“With the major turmoil in Advantages plans at several insurance carriers since mid-2024, I was very pleasantly surprised that Chapter was able to put me with a national insurance carrier who still has sufficiently generous Advantage plans. … I am sure that my agent, Shannon, makes Chapter proud with her thoroughness in the health insurance field. ... If the recent major issues at several Advantage plan providers has affected you, then you should call Chapter to be put with a national insurance carrier who hasn’t recently significantly reduced the value and services in their Advantage plans.”

“Keith helped me navigate through all the comparisons of my current plan with the ARRP plan. I was amazed at the different prices he showed me! He helped me get the new plan during the window of opportunity! I was glad to see that my coverage will begin the first of the new year! He also worked on my son's plan also! He worked very fast and efficiently for it did not take too long to finish! So grateful for this service since I now have peace of mind for medical insurance.”

“From totally a novice to confident recipient! That’s me! Abe spent considerable time on the phone with me as I asked question after question. He educated me about the Medicare options, patiently moved back and forth among plans, all the while waiting for me to take notes. After two lengthy conversations, we came up with the best plan for me—one that I completely understand. I am so grateful to Abe -hope he sees this!—for his expertise and for his willingness to teach me. If you want a “teacher,” and one who will be patient and good natured, ask for Abe F.”

“Josh was extremely friendly but purpose driven in explaining how the different programs work. He was definitely a clear individual to communicate with. He understood the insurance program and how to explain each of the various steps my wife and I needed to know in order to choose the right program for us. I would definitely recommend him to anyone trying to figure the insurance maze we find ourselves in today.”

“Hi, Charles Moran was amazing. He review all the plans available and went over each one and why he thought the final was the best. He answered every question I had and was very thorough. He was very concerned about getting the most coverage and the best deal and confirmed my doctors were covered and told me what my medications we could cost. My husband also has decided he is going to get his insurance through Charles. I have already recommended him to friends. Thank you Clare Ann O'Connell Charles was”

“Benjamin was able to find me a plan that all of my providers were in network. This is much better than my previous plan were none of the providers that I use were in network! Thank God that was a PPO plan. I do not like having to pay out of Network rates though. I am not a person that does not do well trying to choose a Been then relieved my worries, I would definitely recommend him to my friends! Been treated me like a friend. Been also helped my mom find a new plan when her insurance plan was no longer going to be offered. Mom found out after I had already booked time with Ben to find myself an insurance. All I had to do was ask him if he would help Mom. He was more than willing to! He even added time to my appointment so both of us had enough time to find plans! When we first went to enroll in plans, Benjamin ability to enroll us was not turned on in our state yet He was very vigilant in checking when his abilities were turned on in our state. He did what he said he would do and called back. Even though we weren't able to enroll right away Benjamin did not forget about us! I felt like I learned a lot from then and would definitely use him in another year! He also made sure that we knew that if we had any questions we could reach back out to him or any of the other chapter staff. Thank you”

“Rachela was very pleasant to deal with but also plugged into a very well run organization. it's a good combination. I really liked having to call her back to finalize the deal. we had a few conversations with Rachela before finalizing due to the timing of some things, and she kept track of our previous conversations nicely, making the entire process as efficient as possible.”
