“The one of biggest scammers I have ever seen in London shame on you Fantastic services. I had a bugs issue in my house so I called them & they promised me so many stories over the phone and chagred £209 for 2 visits of pest control. The first visit was done on Friday wherein the guy who came was very rude like he doing the visit for free. They told me before charging that they gonna be doing at least 1 hour of pest control service for the first time after charging £206 and the guy finished his work in hardly 7 minutes when I asked him that how come you are done in such a small time he was very rude to me and when I been into house after 3 hours he did absolutely NOTHING. I have been calling Fantastic Services and telling them that their guy havn't done anything & left in 7 minutes. They got only 1 line to say "am sorry for that we are looking into it & we will get back to you in 10 minutes after seapking to the guy who visited to your house" I called them more than 10 times and heard the same line from everyone. Now, I dont know what to do. I wish I would have gone to some other company and even I have no idea when is the 2nd visit. Eventually I feel I've wasted my money by taking their services because the 1st visit was completely a JOKE I need to look for some other services who can help me to get rid of this issue and I want my refund ASAP. My entire family is very confused & highly disturbed because of their useless and unprofessional working style also dont know what to do because we taken all our clothes to laundry as per thier instructions and now they dont even care or response to me calls. They were good and were sounding very professional before charging money but after they took £206 everything gone and they even care. THEY WASTED MY TIME, MONEY, EFFORTS & HOPE. “Please save yourself the hassle. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I never write reviews but the manner in which this company has conducted themselves is abominable. They were hours late to our gardening appointment leading to a cancellation. When I requested a full refund, I was told to wait an ample amount of days. I still have not received the refund and I’m being told that as it’s past 14 days I’m not entitled to one DESPITE asking for one the day of the appointment. I called to speak to an advisor and was not put through under the premise ‘someone would get back to me’. I waited 72 hours before I even got a response (via email despite repeatedly requesting for a member of the team to CALL me back and calling everyday to speak to someone). I am utterly shocked at the lengths I have to go to, just to simply get a refund for services that I NEVER used. Bearing in mind these unprecedented times, they should be absolutely ashamed. Don’t bother or believe the reviews. Use a more professional and reputable company.”

“I booked a service with Fantastic and to be honest was a bit worried at the beginning as I never used them before. The guy arrived a bit earlier but I was at home anyway so was able to accept the early start and actually had my afternoon free. The result of the clean..omg they are using this machine which I have never seen before and made my carpet looks almost brand new. Can't recommend you enough guys, thank you for making my day”

“Very reliable, polite, hardworking gardeners with a good eye for details. Two guys from Fantastic Gardeners - Dobromir and Constantine came to tidy my garden recently and give it a huge overhaul. They arrived promptly, were friendly and professional and did a great job of cleaning it up in just the two hours allocated. They also made sure everything was tidied and cleaned fully after they left. They were very efficient and I would recommend them.”

“Had an after builder clean done this week. *Quick and easy booking process and very helpful support team at from their office. *The team did a briliant job... absolutely slick and span. *Initially quoted 8 hours of cleaning - finished the job in 7 and gave me the refund without me even prompting. Genuinely couldn’t recommend you guys more highly to the next customer. Getting you to do the removals as well... standby for another review!”

“I booked a jet wash and gardening service and half of my tiles were not cleaned and had black spots remaining. The same black spots that fantastic removed in an identical service last time were now supposedly 'uncleanable' I was told that apparently the black spots on some tiles couldn’t be removed yet others were perfectly fine- an excuse i saw through within 10 seconds. It was a very substandard job, half of my tiles are still dirty and I’m £200 poorer for it. They didn’t wear PPE masks at all, not whilst in my house, which is against current public health guidance for non-essential businesses re-opening. When I called to discuss resolution, I was told they wouldn’t consider it. Lovely way to treat a key worker such as myself and my wife who works for the NHS- NOT. I’ve even been a part of their fantastic club in the past and am shocked at this lack of adherence to public health guidelines, and the poor work done too. Stay clear, stay safe. Update 8/6: a service that wasn’t completed and was done unsafely without PPE for nearly £220. They offered a £50 refund today. What a disgusting exploitative company. You can now explain yourselves to trading standards- who will be sent our entire communications. I have nothing to hide. Unlike fantastic. Update 9/6: I was told this by fantastic today via email; “We have no option but to believe our team when they state that they would never risk their own lives as well as the well being of our valued clients.” Even though myself and my wife physically saw two men in our house with no protection. “We had an end of tenancy clean carried out by fantastic services. Before the date of the clean, I received a message to say they were charging us an extra 11.50 for the congestion zone charge. We lived in N1 which is not part of the congestion and I contacted them to advise this. I was told that we would not be charged. On completing the clean, we received an invoice that included a 11.50 charge for congestion. The oven had also been cleaned and a residue left on the top coil, when the inventory clerk turned the oven on, this smoked profusely. I contacted fantastic services immediately and asked could they return to clean the oven adequately. I was told that they do not clean this part of the oven and that there was nothing they could do. I then emailed them another 4 times over 10 days and was ignored. Nearly 3 weeks later I was told that they would refund the congestion fee and that they could go back to clean the oven and they admitted the operative must have accidentally sprayed cleaner on the coil. They are supposed to guarantee the clean for 72 hours after and this is why we chose the company. To then advise 3 weeks later they could return is awful service. Would definitely not recommend”
