Please do not use!!! We booked a pickup from Bordeaux to a small town in the south of France where we had other plans with time constraints, so a direct transfer was the only option for us. Due to plane delays we had to postpone the pickup by a day and did so in a timely manner but where refused a refund. Then the day after when the new transfer was booked, we had to wait for over 2 hours and when after so many emails texts and phone calls the driver finally showed up not driving the car that was on the order form and complaining about who was going to pay him. The transfers cost us about 600+ € plush another 201 € in cost at the destination. After all this there is nothing they are willing to do for us other than offering us 10% of our next transfer we order, but of course there wont be a next time as I am sure there must be reliable solutions out there.

We used Get Transfer two times, first to travel with 11 from Zurich to our destination in Austria Very nice van and driver. Then my husband and I travelled to Florence, Italy in a private car. Our driver, Roman,was fantastic. We had a problem finding our friends in Florence and he drove us all over until we connected , the trip was a pleasure. My only warning would be that you need a cell phone to keep in contact with the driver regarding pick up point and time. The service was excellent

Ho effettuato una prenotazione dall’aereoporto di Istanbul all’hotel zona Taksim, l’autista ha guidato pessimamente per tutto il tragitto, l’auto non aveva niente di ciò che prometteva. Queste sono le note “positive”. Dopo esser stato scaricato al volo, nella fretta dimentico il giubbotto nell’auto, contatto immediatamente l’autista e il suo responsabile, i quali in un primo momento mi riferiscono che al primo trasferimento in zona avrei riavuto il giubbotto. Passate 6/7 ore mi preoccupo e li ricontatto, mi minacciano dicendomi “se vuoi indietro il tuo giubbotto dovrai pagare 30€” un vero e proprio ricatto, volevo chiamare la polizia ma ero stanco e all’interno del giubbotto avevo i miei documenti oltre che alle chiavi di casa. Ho contattato il servizio clienti il quale mi hanno risposto “purtroppo per riportarle la giacca l’autista ha sostenuto delle spese”...vergognoso!!!! Un furto

DO NOT USE. I booked on gettransfer.com for a pickup to the airport in a remote part of Italy. My pregnant wife and I showed up in the spot we were expecting to get picked up. Nobody shows up, we're frantically calling them and they reach out to say the driver can't make it. Mind you this is after the pickup time and now we're stressing about missing our flight. The lovely customer service rep says sorry we can't help you arrange for new transportation even though the original one never showed up. Great customer service. We receive an email over 2 hours after our scheduled pickup time from the driver saying he can't pick us up. Turns out that we already knew that because we were still standing there, in the rain, in the same spot and already missed our flight. Gettransfer refused to help us and had no backup plan in case of accidents/emergencies. They didn't even notify us in a timely fashion when we could have made other arrangements. We ended up paying out of pocket for a flight the next day, paid for a taxi to a hotel near the airport, paid for a hotel stay, all the while completely stressed out. When we submitted evidence so we can recoup our costs, they only refunded the original booking, leaving us short about ~$1,400. In the end, they said, "The Company [gettransfer] shall not be liable for any damages, liability or losses arising out of the User’s (me) use of or reliance on the Service." Basically, we aren't responsible for the service we provide. Think of any other "platform" company and try to imagine that same response from amazon, uber, lyft or airbnb. We will be pursuing legal action against them.

Dear Client, We made a refund to your account and compensation for your taxi. We working according to our policy and made for you all we could Within our User Agreements. We act as an intermediator between you and the carrier. You could take a taxi if you understand that you may miss your flight. Please do not use this service. Horrible airport transfer company. I booked a BMW and got a Daihatsu. Then they say that they are only a booking platform and are not responsible for the actual car that gets delivered by the vendor. The QA manager replies back mentioning all the clauses from the agreement that suggests they are not responsible for any issues or errors. This website is scam.

Paid for a return transfer which never showed up had to pay for new transfers costing more money then original communication from company dreadful getting no where with s refund have rang emailed lost count how many times. Dreadful customer service still ongoing.

The service we received from Get Transfer was appalling to say the least. I booked a transfer while in Spain and when I never received a confirmation I got in touch with the company to enquire about my transfer and was informed that there is no record and that the transfer hadn’t been received by them. I took them at their word and booked again and immediately informed them about this and said that If a second booking is received by the company it is a duplicate of the original as we only need one transfer. I sent numerous emails stating this. Needless to say the payment went through twice although we only had the one transfer and only one driver was despatched and now I cannot get a refund from the company. They have simply stopped replying to my emails! As a result I will now hand it over to my bank to investigate a case of fraud. Avoid this company at all costs!

Dear Customer, Please clarify your booking number. We do not ignore any messages. Every e-mail gets answered in a timely manner. Please check if you were contacting us. Also please note that we do not have control over payment statuses - it is the payment system field. Double payments always get refunded at first request.

I booked an airport transfer with Get Transfers and, because my flight was 2 hours delayed, the driver messaged to say he couldn't wait but I won't get a refund!! So had to get a taxi when I landed and Get Transfers won't refund my €116!!!!! Totally livid, an abaolutely ridiculous experience given it was an airport transfer and this sort of thing must happen all the time and you can monitor flight so they would have known how late we would be. Daylight robbery just not turning up and also not refunding money. DON'T USE THEM!

Dear Customer, you have requested a transfer for a certain time and the carrier was on place at the given time to pick you up. There is no fault of the driver that your flight got delayed so please address the airline company for compensations. The carrier must be compensated for reserving the vehicle and refusing other jobs.

This company is a SCAM for those you will work with them, took more that 50% of a transfer witch was nothing of what i agreed too. Also makes dumping in the price of transfers for you to lower the prices with no profit at all, you take all the expenses and they keep all the money with no effort.

After an extremely stressful day yesterday, both transfers I had booked did not show up. I had booked two separate transfers on your website and had even called your company to get reassurance and booking confirmation that everything had been booked. I then received a message from my account saying that the driver was waiting for us at Paris racecourse, but then I received a call from you saying the car hadn’t been dispatched and that it wasn’t showing up. I then called the driver on the mobile phone number provided at the time of the booking and the driver didn’t know anything about it. Even after multiple phone calls yesterday, the overall customer service is disgusting and I can say all of the awful reviews about your company online are true. We was left stranded in Paris with no transportation back to Gare Du Nord or Charles De Gaulle. Absolutely disgusting service.

Avoid, no customer service support whatsoever even with prompt contact, to resolve an incorrectness identified immediately after booking, TAXI driver acknowledged the problem, but refused to also assist, instead determined to take the money and run. Such as shame for a company that should be focused on customer service. Waited several weeks before writing this review to allow the company to resolve the issue, after several email exchanges and the opportunity to put this right, Get Transfer unfortunately still choose to refuse. In summary, If you consider booking, be aware of no support soonest they take your money!

Appalling service. Booked from U.K for a pick up from JFK to Manhattan yesterday 10/02. Politely, I thought of what time my flight would get in and booked taxi for an hour later, giving me time to clear customs. I asked that a placard with my name on was held up and I paid a colossal $105 in advance as I needed a really quick, competent and organised service. No one was there on my arrival, I made 4 calls and had to walk a distance outside of the terminal to wait for 40 minutes until she finally arrived. I requested she spoke English, which she barely did. The only saving grace was that she had water bottles in the taxi, considering it was 32 degrees Centigrade, for which I paid her $20 for. So disorganised and I eventually arrived at the hotel 3 hours after I had landed! Would NEVER use this shambles of a company again.

Worst car service I have ever had. I have taken them three times, each time the driver was not where they were supposed to be at the time specified to pick me up. Two times the driver dropped us off at the wrong location causing us to be late for meetings and two times I was told I had to pay extra in cash due to an address change that was a building next door. When I asked Get Transfer for receipts for the additional €20 for one transfer to drop me next door to original address, they told me they couldn't provide one and to ask the driver. Driver told me Get Transfer will provide an email with receipt - lots of back and forth and no joy. One driver was unhinged and drove like a maniac. You get the picture - use an Uber or a taxi service - much better!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY WE WERE LEFT STRANDED IN ITALY AS THE DRIVER NEVER TURNED UP AND AN HR LATER WE GOT A TEXT TO SAY HE HAD BEEN IN AN ACCIDENT TRUE OR NOT WHO KNOWS!! SO WE MISSED OUR FLIGHTS AND IT COST US £1K TO GET BACK THE NEXT DAY WITH FLIGHTS, HOTEL, FOOD AND TRANSPORT - COMPANNY HAVE DONE NOTHING DO NOT USE THEM

It went really wrong as no one showed up at the airport when we arrived and we had to wait an hour for someone to finally come to pick us up . The driver Gokhan never came. This is scandalous !!! I paid for a private service to have a secure and efficient service and this was worse than everything.. On top of that we had a reservation already paid for a cruise on the Bosphore and we lost it cause of this nightmare . We had to deal with several people on the phone make/ received calls , roaming as I didn’t have a Turkish number . At 8.05pm a driver said that he was on his way and will reach us in 15 min !! We had to wait till finally someone pick us up at 20.30 . the only explaination we had was the traffic , as if those drivers were going to the airport at that hour for the first time !!! can't beleive that at all , they just forgot about us and didn't want to admit it. This ruined totally the beautiful day we had today !!! This is totally unacceptable and I asked GETTRANSFERT to refund me the trip back to Istanbul as the service was not provided at all as it was requested but they never did !!! They just gave me a 10 % discount on the next booking as if i would deal with them again !!! They also told me to see directly with the "carrier" for the refund which was rude and didn't even bothered.. A real shame on them for this behaviour AVOID GETTRANFERT as much as u can as they don't have real costumer service and put the blame on someone else when a problem aoccured!!!

Horrendous Service Please do not use GetTransfer. From start to finish their service was terrible and they left us in a dangerous situation. I ordered a transfer to and from the airport because they provided car seats and we didn’t want to travel with cars seats. The transfer arrived at my residence without car seats, I needed 2 front facing car seats for 2.5 year old twins. They offered no resolution a part form we can take you, and you can just hold your kids on your lap. This put me in a precarious situation because I had to make our flight which was an international flight over the atlantic, so a lot of money/time would have been lost. Upon returning from our vacation I was expected to be picked up at the airport as I had reserved a transfer back home. However no one was there, I was never given any instructions of where to meet etc. So I called GetTransfer and I experienced the most rude customer service I have ever experienced in my life. They hold me to wait we will see what happens. After waiting for 45mins and speak to 3 people on the phone. The third person I reached told me that there was no transfer available, and that I would not be getting a transfer and that I should take a taxi. She told me that I would be refunded for the transfer cost that I paid and for the cost of the taxi ride I just have to keep the receipt and send it in to GetTransfer. So now here I am at the airport 30 min cars ride away from home without car seats, I explained this to the person on the other side of the phone and she offered no help. By this point I had wasted a hour talking on the phone. So I had to take a taxi without car seats. To shorten the story here I went thru many rounds of emailing the customer service team at GetTransfer and they are refusing to refund me the cost of the Taxi ride, that they had previously told me they would. They are blaming it on the carrier (the company operating the transfer vehicle) and I told them it has nothing to do with the carrier because I spoke with you, “GetTransfer” and you told me I would be reimbursed for the Taxi fare. They are refusing to reimburse me. So the warning here is don’t use this company for transfers. It could end up costing you a lot of money/missed opportunity, and it not worth the frustration of gong thru their customer service team who have no consideration for the customer.

Disgustingly poor service In August I had a transfer booked from a hotel In Czech republic to Prague airport. Me and my disabled partner waited early for our driver only to find that he had picked up someone else OVER HALF AN HOUR BEFORE. We where told we would have to pay for a taxi across the country (£175) had our transfer picked us up we would have been at the airport hours before the flight but as there where no taxis in the area due to there being high usage because of public transport strikes we where left stranded. Once we arrived at the airport (after our booked flight) I had to book another flight costing a further £315. To ad insult to injury, my DISABLED partner and I where stuck in the airport for 12 hours. GetTransfer where unsympathetic in the matter, only refunding the transfer cost (Which in its self was like getting blood from a stone) despite originally being told by the driver over Whatsapp that we would be compensated for transport.

We landed in Munich after our flight was delayed we informed the driver before we even left Barcelona he said there was no problem at all after we landed he told that we needed to get €50 to give to him coz he had to wait he said it was better for us not to do through the company we contacted the company and they told us no extra fee was ever owed thank god we told that we weren’t paying
