Last month I bought a groupon for Blooms Today so i could send my sister a thank you bouquet of flowers for spending her days helping my 77 year old dad take care of my 72 year old mother who is suffering from stage 4 breast cancer and dementia. This was really important to me that I chose the perfect bouquet for her which was one that included lilies and roses which she loves. I placed the order to be delivered on Oct 10th. I was sent an email stating the delivery had been made that day. I waited for word from my sister that she received the flowers and when it got to be 8pm I had to ask her if she got a delivery from me and she had not received the flowers that day. I called the company customer service number and was told I would get a call back once it was determined what had happened. That didn't happen. I never heard another word from them. The next morning, I received word from my sister that they just delivered the flowers and she sent me a pic to say thank you. Wouldn't you know it, NOT ONE ROSE in the bouquet. AND I received another email from Blooms Today that the flowers had been delivered on Oct 10th which was a flat out lie. When I called Groupon to let them know that not only did I not get the service OR the product I paid for (still paid $40 between Groupon and Blooms Today), but the surprise I planned for my sister in getting the flowers was ruined, Groupon's response was "I'm sorry that happened to you. Thank you for letting us know. No refunds can be given." I wasn't looking for a refund. I was looking for them to resolve the fact that I didn't get the roses that I paid for. GROUPON SUCKS and so does BLOOMS TODAY. Won't use or refer anyone to either one ever again.

In mid June 2017 I purchased a pair of shoes (Harrison Men's Desert Derby shoes) from Groupon for about $40. After wearing them only a few times, the shoe laces started to fray and break and the eyelets started to break out. I can easily replace the laces, but the eyelets breaking made the shoes not wearable. When I contacted Groupon for a replacement due to defect (broken eyelets after three uses must certainly be a defect), I was told they are past the 14 day return period and cannot be returned. No one bothered to listen and realize this was a warranty claim and not just a common return. No one bothered to even contact the manufacturer to see if they would stand behind their quality. After more than 10 emails and involvement of Groupons customer service supervisor, they still stand behind their internal policies rather than stand behind their customers. Groupon does not have control over its manufacturers and will not stand behind their products. Do not buy from them, they are just a little above current day snake oil sales people.

Bought a Groupon for a Beauty salon service form my wife on her B'Day on 2nd of Nov and services are modified once arrive. wrong item purchased because lack of information for service ,so i call That beauty salon ask abut service i needed and said if you have group on they are busy but if you dont have groupon you are well come any time. so call Group on back on 6th of nov, ask for refund , which the denied as said you can gift this to someone , how can u gift BikiniWax to some other person. wrong item , there are different items available similar item name which confuse customer , at the end customer buy wrong service , i tried to resolve issue by calling them , they said no refund . totally unsatisfied experience. Previously as well same experience for nail and spa no appointment give to us at end we loose our money because you can not cancel and gropon eat you money. now beauty salon said you pay more if you need another service.

The advisors were useless.they couldn't even find the order I was querying even though I'd sent screen shot 's of everything and emailed it to them. Shocking service

If I could score no stars then I would, Customer service is shocking, I was missing parts for a bed I had ordered and it is very difficult to get this resolved, to make this worse I am currently pregnant and have had to sleep on the floor. This is unacceptable and will be making sure everyone knows.

Bought product from Groupons , got scammed. Don’t buy it from. Buy from Amazon , Walmart etc .b’z they Backed their promise .

I ordered a T-shirt and and received 2 emails confirming my order I though the email had just been duplicated 3 days later I received 2 packages each contained 1 T-shirt both were identical T-shirts and I had been charged 2 separate transactions, I sent an email explaining the situation the reply said that the attachment had a return pre paid label I could print off which as I don,t have a printer, I then asked if they could pop a label in the post no was the reply I could ask a friend who might be generous with their paper to print me the label or I could go to the library and print it of myself, I have had an operation and going out is out of the question, just sending me a label that they could easily print of would be quicker than having to reply to the emails I have sent RUBBISH customer service. this was only my 2nd order with groupon, how many times have people's orders been duplicated and charged twice this was no fault of my own, I can't remember confirming 2 orders.

You need to review their refund policy..i was unable to use the groupon i bought as i found out i needed hip surgery which meant the groupon would have expired before i had a chance to recuperate. I spoke with customer service at Groupon and they said they would refund and the next day I get an email saying there's no refund!!

As a company we have been with groupon for a while now and due to being ripped off entirely AND relocating we can not provide the services we sell. WELL we have been trying to get in touch with them for almost 2 weeks via email and phone calls and they are ignoring us. We have left so many voicemails to IAN B (our representative) and even requested to speak to his supervisor with no response. This is ridiculous! Starting November 1st we can not take the groupons any longer and a lot of people will be upset. DO NOT USE GROUPON FOR YOUR BUSINESS! I already know that they will not refund all those people who purchase the groupons, and I hope they lose a lot of business from it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

They need a serius customer service training.Very bad customer service. Very rude people which never have a chance to esplain my side of view. The guy has a very bad attitude. I have requested to talk to his manager and He refused to do it. He was taking on top of me taking which He never listen to my saying. I dont recomend this service to any one of the customer service is so baddly done. The head office should look at it seriusly.

Groupon has only customer service on the web... I want to ask about failure to show and refund issues & though a phone number shows on a search it directs you to the website. The website is a mess & good luck to find what assistance you need. I tried to contact them on their site with live support chat & waited over twenty minutes before I hung up. There are still those who would rather use the phone & not be pushed into live chat... & the live chat seems to be another way for them to avoid dealing with their customers.

I was very happy to find groupon, brilliant looking products for a great price... haha. I’ve just moved into my first apartment and ordered a bed, TV stand and Sofa from groupon. First comes the bed The partner and I go to unpack and built it, open the box to find the back wood of the head board split... we think okey it’s on the back, that’s livable. We take out the rest to find holes on the fabric of the other pieces as well as marks on the corners where it looks like it’s been dragged on the warehouse floor. Not happy but we continue as we discussing if we should return or not. We put the side parts in place, then notice it’s not straight st all The thick metal side pieces of the bed frame or bent. I’d go as far to say that it was twisted. So we weren’t able to put the bed together. We contacted the merchant via email and got a response back fairly quickly, around 11pm the next evening. (Slightly odd hour though) They asked for photographic proof, offered their apologies, telling us they take damage very seriously and this is a rare issue. Oh really? A few days later my TV stand arrives Chipped, scuffed, holes on the instruction manual, split back board (again) but worst of all no screws.... again I’m not able to put the product I ordered together. we got delivered two packs of wooden rods instead of 1 rods and 1 screw pack. As the delivery came early in the morning, we contacted the merchant imminently via Live chat. Telling them about the damage but most importantly the missing screws. They looked into it and came back with two options, 19 Groupon Credits or a Return and Full Refund. I asked if I could just have the screws that they forgot to include but they “don’t do that” “19 pounds should be enough to go get screws from your local retailer” Which I pointed out to him he wasn’t offering me £19, he offered me 19 Groupon Credits. Very deceiving. I said I’d accept a £19 refund to go and but them (knowing they wouldn’t) but of course it’s their company credits not pounds. 😏 Credits wouldn’t work for me as I don’t want to use their their company again! it’s damaged and I’d have to pay more because of their mistake that they “don’t” fix? Even if groupon did sell screws, I’d have to wait for them to be delivered and I’m not about to order screws from groupon after the experience I’ve just had, they'd probably arrive broken like their furniture. Also worth noting he didn’t care much about the damage of the product. So we won’t an email with photos of proof, and now we wait. Although I’ve been pleased with the fairly speedy responses from their live chat operatives, I’ve not been pleased with what they are able to offer or after I’ve sent information through, I’m not getting correspondence or updates afterwards. No response after I’ve requested a refund... I’m still waiting on the sofa which is arriving tomorrow morning between 7-10 as they called up to let me know today. Which is fine, I’m happy they let me know. I do wish they’d give a specific delivery date when ordering though, as it’s furnature and can’t exactly be left behind he wheely bins. I think the company takes bad care of their products in general it seems, as all the ones I’ve received have been damaged and I see here a lot of complaints and even allegations that they sell faulty returns. Intentional or not I think they need to own that a large number of the products are faulty and it’s not a “rare” issue. Now I have to wait for the refund to be investigated, accepted and processed before I can get my money back and order a new bed, tv stand and most likely, sofa too. I took a risk that I thought was worth it and I’ve found it really wasn’t. I wouldn’t recommend it to people but if they wanted to try there is always the refund, just takes a lot of time. Looking forward to see how they are going to handle all this

the worst customer service I have ever deal with... lack of commitment Lack of and proactive communication Lack of. Transparency Lack of trust... I will invite you to check my recent transactions and the way your team was dealing with it... judge your self And even more check recent customers feedback your customer service doesn't meet the min requirements. Wonder how you will survive

I purchased a bed frame from Group On. The bed arrived in good condition however it was missing screws that held the legs on. The screws are specific to the bed so I could not go to a hardware store to purchase them. I called, took pictures, emailed Groupon and all they said was to return the bed at my cost. The bed frame weighed almost 70 lbs and the shipping cost was half the price of the bed. Beware of Groupon. They knew I wouldn't return the bed because of the weight so they got me and will do the same to you. DO NOT ORDER FROM GROUPON. Delete the app, pay a little more but know it will be with an honest company.

I had 1 day, hopped on groupon, bought it, then saw that you have to wait 24 hours to use the groupon. Will never use groupon again.

I bought a Groupon for an activity that said to call 2 weeks ahead of time to book an appointment. I started calling a month ahead and the business was completely booked. Even though Groupon says they'll give a refund if you don't receive the goods or services, when I contacted them, they refused to give a refund, saying my claim was over 3 days after purchase and that their computer system wouldn't let them. Never again.

Ordered a pushchair that was poor quality asked for it to be returned they said they would come and collect it waited 2 weeks for someone to collect but they emailed me saying they couldn't get anyone out to collect it so I had to arrange delivery now nearly a month on and I am still waiting for a refund although the pushchair has been sent back
