“I didn't know where to start to look for my mom's new insurance, stumbled upon Chapter, spoke to Daniel Cheeseman who exceeded my expectations. He walked me through the process, helped me with every detail and I was able to establish my mom's new coverage, seamlessly. I had such a great experience that I reached out to Daniel to help my mother-in-law with her coverage and he did. “I can't say enough good about Abram. I called to get Medicare information for myself & my husband. Abram spent a long time on the phone checking every aspect of Medicare & Medicare Advantage plans for us. He checked everything from monthly costs to copays to medications that we take along with the advantages & disadvantages. He was very polite and thorough. H deserves every penny of his salary, but I feel he deserves a raise or a big bonus for the pressure he goes through especially at this time - Open Enrollment.”

“I worked with Stephanie Dragar to find the best Medicare Advantage plan for both me and my husband. She was very professional and knowledgeable. She took her time finding just the right plan and didn’t push one plan over the other. She listened to our needs. She was amazing. “Chapter advised me to switch to Aetna Medicare hmo. They explained the plan. The plan turned out to be nothing like what I was told. I believe I was misled. I’m stuck. I will report them to Medicare as misleading and fraudulent. They promised to help me switch back and they haven’t they promised to help fight all the denials and they haven’t. This is a for profit group profiteering off of you. Don’t make the same mistake.”

“Alex explained everything simply, knows her stuff. I’m so glad we got a second opinion and switched over to Chapter. I was losing sleep over an independent agent we chose in my area, giving us constant conflicting information and running us through unnecessary documents/work. So glad Dr. Ed suggested a 2nd opinion with Chapter. Thank for the YouTube video!”

“John has been a patient and knowledgable resource as I prepare to start my journey on Medicare + the Medicare supplement selection plans. My needs and my husband's are different and somewhat unpredictable as we are still working and our income is volatile. Fortunately, our health is good and John helped us navigate ways to change our path through time and minimize the costs. It is reassuring that John asked great questions, listened and made viable suggestions. He shepherded us through the sign up while on our call and collected all of the information required to set us up with payments when our plans go into effect. It was painless and seamless. I never felt like I was being sold something. Rather, the conversation was informational and with guidance when requested and clarification as needed.”
