This company left us stranded at the airport. The customer service does everything they can to stall you. They are a fraud.

Inaffidabili, permettono l'iscrizione anche a chi non ha regolare licenza, se non si sta attenti rischiate di salire in una macchina guidata da un abusivo, e loro dicono che va bene cosi....nessun rimborso e nessuna garanzia per il cliente.

I would highly recommend the company. They are reliable and efficient. I had an early flight from Lisbone and booked the car at night, a few hours before it . The driver was on time, even a bit earlier. Not to mention about the online staff, which was very very helpful and supportive

Fraud Fraud Fraud!!! Do not use GetTransfer at all. Booked a transfer from Dubai airport, flight arrived at 11:30 pm. Was told that my drivers name was Kamal. Get to Dubai and no driver, with 2 kids and at 12 pm, I had to hustle for a taxi. Unreliable! Contacted the support and I was told that they need 4 days to return my funds. 4 days came and went but nothing has been returned!

Please don't use this company! The driver was a no show and gettransfer staff need training! I booked a ride for a return trip to the airport. Their own staff confirmed the driver would attend with no issues on their FB messenger the night before. On the morning of my flight, I contacted them again as the driver did not arrive (I also contacted them overnight through their '24 hour' online chat to double-check) only to be told initially that the driver can no longer fulfil the trip, then told the driver would not be coming and never saw the booking!! I was left rushing to get a taxi which cost me a lot more both in time and stress, I could have missed my flight had it not been delayed. They then proceeded to take THREE weeks to refund my money. I was told by their customer services to attach my taxi receipt for reimbursement but of course, this never came. This is also, in addition, to be showing them proof that they themselves had confirmed he driver would attend and telling me to submit the claim for reimbursement of the cost of the last-minute taxi (the difference of course) I would never ever use them again and strongly suggest you don't either. Not reliable and cannot deliver a proper service nor compensate you when things go wrong.

If I could give no stars I would. My €69 airport transfer did not arrive and I a lucky to not have missed my flight. The staff told me they couldn’t contact the driver ! but I still have to email in so they can investigate my claim! Seriously?!?!? No customer service and I doubt I will get my money back. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE. DO NOT USE.

This is nothing but a real FRAUD! Booked 1 van and paid 80$ 1 week in advance from SFO airport. The driver never showed up and I left me at the airport with 1 dog and 5 big luggages with no idea on what was going on. Tried to call the driver and the customer service for hours without getting any answer. It took me 2 hours before I was able to find another driver through UBER that was able to take me to my final destination. I claimed a refund through their website and shared with them screenshots of all the calls I made, messages I sent to the driver and recept for the additional car I had too book. After an "investigation" (it took almost 2 weeks) I was told the driver shared proofs of presence at designed pick up location and time and that I didn't not show up, therefore no refund. This is completely unacceptable and it seems I'm not the only one here in the same situation. I wish I had checked some reviews before. If anyone needs a driver, please avoid this company because most likely they'll steal money from you.

Ordered a taxi via GetTransfer.com for a pick up at Krakow Airport. Driver did not show, no message left to confirm a status and no answer to a call I made to the number given by this company while I waited. I've now sent numerous mails to Customer service. Refund remains outstanding after 8 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THERE IS NO NEED TO WASTE TIME, MONEY & EFFORT WITH PRE-BOOKING. ITS ACTUALLY BETTER TO USE THE TAXIS READILY AVAILABLE OUTSIDE THE ARRIVALS DOOR.

I too have experienced very poor customer support. Due to strike in France I had to cancel my transfer but out of my control so was less than 24hrs . They refused to pay back my money that they had taken up front as less than 24hrs but I did not make the strike so over £135 later no refund..... I did not cause the strike. They sit behind clauses in paperwork but what about individual cases and human kindness. They have none.

Dear Customer, When creating a request there is a special field where allowed cancellation period is stated. Besides that our terms of agreement are publicly available at any time. Our carriers reserve vehicles for a certain time and date thus refusing from other jobs they could potentially take and they must be compensated if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to transfer start time. Once again, please, accept our deepest appologies for the inconveniences caused.

Get transfer are truely terrible to deal with and entirely unreliable. After securing our booking they sent the wrong size vehicle for our party, we then had to wait over 1 hour for 2 different vehicles to pick us up, and we were travelling with small children after 10 hour flight. I will never use or recommend them.

They literally forgot to pick us up for our return trip to the airport. It took them about a month to refund only the return portion of our fee. No consideration for leaving us stranded 45 minutes outside the city with a plane to catch. We had to pay cash (double original cost) to get emergency transportation to the airport. They wouldn't compensate us for that because we couldn't get a receipt. Don't use this service. You can't count on it.

habíamos quedado a las 4:00 de la mañana, y a menos cinco, la chica que nos daba la información nos dijo que el coche llegaba tarde unos 20/35 min... después del disgusto, y teniendo en cuenta que debíamos llegar al aeropuerto, llamamos a otro taxi, deprisa y corriendo...la chica de Gettransfer nos dijo que nos devolverían el dinero... pero aún así, y teniendo en cuenta que no fue nuestra culpa, nos han retenido el dinero... muy enfadada con el servicio y esperando que nos devuelvan el dinero!

Do not use. Terrible. Unreliable. The car never arrived to take me to the airport. I couldn’t make contact through any customer service options - no text, call or live email responses. The app was not updating in real time. I’d paid in full and I’m yet to receive a refund.

Horrible company. Just arranged car through bolt. Would have been much more effective to just use bolt as we waited 1.5 hrs on the street and were communication with someone in Russia for a ride in Paris. Avoid.

BEWARE, CAUTION when booking with GETTRANSFER.COM in Barcelona, Spain. I booked transportation from the airport to the hotel. The driver never showed up but when I contacted them for a refund when I got home the driver who was to pick me up contacted me back and said he was there. If he was there than here is the problem...He said he did not have my name...which he of course would have had it and he said he had a sign with a different company name on it. So, if he was there I of course would never have been able to find him since he did not have a GETTRANSFER sign. I guess he believed I could read minds and know he was my driver. For real....no driver at the airport to pick me up. If he was there he should be let go by the company for being a crapper driver. The other 2 I booked with this company showed up on time. The problem with them was, I ask for an English speaking drivers and neither one of them spoke English. The company ask me for my transfer booking number and I sent it to them I believe 3 different times and each time the got back to me and said: we have to investigate or we have to review your case.. HAHAHA....right. I figured out by now the do not give refunds back for their mistakes. SO, BEWARE BEWARE

Further to previous review I've had a day of email tennis and got absolutely nowhere. Woeful arrogant "service" from Michael, the Head of Quality, who quite clearly hasn't read any of my correspondence and clearly doesn't grasp the issue. Expected two pensioners to walk 35 minutes in pouring rain to rendezvous with a taxi that didn't have any accreditation to enter a shipping port (Livorno, Italy) and meet customers at the TAXI RANK AT THE SIDE OF THE SHIP, AS ADVISED THE DAY BEFORE. An unbelievable situation. If it hadn't happened to me I'd have thought this was a made up story.

Hired a driver from here for a ride from Narita to my Tachikawa hotel. The Driver I chose was $100 cheaper than all of the others, but still $140. Two days before my flight I decided to confirm with the driver and that’s when I discovered that the driver was sending me messages there on the gettransfer.com site. He said that he made a mistake and thought the trip was from Haneda and that there was a problem, as he is not allowed to go to my area. Had I not gone to gone back to that site we might have had a major problem. But I chatted with them through WhatsApp and they did their best to make it right. My driver went as far as he could go, waited with me for another driver or showed up a few minutes later and took me to my hotel. Really great customer service. They could have easily just said “sorry, we cancelled your trip”.
