“Jilly was an exceptional representative for Medicare coverage. She was incredibly knowledgeable about the different plans and took the time to explain everything clearly. She helped us find a plan that would save us money without sacrificing any benefits. When it came to the health questions, she thoughtfully let us know some might be personal and guided us through them with care and professionalism. “Shannon has been a blessing beyond words to work with to establish my Medicare coverage. She is smart and knowledgeable and precise and kind and personable AND has a great sense of humor about it all. Going into our research one of our requirements was finding someone we would look forward to talking to several times a year for the rest of our lives about coverage and someone who would go to bat for us if any claims get sticky. We introduced ourselves to more than a few potential representatives and now that the initial enrollment is done we are very confident that we made the right choice with Shannon.”

“Preston was an exceptional advocate and was extremely patient, well informed, spoke clearly and with compassion… to help me find the best coverage to suit my needs I had previously wasted over two hours speaking to separate people within Social Security and the Medicare offices who offered me a little to no help. I’ve already passed Preston’s number on to a friend of mine! He also had a wonderful sense of humor, and showed a level of comfort speaking with strangers. I appreciated every aspect of our phone call! Thank you again Preston for your time, and excellence in service!”

“I had the privilege of receiving excellent assistance from Michael at Chapter to guide me through enrollment for a supplement plan. Up to that point, I’ve lost sleep over it and he truly made it easier than expected. I was connected with him over the phone in less than 3 minutes which was a surprise.
