“I spoke with a PRO today, his name was Jess Marlow, his listened to my needs, was honest in his responses, had a clear understanding of the process, and lead my Wife & I to a wonderful Medicare Supplement Plan (Medigap), and saved my Wife $40.00/month and saved me $45.00 per month! “Since my mom died this year I have been blessed with becoming my dads #1 advocate. I got very anxious when I got the notification he would no longer be covered by his current plan. I didn't know where to turn or who could give me an unbiased overview of what was available for him. Thank heavens for the radio sponsorship by Chapter, it was an answer to my prayers. Andrew Mendoza from chapter was amazing! With just a few questions he was able to form fit a plan for my dad that is even better than what he had this year. He told me the comparisons side by side and made it clear and easy to understand. I could hear him smiling through the phone and felt that he generally cared about my dad. Now I feel confident and relieved that I have made the best and most educated decision for dad, thanks to Chapter.”

“As University of Chicago Hospitals recommended Chapter, I knew it would be a source I could trust. Chapter responded to my email right away, and TOM FEHR called within hours to discuss options. I can't praise him enough!!! TOM FEHR listened attentively to my issues, was very thorough in comparing plans, and was very easy to talk to. Many bonus points for actually giving his direct phone number if I have any further questions!! I don't usually write reviews, but TOM FEHR was so helpful with my difficult situation, that I would like everyone to know of his services!”

“The gentleman I spoke with was a true blessing, he was a very courteous and kind person. He is extremely knowledgeable and he helped me immensely. I can't say enough good things about Kai Smalls . “Cabin, Tisha, and Courtney were all so very concerned about taking good care of . They were kind spoke slowly so I could understand., explained everything in simple terms, made sure that I was in agreement with the plan they felt was fast, but also wanted my opinion on anything else that I thought might, and they did not rush me and did not act like they were in a hurry to get me off the phone. CALVIN made sure I had a very good agent who knew what she was doing to help me.. her name is Tisha. I was very happy with her because the first agent from CHAPTER that called me. I did not like she was not knowledgeable. She paid no attention to anything I said, and she did not know the correct answers or information.. then when Courtney called to sign me up and tell me all the legal aspects and had me answer all the questions that Medicare requires, she was very patient very slow speaking. All of them made me feel like they really wanted me as a client and treated me like I was important just like everybody else. I cannot say enough good about these three people who are a part of the Chapter organization. I am very happy with my final decision and I feel very comfortable starting the new year with a new policy and good agent and brokers to take care of me.”

“The decision to evaluate Medicare plans caused us to seek help and knowledge in order to make a truly informed decision. We were very fortunate to be helped by Melissa Spencer, a very professional and knowledgeable advisor. Melissa was very thorough and analytical in her role of counseling us. “I am new to Medicare and reached out to Chapter on recommendation from Dr. Weir. Megan Govea made the process so easy, after listening to my situation and needs for both me and my husband, she found the perfect plan for us. Prior to speaking with Megan, I had spoken with other brokers and the costs of the recommended plans were much more costly and unaffordable. Megan told me about a plan that I was not aware of that met our needs and also helped to reduce the monthly costs of what the other brokers had been previously quoted by hundreds of dollars, thereby, making it affordable! She is very knowledgeable about Medicare plans, extremely professional, and she was empathetic to my situation. I was in a panic mode at the start of our conversation; however, she reassured me that she would be able to help me and by the end of our call, Megan had gained my confidence and I was at peace. I am so grateful to Megan and Chapter for helping to make this process much easier to navigate. I will definitely recommend Megan and Chapter to family and friends!”

“I had the pleasure of speaking to your rep Daniel Cheeseman regarding my upcoming Medicare renewal. Daniel made the process utterly painless. After our initial consultation we set a time speak again the following week. At the prescribed time Daniel phoned me and proceeded to walk me step by step through the renewal process. Explained to me what my current plan offers next year as well as some alternatives, one of which I decided to join. Thought our interactions Daniel was polite, professional, knowledgable and had my best interests at heart. A job well done. Bravo Daniel and Chapter!”
