My daughter gave me Lindsey's number. He was really great getting us a good insurance plan. He explained everything in a way you could understand whT you were getting. And Renee called after and was very assuring that we could call on either her or Lindsey if we needed help getting started. Thanks Guys. We feel so much better knowing we have people we can talk with.

They were great I was having problems trying to get my Medicare set up they helped me get to were I needed to be and helped me out alot they were great and it didn't take long at all very helpful I appreciate it so much

Chapter customer advocate representative Holly L. helped me through a very difficult and confusing process on 11.27.2023. She initiated phone calls to both Medicare UHC G and r x Mutual of Omaha today, on my behalf. She engaged the other representative(s) in addressing my concerns, needs, and required actions. Often having to reiterate, multiple times, the request, due to lack of knowledge of the other customer service reps UHC rxMOO . She was transferred more times than I could have tolerated, yet she remained calm, professional and in control UNTIL she obtained the desired results. She has the patience of a saint. So far I am so very thankful having come across this company in helping with my healthcare decisions. Holly responded quickly to my call and started action on my concerns. It was the UHC and rxMoO that took close to 2 hours.

Jonathan was amazing! I was worried he was just going to give me a whole run around and all that good stuff but I was wrong. Jonathan was able to get it to where I don't have to pay anything. He figured out why I had to pay for the last year, and changed it. Jonathan went above and beyond he has made my year heck he's made a thousand years he's made a thousand of my years thank you Jonathan thank you chapter.

Johnathan was so knowledgeable and kind. He listened intently to my requirements and checked all the right boxes. He was very kind and helpful. I was very glad that Chapter is not "bound" by a certain insurance company. That was important to me. I really felt like I was talking to a friend and not a salesman. I honestly felt like he cared that I got the best plan for me and my finances. I would highly recommend Chapter and Johnathan deserves a raise. Thank you Johnathan from the bottom of my heart. Oh and the whole experience took only about 20 minutes. Total experience was A++

James, at Chapter, listened to my needs, and carefully assessed my situation. He explained various Medicare plans in detail. He suggested two plans that would allow me to keep my current pcp. James’ knowledge, patience and encouragement took all the stress out of the process. Thank you.

I’m hoping to save other customers from the obvious lack of training of these “experts”. My representative had my medication list ahead of time. But the Advantage plan he recommended did not cover one of my medications- had I not checked the formulary myself I would have been $10,000 out of pocket next year. As a disabled widow this would risk my housing. When I pointed this out to my representative he said it was an error, then said Medicare didn’t cover the medication. I pointed out that my current plan covered it, he came back and said “they covered it in 2023 but not next year”. I checked my current plans formulary for next year and they do cover it! My main problem is this - false information is worse than none at all. My representative was named Jacob. So perhaps you could just look at the 5 start reviews representatives names and ask for them? Honestly this person could have cost me my home. Unacceptable

Wow! I have struggled for months now trying to go over the best supplement insurance plan for me. Most often got cut off from agents as I was switching from one person to another. When I received call from Chapter things changed. I talked with Diana who took a little info . Next thing I know was hearing about a plan that fit my needs. And at a much lower cost. Then she helped with my drug coverage plan. And left me with my mouth hanging open. It took a little time, but if I am accepted I have my insurances at a much lower cost than I have paid for the last 7 years. Diana was patient and led me through each step. Often laughing with me over the silly mistakes I was making on my end. Very enjoyable time talking with her. Thank her for time spent helping me. Thank you again Diane.

I received assistance selecting health coverage for 2024. The free service was far superior to what I'd anticipated. Jonathan was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. He saved me days and days of research and guided me through the process smoothly, ultimately finding a Medicare Advantage Plan that best fit my needs and wants. To anyone who would ask, I give 5 stars and all my thumbs up in evaluation of the service I received.

Stefanie Dragar was a great help in explaining the different plans available for me. She listened to what my needs and concerns were and weeded out the plans that did not fit my criteria. She was very patient with me and spent as much time as I needed to get my questions answered. Together we chose a plan that would help me the most. I really dreaded doing this however Stefanie made it easy and I appreciate her help.

The webinar was very informative and then following up with Tristan really helped clarify which option made the most sense for my wife and me. I loved the fact that I could count on advice from Chapter that was in no way based on trying to sell me anything.

Today, Nov 23rd, Thanksgiving, I am thankful for many things and one of them is finding Caroline at Chapter while searching recently on my phone for information on changing my Medigap policy. I have been with a well known company that has increased my premium every year. Since I see a doctor once a year and take only one med I realized I did not really need a G plan. Caroline was so helpful and thoroughly explained my options. Because of her I now have a new plan for the new year and will be saving $200 per month. Thank you Caroline!
