“Mindy is a gem! So very knowledgeable on all aspects of Medicare. She answered all of my questions even questions that I didn’t think of she brought up. Just an amazing person! Before learning of Chapter I have been inundated with advertising flyers mail emails text anything on social media about signing up for Medicare. I was dreading the entire process and not knowing who what where to trust. Within one minute of talking with Mindy on the first phone call I knew I found the right person so thank you Mindy.!”

“Mindy Cochran is an amazing wealth of information!!. She explained a mind boggling amount of details so I understood it clearly. Mindy got my wife and myself linked up on our policies for an additional discount. And set us up on an appointment to find and add on dental and vision coverage. But to top it off Mindy guided us on what to do with Medicare & Medicaid to change and setup coverage for our handicapped son. Through all of this she was happy, willing and joyful to help us.”

“Shannon was great and very professional! She explained the process and plans in detail. Her sense of humor put me at ease. With the information she provided I was able to make an informed decision. Here I am a day later and I have no regrets, no second guesses. I tried to look these plans up on line but I was overwhelmed. I should have called CHAPTER to begin with. If I had to do it all over, I would have just called CHAPTER as my first resource! I would advise anyone who is looking for insurance plans to make the call to CHAPTER first!”

“Probably one of the most daunting tasks you can take on is the search for medical coverage. If you've looked on your own you know what I mean. You immediately come up against information overload, unanswered questions, what looks to be few options and still no more informed than when you started. When we decided to try Chapter it ended up being our best decision. We were contacted by Jason Kim. He was very professional and knowledgeable regarding the Medicare supplement plans that were available. He was able to answer all our questions with detailed explanations. His communication skills and ability to get back to us in a timely matter was top notch. Thank you Jason for all your help. Looking forward to being part of the Chapter community.”

“I’m glad that I came across a commercial online and getting paper work through Medicare at the same time, helped me make my decision in calling Chapter, that was one of the best moves I’ve made. Jason Kim was the representative that answered my call so I was able to speak with him. Jason spoke to me and made it easy for me to understand and answered any questions I had, He was professional and very knowledgeable about any of the plan programs Medicare offered. His explanations and directions of the Medicare program guided me to the right plan. I look forward to communicating with Chapter and Jason. Now I will have the chance to speak with someone from the Member Advocate Team as well if I have any questions and Jason is occupied at that time. Thanks to Jason Kim and Chapter, once my program plan begins I will be in a much better place rather than having to wait and do it all at the last minute. Thank you Chapter and Jason!”

“Tom was absolutely fantastic. His very minimalistic approach, while simultaneously being so comprehensive, really shocked me—and in a great way. He went above and beyond, leaving me without a thing to do but sit back and observe. Needless to say: everything went perfectly. Thank you, Tom. “I found Chapter through a podcast by Dr. Weir and the minute I called and talked with Geoffrey Feen I was delighted to feel such support. He walked me through everything I would need to know had me write it down which helped me feel more confident and then put me on a schedule to check in with me after I had signed up for my Medicare online through Social Security. Geoffrey then reached out to me to set up our appointment which he proceeded to walk me through all the variations of plans that I could choose from helped me to see clearly which would be best for me in my case. From the point of talking with Geoffrey at Chapter the first time till the time we finished just two days ago he absolutely made me feel secure in my choice and in my future. Thank you Chapter for hiring somebody such as Geoffrey whom is so authentic and enjoyable to relate with and for making my life easier because of his dedication to helping people.
