“It's such a shame to write a poor review and it is beautiful artwork, however the customer service is seriously lacking. I returned a parcel and as soon as it was signed for I have heard nothing from the company regarding my refund. I have sent 10 emails and numerous messages on Facebook messenger to no reply. Really disappointing and would not recommend.”

“Great customer service. Realised I wanted a bigger size and they accepted the return - free postage it - no problems. You can’t do a straight exchange so I reordered and they and even gave me another discount code to match the 20% off I’d used initially. Super!”

“Worst customer service EVER. I wanted an unframed print, but the website only gave me the option to have it framed. I emailed customer service about it and they said it was a mistake and it would be fixed in 1-3 days. 5 days went by and they still didn't fix it so I emailed again. They said 3-5 days. It never got fixed. I emailed them another 4 times, each time they said it would be fixed. When they finally fixed it, guess what. The print was out of stock. I wasted more than a month on this company when I should have gone somewhere else from the start. Don't bother people!”
