Absolutely appalling!! No food available and Nothing available for Gluten Free. Staff could not care. Tables were a mess. Team leader useless!!

I have also written to you via my private email. I never complain but felt I had to on this occasion, the lounge was freezing cold, even the breakfast under the heat lamp was cold! I heard a number of people complaining about it being cold. I was that cold that I proceeded to be ill for my trip to zante to see my daughter, which in turn kind of spoilt my trip. Also, we were kept waiting for 10 minutes before we were let in. It was supposed to open at 4am! We all needed a rest as most of us had been travelling since 1am...... Unfortunately, unless the lounge is warmer I won't be revisiting. I would be surprised if you didn't get anymore complaints along my lines. The lady on the reception desk was very welcoming though, although she didn't apologise for keeping us waiting. I also think that the staff working that morning may have all had a bad nights sleep as they didn't seem to be happy!

Dreadful service, food ran out , complained to manager and was told I was wrong ! Will never visit aspire lounges again! Escape lounges are far superior.

The lounge area was filthy , the carpets were disgusting , the whole area will be reported to the HSE , YOUR COMPANY SHOULD BE ASHAMED .Never again add to this the food was not edible B Rowe

The staff there were just in the back room talking and giggling like they were in a school yard. Very unprofessional and made you wait 5-10 mins for a drink, and when asked if they had any bigger players they just said no ignorantly and walked off.

I stood in queue waiting for bacon to arrive and noted that what was left of the scrambled egg was all over the display unit, then a member of staff came back with the bacon and placed the tray on top of the scrambled egg that was strewn all over the display, then when I asked where the bread buns were the reply I got was uugh i'll get some bread. My wife then got up and was hoping to bring me a glass of prosecco to start the celebration of our wedding anniversary only to be told that she would be charged extra, please sort it after all prosecco how cheap is that, NEVER AGAIN

Upon booking the lounge, which was booked because our trip was for a birthday celebration so wanted to start our weekend away in the lounge, I was presented with an online menu of the beverages you serve and what food options were available when we were due to come. When we arrived at the lounge and went to the bar we were greeted with not only a rude member of staff who quite frankly looked like she could not be bothered and had zero customer service skills but we were informed they only had 1 type of beer available, no wine and no tonic water for Gin. Also felt that the food options were very poor when we got there, sandwiches or pasta. Really disappointed with this experience considering I paid £50 for us to be there.

staff were grumpy, loud and generally unprofessional. There was no bacon or sausage or any hot breakfast. The toaster was broken, tables were left un-cleaned and guests having to tidy up tabelks prior to using them,

I have to be brutally honest, it was terrible! No breakfast items, no clean glasses, the list is endless. Broken coffee machine. Very disappointed.

We arrived at airport on Saturday 9th September & went up to aspire lounge at 12.30, & we were met with a notice outside the lounge doors to say they were fully booked !! We were so disappointed as we had pre booked . We had to go back downstairs to the airport & buy food & drink , even though we had paid £50 for the executive lounge . As you can imagine , it wasn't a good start to our holiday . People were paying at the door which meant pre booked customers were turned away . This needs to be addressed & a better system out in place as I would not like anybody else to go through what happened to us . Kind regards Peter Dorricott

Lady at check in desk to the lounge was very good. However what we thought was bad was that there was just bacon rolls available, and at one point when I went up people were waiting as there were no rolls or bacon out at all. I have stayed at the same lounge in Birmingham airport and it was so much nicer. Also very cold in the lounge.

Extremely disappointed as there was very little seating left when we got there. People hoveting waiting for a chair. Not much choice of snacks. May aswell have stayed out in the terminal. Not worth the money at all

"Aspire terminal 5 a disgrace. The food was unfit for consumption ! The people were queuing with no where to sit having pre-paid ! the wash rooms are the public ones outside the terminal ! It is not comfortable and the staff unfriendly on reception. "

Absolutely shocking, very unclean, many people making complaints yet when I contacted customer service none seem to have been reported! Very limited food and the food that was on offer was strewn all over the counter and very messy. Overall my experience was bad and definitely not to be repeated.
