After using edinburgh executive lounge we were looking forward to glasgow. We were extremely disappointed . Although we had booked in advance we struggled to get a seat, there was nothing but crackers and cheese and crisps to eat and a choice of two obscure beers. The heat was unbearable and the whole experience put a dampener on the start of our holiday. A total waste of £18 and we would never recommend glasgow lounge to anyone.

We were not at all impressed, sold wrongly, there was no bacon cooked when we got there, and by the time we got it it was time to go, as it happened on that day the airport was practically empty, we would have done better to have stayed there. I do not think we will ever book it again.

I would not use this Airport Lounge again nor would I recommend it, I was very disappointed as you got very little for your money and there wasn't even a can of beer.

As with most of the terminals at LHR they seem to want to keep you near the high priced duty free shops for as long as possible by leading you through a maze of booze cigs and perfumes straight after security and then if you get to your departure gates too early they are not open and so there is nowhere to sit. But surprisingly there are a few seats doing nothing in the arrivals corridor, Who wants to sit down on arrival, nobody, they want to get home or wherever ASAP. Toilets are also few and far between. The male one near our gate was out of order. The sooner they knock it down and build a proper terminal (or a proper airport) is not soon enough, it should have gone 30 years ago.

When we went in the lady on reception could not give us the time of day. She was so rude and didn't even crack a smile. We all had our confirmation on or mobile phones and she never even looked is in the eye when she was serving us. Shocking service as it made us feel I welcomed and not wanted even though we paid £18 each to get in and there was 7 of us!!! I will never pay in to the sky lounge at Glasgow airport again!

I had attended at the Glasgow Lounge previously, and had no issues; however recently, Couples no longer get access to the Business lounge whereby you can sit with a view over the runways. Instead, your asked to sit in a room with 4 walls, to sit and admire the view of the paint!

No tables No glasses Lounge very untidy tables cluttered Took for ever to get a drink que right over the middle of the lounge No cold bottles No ice No cups for coffee No soup oh and guess what no rolls !! All in all a disasterous visit to the lounge. I am staff at newcastle and was not impressed at all god knows how the passengers felt ! Oh And read the header of your email my names not Phil.!! I would ask for my money back but to be honest the likley good of that would be a miracle considering the level of customer service received in the day !!

Terrible choice of drinks. Little rubber packed cheeses, warm olives, the worst airport lounge I have ever been in and to top it all it was so busy, my children had to sit on the floor. Also the place was filthy! Never again!

When I get the opportunity to fly from Glasgow airport I always try to book the lounge. I was shocked and most disappointed on my last visit. The snacks were poor, we were shown to what I had previously thought was the family area and the place was a complete disaster, dirty tables and glasses and dishes let lying on tables. There were few staff around to help and the place looked very dirty.

Awful service before we got there as I had emailed with questions. Had to have breakfast in the pub as there was no food in the loughs left. Only good thing was the free alcohol and even that was limited per person!

We prebooked the airport lounge months in advance as a treat to start our holiday early. I've used the lounge many times and managed to persuade my sceptical partner to try it. When we arrived we were told that the lounge had been overbooked - not a good start. We went in and there were people everywhere - no seats,no tables,no newspapers - no space at all. This totally ruined our experience. What should've been a relaxing start to our holiday was a hectic, uncomfortable scrum for a seat. We would've been better off just sitting by the boarding gate. The lounge obviously has a limit - so when you know you've booked the number of people to fill the seats - stop taking bookings!!!!!!!!!

Neither of the two staff member took action when I pointed out a bag that had been unattended for twenty minutes under the empty table alongside me. One of the staff was more interested in her smartphone. After a further five minutes, after me raising my voice and then re-locating to the far end of the premises, the staff took the bag in hand. It turned out later that the owner was sitting in another area of the premises and hadn't bothered taking his bag with him. The nonchalance of the staff in the light of this potentially serious issue means I will never set my foot in any of your lounges again.

I've used the lounge on many occasions before the refit last year. On my visit after the re fit I found the furniture uncomfortably and very Ikea ish. It was as thou it had been designed by a teenager for teenagers. The wifi did not work, and when I spoke to the staff they said "it's keeps going off". I had to que for a coffee and bacon sandwich. I had to que to be severed with a drink. I much preferred the previous layout where one could just walk up and help ones self to a drink. This is what a lounge experience is all about. There wasn't even any papers to read. My wife and I said we might as well have stayed in the main airport building as the seating is more comfortable in their bars. We will not be using the lounge ageing unless it changes back to how it was. We have flown from Manchester airport on five occasions this year and just used the main building bars which offer very good service and comfort. Your service, style and business model has been lost. Until you put that right we will not be using your service.
