“Ok, I needed assistance to change my medical benefit plan, for one that the hospital I go for treatment to and Stan was very helpful and professional and he help me out tremendously. He show genuinely concern and help make the transition so smooth. Definitely will be so grateful to him.”

“Navigating Medicare.gov and the individual Medicare Advantage plans and their websites was becoming a nightmare for me over the last few months of Open Enrollment. But Mark Morrissey called today and calmly and expertly reviewed the Medical Advantage plans and found me the best plan for my unique medical, prescription, dental and visual care needs. And he made sure the majority of my doctors were in-network and that all my prescription meds were all covered and at a low cost to me. Mark was knowledgeable about the advantages of all the plans and he was able to answer all my specific questions in about 30-40 minutes. This was my best and easiest Medicare Open Enrollment experience in 20 years. Thank you, Mark and Chapter Medicare! And thank you Dr. Ed for referring me to Chapter!”

“I am the POA for my 94-year-old mother whose plan was discontinued in 2025. Melanie proved to be an answer to prayer! She was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and to answer all my questions. It was a very positive experience. I will definitely provide referrals to Melanie and will reach out to her during each enrollment period. I highly recommend Melanie and Chapter.”

“Have just completed enrollment in a new medicare extra health program of insurance through a referral from Dave Ramsey network! Chela was completely patient, extremely knowledgeable as she helped narrow down a program that would benefit me most! What a Relief from trying to look up programs and compare! “The person that I worked with at Chapter is Abe, I think his last name is Beecher. I appreciated his ability to listen and learn about my particular situation and he very articulately and knowledgably provided me with the information I needed to make my decisions. Once those decisions were made he guided me through the process of making an application. He also made sure I had copies of key documents and knew how to handle them. He was also very considerate and respectful in all of our communications. I am so very appreciative of his manner of working and would gladly work with him again if I have need for Chapter's services”
