Absolute waste of time. Ordered an expensive print and frame three weeks ago. No confirmation email sent. Had to chase that up. I explained I needed it by the 15th May for a birthday present and was advised it should be here. Now told it may not arrive and that they can’t tell me when to expect it. I’ve had to spend £30 today getting another gift as it’s unlikely to arrive this week. Not acceptable. I’ve had orders arrive from China in this time frame. Do not use this company. They are overpriced and slow. I am beginning to think this may be a scam.

We had a delivery issue, our print was damaged in transit, but the follow up customer service excellent. Replacement sent immediately, no fuss. Thank you Fy

Fy were quick to respond to my returns query. Their customer service is fantastic, I even got a personalised response from Natalie who I’d been dealing with, confirming my refund even though I got an automated response from their system. Keep up the good work!

"3-5 days delivery". Now 5 days and still being "Prepared for shipping". A little more emphasis on keeping your promises and a little less emphasis on daily emails trying to flog stuff, would do wonders for people's perception of your company.

Shop with confidence; the customer service is brilliant. I changed my mind about one of my purchases, sent an email to cancel it and got an email confirming my refund the same day from a named customer services rep (on a bank holiday too)! In a busy world of online retail, it’s things like quality customer service that make all the difference.

Fy were great with processing an order cancellation, after I’d accidentally ordered the same item twice. Customer support were very quick and helpful with processing the refund, and kept me informed. Couldn’t have asked for better service!

love my Uma Cantick lightshades "Wingtale Lamp" !! I bought one in natural and one in black, they look stunning! Exactly as described. Unfortunately there were issues with the delivery of the first one due to the courier company and not helped by COVID crisis, however Fy customer service staff were truly brilliant and I eventually got it. Really happy with shades and C/Service from Fy, big thanks!!

very disappointed I was so excited to order three beautiful prints off iamfy. Ordered about two weeks ago and have yet to receive any communication of it being shipped, not tracking and yet my money was taken. Even worse is that they have no customer service agents responding to any emails however they are still posting on their Instagram story trying to entice their next victim. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.

Ordered £330 worth of pictures on 25th April and heard no more since paid the money! Have sent 2 messages in the chat and no response. Starting to feel like I’ve had my money robbed from me!
