“FAST AND EFFICIENT”

“I wish that I could give a rating higher than 5. My whole process with LoadUp has exceeded my expectations. Twice I called and added more items to my original pick-up order... the last thing I added was just a few hours before they were due at my house for the pick-up. The two men that came were incredible! Wonderful customer service and great attitudes - just wanted to make us happy. Keillen and Anthony were awesome and should be commended for their excellent service and for giving your company a great reputation. I will definitely recommend LoadUp to my friends.”

“No one showed up on the original pick up date. Had to call multiple times to even get a representative to pick up. The “chat with us” link on their site doesn’t work. Got order rescheduled. No one showed up, again. Called the number on my ticket that was supposed to be the person picking up my couch, and was told that they no longer worked at the company. This seems like a scam.”

“I booked LoadUp for pick up on Sunday, March 5th at my home. Not a lot of goods to be picked up and I set specific instructions. I paid upfront (as required), and per the email confirmation, I was to receive updates via text on the status. It is now 20 minutes left until the window closes, and I have heard NOTHING from the company. The customer service representative told me she was trying to locate the driver and would call me back in 10 minutes to confirm if they're coming. It has been 20 minutes, and I have not heard anything from anyone. I will be calling my credit card company to reject payment, regardless of their cancellation policies.”

“The pick up was fine but they left mud prints all over my carpet. It took me 3/4 hour to clean up and I wasn’t able to get all prints up. Never again.”
