If I could give 0 stars, I would. I was told that I would be reimbursed for my $700 trip that was cancelled due to Covid-19. I was told for over 2 weeks that they would reimburse me my money back. Then after waiting over 2 weeks, they changed their tone and paid me $700 in Groupon Bucks. I am very mad and sad. I used to like Groupon. I thought they would understand.. I save up for over a year to take my kids on a trip. I am a single mother of 4 and feel as if they took my life savings from me and laughed about it. If you rely on any money, go through the actual hotel. They have more of a heart and are more sympathetic. I'm screwed and they do not care. On top of that, I bought this before the pandemic and it could mean less to them. Just MORE money in their pockets and who cares if I struggle. At least they got paid.

Will NEVER order from Groupon again. I have been chasing my order for three weeks now. I cant even speak to a customer service person to find out where my order even is? I just want my money back now as it was for my daughters birthday two weeks ago (order was placed Mid April)!!!!!

I was inquiring about my order thats now 2 weeks late, the gmperson live chat felt more like a bot with repeating the same answers and flat out ignoring my questions. After i told him my issue over 3 times he just disconnected and ended the chat. Absolutely disgusting service, if knew this company i wouldnt have ordered from them, and definitelt will never order again

If I could put zero stars for them I would do that. I ordered QTY of 2 of the medical masks and I only received one. I called them and they agreed that they did not ship me the 2nd package and would refund my money. However after 2 weeks of waiting I did not receive my money back. When I contacted them they said the gave me credit for future shopping from them. This is a real scam with no customer service number and as a customer you have to go through 100 links to find a live chat as they all hide with no phone number to connect with any one. I told them that I will dispute it and will not let them take advantage of me in this difficult time that every penny counts. Save your time and do not buy anything from them. As far as my dispute I contacted my bank and they totally understood my situation and provided confirmation that within 2 business day I will see the refund. It’s a shame that one has to go through all these unnecessary steps when these guys deliberately knowing what they are doing is illegal.

What went wrong ? They took money from my debit card when I cancelled the Groupon because the redemption code was not taking for the order. I wound up purchasing the item at full price . The Groupon was swipped as "'used"' but was not. There is only chat to communicate with Groupon . They say to email proof of bank statement ...I did 4 times mo answer . They robbed me . I am still requesting my due refund . Never again . I will pay full price or get items on sales from companies .

Disgusting customer services no number to phone only online chat which is a standardised we will pass your query on and try to answer in 3 days. The answer they cone back is useless

Groupon has changed its policy and now only gives refunds in vouchers unless you can obtain express authorisation from its senior managers, which is done on a on a case by case basis. If your purchase does not arrive and you want a refund via your original method of payment, Groupon penalises you by making you wait a minimum of 30 days! My purchase was made in March and never arrived and I requested that my refund was returned to my debit card. Six weeks later and several emails later I’m still waiting for that refund. I’m constantly being bullied into accepting vouchers, which I don’t want! Everything Groupon sells can be purchased elsewhere, and often for a cheaper price, and certainly with better terms and conditions. So, my advice is to shop around and don’t necessarily impulse buy from Groupon.

Made a purchase used it was very dissatisfied and they wanna credit me less then a 3rd of my money back in groupon bucks the can keep it will never use groupon again

Cosmetic items received in broken boxes and unsealed bottles. They appeared to have been opened or used- not in original package. When I requested a refund (only 2 days later) was initially told that when items were returned then I would receive a full refund. Then was told only a Groupon credit would be given. Very disappointing!

I purchased 2 x 6 nations rugby match tickets and 4 nights accommodation package in Rome Italy for 13th-17th March 2020, Coronavirus hit and Italy went into lockdown on 9th March 2030, FCO advised no travel. This 'company' has only offered credits, no I want my full cash refund.... you get automated responses, excuse after excuse and different excuses to not refund me. They have also shown stock that is no longer available, taken payments and refused to fully cash refund only offering credits. Groupon owes me £398 #BOYCOTTGROUPON #RefundCustomers

They won’t give me a refund for a faulty product they sold me. They will only give me groupon credits. As they state in their term a conditions a faulty product can be return and be refund to original payment. This did not happen. AVOID! They are using a pandemic to take people’s money as this keep saying in the current situation, they can’t explain how this is effecting them. I will now have to take legal advise.

Like other customers groupon lied to me about an item which was never shipped. Told me to wait until 5 may and then if product didn’t arrive I could have a refund. Turned out they would only vouchers which I certainly don’t want. Haven’t heard from them since I asked for my money back. Now going to seek legal advice

Ordered 2 of an item, only 1 came. Did a live chat with them and they refunded the whole purchase price and I could keep the 1 item. Not sure if redeeming the refund will be simple but going on their performance so far, I have high expectations.

I placed an order a month ago, expected a bit of a delay due to COVID-19 but not this long. Logged into my account and my order hadn’t even been dispatched so I emailed customer services, who told me my order had been cancelled (nice of them to let me know during that month waiting on my order!). They are refusing to give me my money back despite me paying for an order I was never going to receive. All they will give me is Groupon credit, which I don’t want and have told them I don’t want but they have to “support their merchants”. How about supporting the customers who have parted with whatever cash they have at the minute to buy essentials!

I updated my shipping adress and saved it prior to ordering. Somehow my shipping adress didn't get updated so my 2 orders totaling $85 is being shipped to my old adress. I placed the order on Sunday and the website says it is still processing and shipment will be delayed 12 days. Customer service claimed there was nothing they could do although the orders will be just sitting in the warehouse. They need to improve thier computer system. I asked the rep to update my adress so it will be right the next time I order. He said there was no way to update my adress.
