“Scheduling with LoadUp was very easy. I picked the day and time frame. I chose morning. Communication was wonderful! They texted me several times to update me on status and told me what driver was going to arrive. They texted once the job was complete. Everything was picked up as scheduled. I had a big item and several contractor size bags that were heavy. No mess left. Would hire again!”

“Two young men who moved my couch were great. The process of keeping me informed was very good. I had some trouble early on getting the appointment set up, but Load Up has a first class customer support service that got me through the process. Would definitely recommend.”

“DO NOT pay upfront!! They are quick to charge you upfront but not to fully refund you. After online quote website was glitching and order processed as Small load instead of Medium load then I called in and rep asked me for pictures to better customize pricing, and then he took more than 1 hour to review the pictures. Quote came back way higher than expected, I decided to cancel and then because more than 1 hour has passed (not my delay) I got a 20% cancellation fee Lol, what a setup. Shame on LoadUp!! and is not all about money, it's about the way you handle it and we were just starting Lol, I can't imagine what else I would have been exposed to during the rest of the service. No thank you.”

“LoadUp was a great find. I made arrangements the night before for pickup of mattresses and some other items the next day. Customer service was top-notch. Garvi was my assigned pickup man and he was wonderful - prompt, professional, helpful and courteous. LoadUp prices were quite reasonable as well. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone seeking this type of service.”

“Load up was great. Ronald and his partner came out and took my king size mattress off the second floor in no time at all, and we're very friendly while doing it. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!”
