“Oh my gosh I can't say enough about Cathy S. at Chapter and how helpful she was. I've used services like this before that were not all that helpful, so I was a bit skeptical, but my medical clinic referred me and assured me that Chapter is different. Cathy proved this to be true. I have two special needs brothers and navigating the SNP world is overwhelming. Cathy spent several hours with me going over every detail of the available plans for them, helping me find one with good ratings, that they could both be enrolled in despite differing needs, and that also worked with all of their various doctors, pharmacies and medical suppliers. This is going to make our lives so much easier moving forward. Cathy was not only super knowledgeable, she was down-to-earth friendly and this calmed me down so much through what I expected to be a stressful experience. It wasn't stressful at all. She took care of every step, including enrollment, and even worked with me on a Sunday. All of that and zero cost. Thank you Cathy from the bottom of my heart for making something complicated so simple for me to navigate. It's a big responsibility to make decisions for those who can't make them for themselves, but I feel confident now that I did right by my brothers regarding their medical care.”

“As we approached the date that we would need to begin making our decisions on the selections that would best fit our needs in the overwhelming jungle of plans offered for our retirement years with regard to our medical care and how to pay for it, we read magazine articles, watched videos, asked friends that had recently retired, but once we found Chapter, all of our fears of making the wrong decisions abated. We worked with Dianna Huyen from the beginning, and she made the process so simple for us. She had answers for all of the pertinent questions we had, and walked us through every step along the way. We are all set now. Thank you Chapter!”

“Sarah Kohllman was our agent. She covered several coverage plans, allowing us to find the best health plan for my husband and me. Sarah was extremely knowledgeable and proficient in her task. We were impressed with her expertise, friendly nature, patience, and willingness to assist us in understanding the benefits of each plan so that we could choose the one most beneficial to us. Sarah spoke clearly and slowly to ensure neither my husband nor myself missed any explanation of benefits. She provided us with her contact information and kindly invited us to contact her for any information, reason, or questions we may have in the future. Sarah made an otherwise frustrating task, easy and pleasant.”

“I had a chance to use this service (free of charge) to assist in finding my next Mecicare medical insurance plan as my current one did not cover all I needed covered. These people took all my information geographically as well as my needs then proceeded to go through all the available plans for my area and what I need in a plan then walked me through each one that fit my needs to find the BEST plan. they do medical, vision, drug and prescription for medicare recipients. They were knowledgable, kind, thorough and made this painful process absolutely pain free. I will recomend them to anyone and everyone to use.”
