“Great service, prompt and professional work. I will definitely book another job with LoadUp in the future. The only suggestion I have is to include a picture of the person coming to fulfill the order. Other companies I contract with supply this information and it is very helpful to be sure the person coming onto the property is actually supposed to be there.”

“This company is an absolute joke. Terrible communication, terrible problem resolution. Canceled the job three times because they didn’t properly communicate with the actual loaders coming for the pickup. Forced me to take a trip across state to be there for the pickup at my rental and then never showed. I had already paid and then paid again and after over a week of wasting my time still hadn’t done anything. Worst experience ever..”
