“Kayla Torry is GREAT. I just worked with her on my Medicare coverage. She was very pleasent to talk to. She is very knowledgable about all the options. We discussed what I wanted and what my best options were. She gave great information and my options. She did not try to persuade me to anything I did not want.”

“I was amazed at how easy jilly silvers explain the plans and helped me to figure the Medicare plans. I would not have changed my former plan. It was working for me. But as it turns out it wasn't the best plan for me now. It was when Enrolled. I'm so glad that I chose to make the call. And thank you Barry Cunningham for the tip and number for chapter. “I absolutely love this company. The main reason is Rachela Purita, who is just wonderful. She was friendly, informative, kind, and patient. I was sort of intimated by all the different Medicare choices and plans but Rachela walked me through all the differences and took her time. I felt much better after we talked. She even gave me some time to read and review some info before pulling the trigger. She followed up both by phone and email. Mere words cannot express my sincerest gratitude for Rachela. “Customer Review – Chapter Medicare / Agent: Jilly Silvers I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding service provided by Jilly Silvers at Chapter Medicare. Jilly is truly a super agent. Before working with her, I had no idea how detailed and time-consuming the Medicare application process could be. Jilly made the entire experience smooth and understandable. She found a new plan for me that is saving me $53 per month by switching from Blue Shield Medicare Blue to Mutual of Omaha. The reason for the switch is simple: after several attempts to reach Blue Shield Medicare Blue through their official member account page—both to address recent rate increases and to inquire about prescription drug coverage—I never received a single response. Over the past three years, my premiums went from under $500 every three months to now over $800, without any communication or support. I first learned about Chapter through Ron Yates on YouTube. When my latest Blue Shield statement arrived, I was shocked at the cost and decided to visit Chapter’s website. Within minutes of completing the online form, I received a call from Jilly. It’s important to note that no one ever explained Medicare prescription drug coverage to me when I initially signed up with Blue Shield—so I’ve never had it. Jilly clearly and patiently explained everything to me, and thanks to her, I will finally have prescription drug coverage starting in October 2025. I am incredibly grateful for Jilly Silvers’ knowledgeable guidance, enthusiasm, and patience. She made a stressful and confusing process feel easy and manageable. “I am new to Medicare but had been procrastinating for months about what to do beyond Medicare parts A and B. I could not make heads or tails of what additional options were available and appropriate for my situation. I called Chapter and was connect to Tyler Eby, a Chapter Advisor. Tyler clearly and concisely explained each option and answered every question I had. He was professional and personable. By the end of the call, I had chosen appropriate additional coverage, for a very nominal dollar amount. Such a relief to have this off my "to-do" list and feel confident about my coverage. Thank you! Shout out to Rachel who assisted with the process. Highly recommend Chapter and Tyler!!!”

“I am a new client with Chapter. There are so many things to think about as you approach and come to the realization that you are officially old! (At least on paper) I called and chatted with several different companies before selecting what would best benefit me in retirement. I heard about Chapter, I liked the Dave Ramsey endorsement and so I gave them a call. A fellow by the name Josh Pedersen took my call. I knew within a few minutes it was going to be someone I could easily work with, someone who was detail oriented and listened to my questions and responded without trying to sell me anything. We came up with a great game plan. I feel fortunate to have heard about Chapter. This is a very confusing and trying time in your life. He gave me confidence and assurance that I was on the right path. I highly recommend Chapter and Josh.”

“I found out about Chapter by listening to Glenn Beck's radio show. Having spoken with Daniel a number of times I feel very comfortable about my Medicare supplement decision. So much information comes at you at one time until it's great to have someone hold your hand. Daniel has made this process very easy, he was a pleasant person to work with and I'm comfortable now with my decisions. I hope everyone will take the opportunity to at least contact Chapter to see if their way of helping is as much of a benefit to them as it has been to me.”

“Melanie was awesome!! She was well educated and found me the perfect plan. I was so overwhelmed with so many mailings from insurance companies she took time to get me the best program that works best for me. I will recommend this everyone trying to figure out Medicare. “Medicare is overwhelming, but it’s not when you are blessed enough to work with Toni at Chapter. She is amazing, she explained everything, she’s super knowledgeable and saved me a lot of money. And on top of that, she’s patient, professional, kind, and has a precious southern accent. I thank God for sending Toni with Chapter my way, she is a blessing to me and an asset to Chapter.”

“I was anxious about the process of signing up for Medicare. I researched original vs advantage plans and knew I would not be able to do this alone. Then came “KIM POSSIBLE” and her SUPER POWER of Medicare knowledge. She listened to what I needed and was so very professional. Her sense of humor kelp me on point and pushed that anxiety away. The plan was in my budget so that I can get some medical attention on areas that need attention. Kim blessed me beyond measures, assured me she and her teammates would be available to help me at anytime with future issues. Thank you Kim Hanzlik for making this experience easy.
