“Our guy was John Brooks. He was very helpful as we had a lot of issues to deal with. He took lots of time with us and was very patient through the whole process. We will certainly sent anybody needing help to him.”

“Hi, Charles Moran was amazing. He review all the plans available and went over each one and why he thought the final was the best. He answered every question I had and was very thorough. He was very concerned about getting the most coverage and the best deal and confirmed my doctors were covered and told me what my medications we could cost. My husband also has decided he is going to get his insurance through Charles. I have already recommended him to friends. Thank you Clare Ann O'Connell Charles was”

“Benjamin was able to find me a plan that all of my providers were in network. This is much better than my previous plan were none of the providers that I use were in network! Thank God that was a PPO plan. I do not like having to pay out of Network rates though. I am not a person that does not do well trying to choose a Been then relieved my worries, I would definitely recommend him to my friends! Been treated me like a friend. Been also helped my mom find a new plan when her insurance plan was no longer going to be offered. Mom found out after I had already booked time with Ben to find myself an insurance. All I had to do was ask him if he would help Mom. He was more than willing to! He even added time to my appointment so both of us had enough time to find plans! When we first went to enroll in plans, Benjamin ability to enroll us was not turned on in our state yet He was very vigilant in checking when his abilities were turned on in our state. He did what he said he would do and called back. Even though we weren't able to enroll right away Benjamin did not forget about us! I felt like I learned a lot from then and would definitely use him in another year! He also made sure that we knew that if we had any questions we could reach back out to him or any of the other chapter staff. Thank you”

“Rachela was very pleasant to deal with but also plugged into a very well run organization. it's a good combination. I really liked having to call her back to finalize the deal. we had a few conversations with Rachela before finalizing due to the timing of some things, and she kept track of our previous conversations nicely, making the entire process as efficient as possible.”

“Rachela was very helpful and supportive. She kept me on track by reaching out and following up with tasks that we could not complete in our initial meeting. She explained things to me effectively. I was able to complete all required tasks quickly and efficiently. When my phone was not working properly and she could not get through to me for an important followup call, she kept trying and we got the work done. When I was unable to get information I needed to complete something she could not do for me at this time, she provided me with a referral that provided actual results. I'd tried to get that information from two, brick and mortar, local insurance agents but got nowhere. Rachela did a great job!”

“After making a number of calls to various companies I made a cold call and was talking with Carlos Lopez- Santiago with Chapter. It didn't take long for me to realize his professionalism and expertise. By the time I had the information provided I knew I needn't look further and told him he made a sale. Thanks”
