“After making a number of calls to various companies I made a cold call and was talking with Carlos Lopez- Santiago with Chapter. It didn't take long for me to realize his professionalism and expertise. By the time I had the information provided I knew I needn't look further and told him he made a sale. Thanks”

“I was perplexed about what to choose and how it all worked together. I couldn’t find anyone that could answer my questions then I saw a recommendation from Dave Ramsey to work with Chaoter to get the help I needed. I called and they answered immediately and 45 minutes or so later I was enrolled in a dynamite plan! What a relief. The person I talked to was very helpful and kind and patient with me having to look everything up. Reminds me of the old AlkaSeltzer commercial “plop plop fizz fizz. Oh what a relief it is. “”

“When I initially called Chapter's number Agnes answered the phone. She was very helpful in taking down enough information to direct me to Kim. Kim took down some more personal information. She then provided some options for a new Medicare plan for 2025. She was extremely professional and had a quite pleasant demeanor during the entire call. We settled on my new plan and was then transferred to Daniel. Daniel assisted me with even more particulars in my new plan. Daniel then informed me the plan I selected was a Give Back plan. I didn't fully understand what that meant. He explained my new plan will be a zero dollar policy, and I will be given back the money normally spent to cover the monthly premium. Quite a nice surprise for me! He also was professional, proficient and friendly the entire team while on the phone with me. My 85 year-old mother needs help with her plan for next year as well. I will definitely have her contact Kim to see what options (hopefully, better) are available to her. I want to also acknowledge Dr. Ed Weir. He has a YouTube channel of which I subscribe. He recommended Chapter Medicare as the place to go for all things Medicare. If you have any questions about Social Security/Medicare look up his channel on YouTube. He provides some great information!”

“Hello, Both I and my wife have had a number of conversation with Vinson in regards to getting set up with the right insurance plans going into our retirement which is overwhelming. Vinson has taken a lot of time with us and has explained everything fully and answered all my questions so that I totally understand what plans are best. His professionalism and courtesy is second to none and very enjoyable to speak with, I look forward to talking with Vinson in the future for more guidance and suggestion as we both enter a new stage in our life’s! “Kevin was very patient and took all the time necessary to make certain that I understood the plans he recommended. I had Humana and was pleased and disappointed when my plan was no longer going to be offered. Kevin found me a Humana PPO Advantage Plan. He explained all he detail and made certain I understood.. A very pleasant experience.”

“I'm not sure there are enough words to express my gratitude for speaking with Jaclyn Green this morning. I was at a total loss as to where to turn and since my current insurance plan would no longer be available finding an answer was critical. Other than gratitude there also isn't enough adjectives to describe Jaclyn! Patient, considerate, thorough, knowledgeable...did I say PATIENT?!! I was feeling pretty lost, stupid, stressed and overwhelmed and she took that all away! Not only did I end up with a better plan I feel confident with, but I may not even need my blood pressure pills today!! Thank you for sending the Chapter letter that I felt was not just an advertisement, but also for having agents like Jaclyn. She is more than an assent to your team. “Mike Falcon helped me vet my top three Medicare Advantage PPO finalists, and pick one clear winner! The process was efficient, with no pressure to choose one plan over another... but it was VERY CLEAR from who was in-network (and who wasn't!) which plan was going to win. He made the process super-efficient, including making sure all my providers, present and future, were in-network. He stayed on the phone with me and guided me all the way to the finish line, including enrolling me in my new Medicare Advantage plan. I cannot imagine the process being friendly and easier than it was with Chapter. I have a great deal of confidence that I was led to the perfect plan choice for my particular circumstances!”
