren't open till Tuesday. Got a hold of Cameron a little after 9am and said he had a truck coming back and would call me when it was ready. 4 pm I called to see what was up, could not get Cameron. The fella I then talked with was rude and smart mouthed would not get Cameron. Called car division and they promised to get a message to Cameron to call. Never received a callback. Moto should be " we won't pick you up or call!"

The Fort Gratiot Michigan location has an employee who is racist and very very nasty I encounter this individual last week!! He blamed everything on the district manager saying they don't care about customers loyalty anymore every thing is strictly by the books even charging. I returned the car on full just like I got it and was still charged for 2 gallons the needle was in the same position it got it in !!! Really I have never been charged for gas in all my time renting from Enterprise they need to replace all the front end employees because the group they have up there are not nice nor friendly!! Horrible horrible horrible

Flew into Minneapolis airport at terminal 2. We had about 200 pounds of luggage with us. Followed the signs to the rental counter and the counter was closed with a sign directing us to Terminal 1 for service. There is no easy way to get between terminals. We had to send one person to Enterprise in terminal 1 and another stayed with the luggage at terminal 2. It took an additional hour to get the car and load the luggage. I thought you were in the business of customer service, the bonehead executive who pulled the plug on terminal 2 is taking Enterprise down. He should be fired for making a stupid decision. They lost two loyal customers.

Worst enterprise car rental location experience ever at Longview, WA location. With reservation made to pick up car on Saturday May 25, 2024 and return on May 27, 2024. Arrived signed documents, with a hold on my credit card done. We inspected the vehicle then the employee goes over the agreement and says I cannot return the vehicle on the 27th but will need to return it on the 28th, due to the fact that they are closed on the 27th and they do not except car returns when the location is closed. She went on to explain they do not leave access for a key drop. This location has a history of high theft and that's why they wouldn't allow me to drop the vehicle after hours. I can understand that, but what I can't understand is why was I allowed to make the reservation with a return date when it's closed. The enterprise staff was very rude, not friendly at all and just walked away and went back inside telling me to leave. I was left there in shock and disbelieve. Another customer was just leaving when this happened, she came over to me and told me she couldn't believe how the enterprise staff handled this situation. She offered me a ride out of there, I excepted and she dropped me off at a uhaul location, about 1 mile away, were I rented a pick up truck.

I am an Executive with National rent a car and love their service. I live in Beaver Dam WI, and Chiefland FL for the winter, and because National is 50 miles and 40 miles from me in each location, I rent with Enterprise at both places. I have had all positive experience with Chiefland, but even though I have been using Beaver Dam for about 7 years, and rent at least 6-8 times per year, the last 3 times I used them, they.did not have the car I specifically rented. This last time was the last straw, I booked March 4 for a trip, ( May 24- June 3) and today the day I was to pick it up, I am informed they do not have the car I rented, and wanted me to take a mini van. I am sorry but there is no customer service here, they had ample time to make sure I got what was requested, and once again failed. I canceled my reservation, and now will drive 50 miles to National who immediately got me what I asked for. I will never use Enterprise at the Beaver Dam location again. If you don't care what car THEY decide to give you, go there, if not, stay away!

If I could give this establishment zero stars., I would. My husband and I were going out of town for the weekend and reserved a car (with a confirmation number and details) from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Ottumwa, Iowa, to be picked up on Friday, April 12th at 8:00 AM. I got a call at about 7:30 AM saying that the car wasn't ready and they would call me when it was. I explained that we were both working that day and that's why we were going to pick it up at 8, but I would be able to get pick up the car sometime after noon. I got a call back at about 9:00AM that the car was ready to be picked up. Again, I explained that I was at work now but could get it in the afternoon, when I had ride to their office. They gave the car to someone else. The manager said that is their policy. Then he said they would have another car for me and the he had something to do but he would call me when he finished the errand and might even be able to pick me up. He never called me. I called and no one answered a couple of times and then went into the office to see what was happening. He said a "confirmation" is not a guarantee that you will actually get a car. What? I think people need to know that they do NOT stand behind their promises. If you reserve a car ahead of time, they do not guarantee you will get one. It ruined our weekend. I called corporate and they said someone would call me in 24 - 48 hours to discuss the situation. No one has ever called me. I called them a week after the incident. Again, they said someone would call me. NO CALLS. A few years ago, I posted a positive review because their customer service was superlative. Times have changed. No longer the case. Terrible manager, terrible customer service. Very, very disappointing. Weeks later, I have heard NOTHING from Enterprise Rent-A-Car in spite of the fact that they have all of my contact information and promised they would call me,.

Today, May 21, 2024, I had a day from hell with the Enterprise Denver International Airport location! We encountered racism and discrimination from Brandon (supervisor). Octavio Paz had a reservation (1360863947), and Brandon took Octavio's driver's license to the office and came back and said it was "red" which means he could not rent him a vehicle. I know Octavio's license is valid and he does his income taxes like any other U.S. citizen. He has a decent, honest job. He has rented vehicles in the past. I did not get a valid clear explanation of the refusal. When Elser Ramirez tried to rent a car, Brandon said his account was "red" as well, but with NO VALID EXPLANATION or reasoning. My husband is a U.S. Citizen and has a valid Colorado driver's license. Brandon committed a racist act on Octavio Paz and discrimination to Elser Ramirez. He also threatened to call the police, which he never did. I have never seen such horrible downgrading customer service in my life! We lost more than 2 hours of our valuable time and when I threatened to call the police, they then changed the story saying they could rent us a vehicle after all. I ended up renting the vehicle, since we already had a reservation and Marcos tried to help us as much as he could, but he did NOT OFFER A VALID REASON for not renting the vehicle to Octavio or Elser. He said Brandon wasn't being racist, just doing his job, but how do you explain why he didn't rent a vehicle to my husband? Is it because my husband has a Latino accent? This sure does sound like RACISM and DISCRIMINATION to me! This is the first and last time I will ever rent in this horrible location. Brandon deserves to be FIRED for his incompetence, racism and discrimination! I have never been so humiliated in my life! I hope something gets done in regard to this because Enterprise is sure going to lose a lot of MONEY if he does not rent to people with "marked" driver's licenses. This is not only going to affect Enterprises' finances, but it does not look good on the company. I will make sure to do everything in my power to make my voice heard and warn others about the racism and discrimination in this location done by the supervisor BRANDON.
