Unfortunately I am still awaiting receipt of the hamper even though I had received an email on 22/12 stating that it was being delivered on 23/12. I have subsequently contacted postal service to track delivery as well as emailing Boroughbox. As of today 31/12 still no response from either party.

I ordered 9 hampers @ £99.00 each for all my staff for Christmas. Still not arrived, Thursday 31st December! So sadly as they still haven’t arrived I can’t comment on the quality. But am sad that am still waiting.

I haven’t received such poor customer care or service as BoroughBox has given me. An order placed 9/12 for Christmas present still has not arrived at New Year. No one available to speak to, emails answered several days after my initial chase up. Am considering legal action. I am guessing you won’t be putting these comments on your media but you are welcome to give it to your legal team.

I can't believe I received an email from BoroughBox asking if I was happy with their service. The hamper I ordered for my niece on Christmas Eve never arrived; the delivery company said they never received it, BoroughBox did not reply to my emails and any attempt to get hold of them was zilch. This is the worst company I have ever come across. Terry O'Sullivan

Absolutely gutted that not only didn’t my box arrive in the given 14 days you had before Christmas, but the box delivered today is NOT what was ordered . Very disappointed after putting so much thought into this gift for my son and his Dr Wife who continues to work under enormous pressure .

Very very poor service. Ordered for Christmas as a present. Now new years eve and not delivered yet. Hiding behind Covid but really shouldn’t take orders they cannot deliver as promised. Hugely disappointed.

I ordered an afternoon tea Borough Box for a Christmas present on the 9th December. Despite being assured it would arrive in time for Christmas - it hasn't. To date 31st December it still hasn't arrived - but despite this they have sent me an email to review it!! I have emailed customer service 3 times and left a voicemail as the customer service line has been switched off and have not heard anything back so I am going to have to speak to my bank to do a chargeback request - Really Disappointed.

Ordered 3 Xmas presents 13 December - 2 still not delivered to date (31 December)! 1 delivered today (31 December) after Yodel failed to deliver as advised earlier in week! Yodel in particular are a shocking delivery company and will never use BoroughBox again if Yodel is the delivery company!

Never delivered either of my £100 orders as xmas gift to valued customers. Tracking number supplied still shows as orders both uncollected. Ignored repeated emails. Have thus had to open PayPal dispute to get money back.

AWEFUL SERVICE Ordered on 12th December, still not arrived- it was a gift for Xmas. Have e mailed to complain- no response to that either! Had an e mail TWO days before Xmas saying they couldn't deliver on time- leaving me NO CHANCE to make other arrangements ! I ordered 5 different wine gifts for friends on the same day- the other four arrived in good time for Christmas- but not Borough Box. Dreadful service, no chance of me using them again

Ordered on the 9th and have still not received my order. Emailed several times and have been promptly ignored. And now I get a email asking how my order was?? I get that it's a tough time but to not even get an update is unacceptable.

2 orders were placed on December 10th ( in plenty of time before the stated Christmas cut off) as Christmas presents. As of December 31st they haven’t even reached the distribution company never mind been delivered. Sending emails is pointless as you don’t get any response, you just get bombarded with automated emails asking what you think and how valued your feedback is. It isn’t at all

Terrible service. Gifts did not arrive for Christmas despite being ordered on the 12th of December. Never responded despite 3 requests to cancel. Had to do a chargeback from my credit card. Avoid at all costs!

One hamper I ordered has not arrived. And one I paid extra to have delivered on the Sunday before Christmas but it arrived Christmas Eve also I had a phone call to ask address which I had give accurately on the order

Won't be ordering anything from BoroughBox ever again. Placed an order on the 7th of December for a Christmas hamper, received an e-mail on the 15th saying the parcel had been shipped. Today is the 29th and according to the delivery company, it hasn't even reached them yet. I've sent two e-mails so far demanding explanation and haven't received a reply. Such a terrible experience.

I wish I could give it a 0. I've used borough box once before, with no issues, so had no reason to believe the second time wouldn't be the same. I placed an order on 5th December, so plenty of time for Christmas delivery in line with the advice that orders were taking 7 days to deliver rather than the usual 3-5. Still giving me two weeks buffer. Low and behold, no item arrived and I spent 2.5 weeks trying to get hold of someone - with no-one answering my calls or emails. I had an email response 3 weeks later saying they were 'busy'. Complete joke, tried to support a small business to be handled so awfully. Will never use them again and have also shared this with family and friends to ensure they don't have the same experience.

Order not delivered. Tracking says the courier hasn't received it yet. Multiple emails sent with no response. Very disappointed, and parents have had no Christmas presents as me and my sister decided to do a joint hamper from us all!

Ordered 2 hampers on the 7th December. It's now the 27th and no hampers have arrived!
